5 stars for Customer Service and We never physically met.
I had an emergency. The sewer line was backed up so bad, the top popped off and smelly stuff was pouring out onto my front lawn. I was told to call the city ( of Stockton).
When i called the 24hr emergency hotline for this particular issue, I kept getting an answering service. After leaving 2 messages and 2 hours later with no response from the city, I had to call a professional. This company was the first that I called. The lady that answered the telephone was right on it. She knew exactly what my issue was, along with how and who should address it. When she told me the city will come out and do it for free because it's their issue, I frantically told her that I have been leaving messages. She was floored. She told me to hold on, called the city of Stockton, got the same message and used her magic touch to reach a representative. She set it all up for me to have them come out. They were their in 10 minutes.
She literally saved my pockets.

Jacob did A+++ work as expected. This is 2nd time I have used JC Plumbing and Jacob came out again and did a wonderful job. I have had work on tub, toilet and RO unit. Thanks Guys!

I have had to use plumbers in Stockton on several occasions and I have been disappointed. I had to call a plumber again today and asked around and several friends recommended JC Sewer & Drain Plumbing. They came within 3 hours of my call and Jeff was wonderful. He is friendly, knowledgeable, excellent at his job and he saved us money. I highly recommend them. This is an awesome, honest , friendly company!

Tried to call to get some answers and curiously asked as to whether or not they offer an over the phone quote, the woman on the phone then said ""no"" and hung up on me. I tried to call back but was met with a voicemail.

There was no chance for me to ask further questions or schedule an appointment.

Absolute life savers! I've been having issues with my sewer line for the last 3 years. About every 6 months it will back up. I've had a couple of different plumbing companies and the city out to help me resolve the issue, all saying I don't appear to have an accessible ground level clean out. NO ONE has been able to find my main clean out until today. I was feeling pretty defeated being told my clean out was likely under my drive way and that it would cost thousands of dollars to install a two way clean out, run a camera and take care of the roots that they were sure were in the line or see what was going on. Thankfully I came across Jc Sewer on yelp today and gave them a call. They were able to find my clean out within 15 mins. They snaked the line, found no roots, told me I didn't need a two way clean out and got my problem taken care of. I'm so grateful that there are some knowledgeable and trust worthy companies out there. Will only use these guys from now on!

We had a Pelican whole house filter, water softener, and reverse osmosis system installed. James provided great service at a very reasonable price! He was very friendly and knowledgeable and even walked me through the install. I'd definitely call him again for future plumbing needs. No complaints whatsoever!

JC Sewer & Plumbing were recommended to me by someone who had used their services and were very pleased with the work they had done. I had multiple issues that needed attention. The work was completed promptly and the cost was very fair and was exactly what was quoted to me. Everything was explained to me in language I could understand and I certainly would recommend this company and I certainly have found a plumber for life! They are the best!!
