Highly recommend! In the middle of a remodel needed pipes moved, needed it done quickly to avoid holding up electricians and other craftsman. Everyone at JD Precision helped me get a date to complete the job. The plumber Ben has great work ethic and completed the job quickly and professionally. He cleaned up too.

A female office worker called me to make an appointment due to tankless water heater - that was my first error - Do not replace your water heater with a tankless -As far as their service will price gauge you for every penny. Paid for the service plan which is just a service plan but I did not realize you are paying for service in advance. Which mean they are making interest on your money and thus charging you half 175.00 for 2018 and then 175 for 2019. Not as all a plan just a big ripoff. The way I explained I was paying for the service price for this year and locking in the price for the upcoming service price. Not so. BIG RIP OFF! STAY AWAY FROM THEM! The service plan is just a plan, it does not pay for anything. The plumber shows up at your door, he will automatically show you the fee 175.00. Personally, he did nothing to my unit and did not flush the tankless water heater at all. The FIRST time it was done the plumber connected a hose from the tankless unit to the bathroom drain. But this plumber just took a bucket and place it in my attic and walked around the house looking at facets. BIG FUCKING DEAL - DO NOT SEND YOUR PLUMBERS TO MY HOME AGAIN - AS A MATTER OF FACT, DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT CALLING ME! And that's my final answer!

Total rip off...they were gonna charge me 150.00 just to even look at it ...they say it's a free estimate when they came out to give me the free estimate they said it was gonna be at least 150.00 to " look at it"....he didnt even touch it.....well thanks to you tube I searched how to fix your garbage disposable..it turned out to be clogged so I bought an Allen wrench set for 1.95....turned power off ..reset button...then inserted Allen wrench ..took about 3 min...and it was just stuck.. rip off....

I would vouch for these guys to the moon and back as they did a PHENOMENAL job rerouting the main water inlet piping of my home to bring an outside water softener indoors, replacing two old rusting water heaters in my attic with a tankless model, replacing rusting/unreliable shutoff valves and installing a whole house water filtration system. Sean and Eric were professional, courteous and clean workers. Additionally, they coordinated extremely well with the other contractors onsite at the time and were just plain fun to work with on a fairly large job. I will also note that I evaluated multiple plumbers leading up to my decision to select JD's for this job. A couple of them were clearly nervous about the scope of what I wanted to do and tried to lead me down the cheaper/less reliable path taken by the previous homeowners. Sean understood precisely what I wanted right away and quickly came up with workable plans and fair estimates on how to resolve my issues. I intend to use JDs for ALL of my plumbing needs going forward and would give them TEN STARS if I could!

They did not call when I scheduled through Home Advisor. I called them to schedule an initial appointment...they did not show up to the scheduled appointment. I phoned and spoke to a manager...she never apologized or voiced concerns regarding their lack of professionalism. Shame on this company for not showing respect for people's time.

David with JD came out same day I called. He was efficient at what he did getting the drain unclogged and honest and transparent on what he was doing and what we can expect moving forward. I will definitely be using them in the future for my plumbing needs.

We have used JD Precision Plumbing 3 times in the last couple of months after moving into a 16 year old house that apparently has a lot of deferred maintenance issues. Replaced two water heaters with a tankless unit (16 year old water heaters full of sand nearly killed the two guys getting them out of the attic, but no complaining), kitchen faucet that was frozen in place (he got it off without dynamite), and today a leak under a bathroom sink from a seriously clogged AC drain line. Daniel Webster came today. Each time the guys were very professional, cleaned up everything, were willing to answer my questions and did great work. I highly recommend them.

It was taking 3-4 minutes for hot water to get to my kitchen sink. I was frustrated. I hired JD Plumbers. They added a pump to my system. Now I get hot water in under a minute. Plus the water is hotter as it doesn't have time to cool off. Much better.

Excellent service with very prompt response. Called a few other places, but they were the only ones who could come out next day. The representative was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He was up front and honest with pricing and options. Would definitely recommend and use again.
