They were recommended to me by my networking group. I scheduled a technician to repair several problems on one of my rental properties. I spoke to David about the fees. He said he would work me a deal because of the amount of business that I would like to have them perform for my company. David is their manager. He was not very willing to help out and seemed very short. Their technician came out and perform the services but did not perform the one item that I need repaired the most, a leak. I contacted the original plumber that did the original remodeling and he came out and fixed the leak. I had the same technician from JD plumbing come out and verify that the leak was done. He sent me a bill for $175 for after hours. This was a regularly scheduled visit. After speaking to David, he said that if I don't pay the $175 he would put a lien on The rental property. He also said he would not be doing business with me again. This is a company that I would not recommend. They overcharge and come up with lame excuses to why they have to charge you that much. Do not use these guys.

Our hot water heater failed on Christmas day and called them the next morning. Jeff came out that morning and quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty gas control valve. Due to the holiday the part was not available until the next day but Jeff picked it up installed it and we had hot water that morning. I was very impressed with JD Plbg. from start to finish and Jeff was very friendly, courteous and explained everything clearly. They will be our go to plumbing from now on.

Highly recommended ! Jeff Mileski was our technician. He was on time and assessed our problem. Since we already had plans to remodel the bathroom floor, he told us we didn't need to pay him to do the job and instructed us on how to fix the issue while doing the work. Such an honest company , they won't do anything just to make a dollar. We will be calling them for all of our plumbing issues we have going forward.

So glad Yelp was here to point the way to JD Precision Plumbing Services! We had a plugged toilet that was backing up into the stall shower next to it. The more we plunged, the more it backed into the shower. Then we realized our other toilet in another part of the house was barely flushing too and a bit of water was coming out of the tub next to that. Because of the stellar reviews on Yelp, we made our first call to JD Precision at 8:30 PM on Friday night and our information was taken immediately by a real receptionist who was kind and very helpful. After agreeing to a $100 emergency fee for someone to come out that night, she transferred me to an actual JD plumber (Dustin) who was at our home less than an hour later. To my surprise, he didn't even need to come inside. He fixed everything from an outside access pipe to our house plumbing system. He was able to auger out a root ball that had been blocking everything. Pretty reasonably priced after all was done. Dustin was extremely professional and able. If you have a plumbing need or emergency, this is the company to call.

We had to get our water pipes replaced, I called JP Precision Plumblin Service and they were very professional about the job. Dalton, Dustin, and David did a great job in the replacement of the water pipes. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. THANKS AGAIN

We had an emergency today, Sunday afternoon. I called 3 plumbers for assistance. Broken main water line to the house. 2 of them (which guarantee 24 hour emergency service) had answering service recordings. JD Precision has a "live" answering service and got Taylor on the phone right away to help us. I could not have asked for more outstanding service. Taylor diagnosed and repaired the problem and then checked all exterior faucets to make sure everything was in perfect working order. I will never use anyone but JD Precision Plumbing again.

BTW . . . I called 1 service before 1:00 pm and they got back with me at 5:26 pm! Not what I call emergency service. The other plumbing service . . . never returned my call. Poor business - they don't need to worry about me calling them ever.

I must say I'm truly impressed with the speediness and timeliness of the work done by JD Precision Plumbing. I found them on Yelp, and they were my first try. Benjamin (the tech) was very courteous, professional, time efficient, and honest- very rare these days with companies. I was extremely happy that I called Monday and someone was able to come out Wednesday to not only provide a free estimate (another rarity), but repair the issues I had! I was given a time slot, but they provided the courtesy to call me about 30 minutes prior to coming out since I don't work too far from home.
JD Plumbing will definitely be my go to for any future needs.

I couldn't recommend Dustin (service tech) and JD Precision Plumbing Services more. We had a leak in our ceiling on a Sunday morning. Dustin was here one hour after we called. He was professional and quickly located the issue (faulty elbow).

Provided quote on making exterior gas connection. Very courteous and profession people. Arrived on time to our appointment and very quickly provided a quote. I feel confident they would do a quality job but price they quoted was a bit high.
