Excellent customer service! Our water heater went out on Sunday, and they sent someone out to by noon to see what was going on. We were given a quote and told what to expect. We scheduled service for between 9-10am next day, and Jacob showed up at 9am. He was a very polite professional, and answered all the questions that I had along the way. Our new water heater is in and working great. If we have any issues in the future we will be calling them.

Jeffrey was our technician and he truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a safe and maintained home. He truly worked with us and PG&E to fix the problem and make sure it was solved once and for all. Also, Yvonne made sure we were taken care of and we were the first call of the day.

Was remodelling our bathroom and needed a new tiolet to be installed. Called on a Friday to schedule for the following Monday afternoon and all set! Come Monday had some issues with our flooring so had to reschedule and ladies were so understandable about the last minute change. Finally on Tuesday Jake showed up after 5pm and was so accommodating and installed our tiolet and was great to talk to as well!! Will be using them again if any issues arise!

JC has done a lot of work for us over the last couple years. He's always been on time, worked really hard and charged fair prices. Him and his team are super friendly and go out of their way to ensure each job is done right. Most recently, he re-plumbed our kitchen and plumbed a new bathroom in our basement with an up-flush toilet. We have an old house that we are renovating - I expect we'll be using him more in the future!

prompt, honest, reasonable prices. you cant ask for more from a plumbing company. I've used them few times, and on some occasions, it's just a minimal service call for a quick repair, unlike others that make up a huge cost every time. You don't see that with most plumbers these days. I trust this company.

Company owner James was prompt, honest, Fast, professional and knowledgeable about plumbing. He's been in business for many years and it shows. Their prices are fair and they work 7 days a week. I did not get to experience any repair work with them because I am a renter and my owner chose a different company. However I do want to say that upon meeting them I knew they would be trustworthy and honest people. I definitely would have chosen them for the repair if had the chance. The were quick and responsive. We will keep them on our list for when we purchase our own gone. Hopefully we don't have any repairs soon though!
