I've been so pleased with the work that's been done. A tankless water heater and tub to shower conversion has been fabulous. It's only taken two days and two hours. My safety is important so this has been great. Good value for all the work they did. I plan on having them back for a disposal and dishwasher install. Thank you J. c. Sewer. Happy days.

I had an appointment scheduled, the office was friendly and helpful, and contacted me about moving up the appointment, which sounded great. Unfortunately, a little while after the technician was scheduled to arrive, I got a call from the office about needing to cancel.

The technician fell ill with a fever and needed to go home. I certainly felt bad for them, rainy and cold out and now illness. However, she then proceeded to tell me that no other technicians were available because none were willing to wear a mask. (Something I had asked about during our initial conversation.)

In this day and age, masking is a common courtesy, but people have various opinions on the topic. This situation though, the irony was thick enough to spread on toast.

Had a leak and tried calling around to other plumbers but they kept canceling on me, I called JC sewers and not only were they able to fit me in same day it was within the same hour. My technician Jacob was able to diagnose and fix the issue in under an hour. After stressing out all day these guys made it easiest from scheduling to repair than all the others,they are more reasonably priced than all of the other plumbers and care about your time. Will definitely be using this company from now on for my plumbing needs

JC Sewer comes through again! They were super fast in the past and today was no exception. I called this morning for a backed up kitchen sink and had an appointment for this afternoon. Kevin showed up within the allotted time and was super friendly. He quickly went to work on the sink and remedied our problem. He made sure the pipes were leak free after he finished and advised us to call back if there were any issues as they stood by their work. Great job! Will continue to use and recommend JC!

I would highly recommend this company for their honesty and professionalism which is really rare and hard to find. They called before the tech arrived and gave an ETA, the tech was very professional, knowledgeable and above all honest and not there to take advantage of my lack of plumbing knowledge. They saved me thousands of dollars in repair cost. Just over the last 2 years I unfortunately due to the age of my home have dealt with 10+ plumbing companies but this company far exceeds any.

Wow!! Let me start off by saying I have had horrible experiences with finding reliable, affordable, professional work this past year. Everyone has always been so flaky and inflate their prices astronomically high. I noticed a puddle of water in my boys upstairs bathroom and called the first name that came up on the list...JC Sewer & Drain Plumbing! They were able to schedule me the very same day and they even called to let me know when the technician was on the way. Jake came right in time and knew exactly what the problem was...wax ring went out. I also asked him to take a quick look at another toilet that wasn't filling with water in the tank and he replaced the fill valve. I noticed a large puddle of water in my garage under where the toilet is and he said it was normal for the issue I had and hopefully won't be a problem. He was quick, efficient, professional, kind and honest! Beyond happy with my experience and will definitely recommend this business to any and everyone! So hard to find honest working folks nowadays.

Very positive experience! The first encounter with Misty to schedule the appointment and get pricing structure was professional and thorough. We received a text confirmation with the service person's name the day before and a reminder call just before the appt. Oh, yes, and very quick response since we were scheduled the very next day! We had expert and thorough service from Jacob to fix an ongoing issue with a toilet that didn't flush fully. Also, this was at my elderly mom's home, so Jacob was kind enough to call me directly to recap and confirm the issue was resolved.
