They really saved the day. My home warranty policy was making thing difficult to get a plumber ASAP after my low flow toilet backed up. Sully was prompt, got the issue handled in 15 minutes and even gave me a quick run down on why I should replace my low flow toilet. Had a leak in the upstairs bathroom. They were very prompt in answering the phone and set up an appointment for the following day. They called to inform that the technician completed his previous appointment early and was available to arrive earlier than scheduled. Technician Sully showed up and was able to quickly diagnose what was causing the leak and repaired.

A nightmare fixed by JC Sewer & Plumbing! I had water leaking behind the shower wall and even from beneath the bathtub onto the floor. I originally spoke with a handyman, who completely stressed me out and probably on purpose, so he can hike up the amount of money he would charge. I am a woman and did work in construction for some years, so I knew he was full of it. I made a few more calls, and nobody was available. I'm so thankful I found JC here on Yelp, and read they had great reviews, and rightfully so! They had a tech named Jake available and I was so much more at ease after he visited! He was so calm and confident of what the issue was, he told me it was a pretty common problem, and said it could be repaired pretty easily. He was upfront and transparent, he let me know what the charges would be before doing the work. He sent photos before and after it was all done as well, which also gave me peace of mind. A very honest plumbing company, which is rare to find. I highly recommend them! I'm sure all of their techs are great, but I will always request for Jake if I ever need anything. Great communication and service! A++++

The office staff were so helpful in getting my appointment scheduled to evaluate my toilet even when I needed to move the date around. They sent Sully to my house. He's a polite and personable young man who really knows what he's doing. When he said they didn't have the kind of toilet I needed on hand, he offered to go pick up one I would buy at the hardware store.

They came out to fix my toilet and I asked If they could install an outdoor shower, as I had a white, capped, PVC pipe sticking out of the ground in my backyard. He came back a few days later and now it looks fantastic. Exactly what I requested. Great job, outstanding service and communication at a very reasonable price---no need to look further!
