Thanks a million for coming to my rescue when the disposal broke and flooded my kitchen! They are an essential business during the Coronavirus self-isolation and were willing to work me in the same day. I'm older. They were very sensitive about social distancing and I felt comfortable with them working in my home. Within 12 hours of the problem everything was fixed and I had a new disposal.

My drain was clogged and was not sure who to call. I choose Jc Sewer & Drain based on other reviews. Even though it was a Sunday, they arrived within a half hour of calling. The workmen we very polite and nice. They solved the problem quickly and efficiently, for a reasonable price. I will use them again and recommend them to others.

We bought our first house and the inspection suggested some plumbing work to be done. I was going through yelp and JC had a really nice review. I booked them and a few days later they came over to do their own inspection.

Here are my thoughts:

-James is honest and upfront with what needs to be done.
-They give you options on prices with time required for the work and materials
-They work with you even after consultation and they return and answer your calls
-Great price for the amount of work
-James is very personable and cleans up after work

I highly recommend if you are in Stockton area to hire them. I'm glad I did!

5 stars for Customer Service and We never physically met.
I had an emergency. The sewer line was backed up so bad, the top popped off and smelly stuff was pouring out onto my front lawn. I was told to call the city ( of Stockton).
When i called the 24hr emergency hotline for this particular issue, I kept getting an answering service. After leaving 2 messages and 2 hours later with no response from the city, I had to call a professional. This company was the first that I called. The lady that answered the telephone was right on it. She knew exactly what my issue was, along with how and who should address it. When she told me the city will come out and do it for free because it's their issue, I frantically told her that I have been leaving messages. She was floored. She told me to hold on, called the city of Stockton, got the same message and used her magic touch to reach a representative. She set it all up for me to have them come out. They were their in 10 minutes.
She literally saved my pockets.

Jacob did A+++ work as expected. This is 2nd time I have used JC Plumbing and Jacob came out again and did a wonderful job. I have had work on tub, toilet and RO unit. Thanks Guys!

I have had to use plumbers in Stockton on several occasions and I have been disappointed. I had to call a plumber again today and asked around and several friends recommended JC Sewer & Drain Plumbing. They came within 3 hours of my call and Jeff was wonderful. He is friendly, knowledgeable, excellent at his job and he saved us money. I highly recommend them. This is an awesome, honest , friendly company!

Tried to call to get some answers and curiously asked as to whether or not they offer an over the phone quote, the woman on the phone then said ""no"" and hung up on me. I tried to call back but was met with a voicemail.

There was no chance for me to ask further questions or schedule an appointment.
