I always recommend JC Sewer and Drain to everyone because they're fast and reliable. I had my water spout next to the toilet break and I couldn't get the water to stop. I called them and although there were no technicians available I was guided over the phone how to get the water to turn off and it worked. A plumber came out the next day!

First our back toilet got stopped up. Turns out it was a broken pipe (I already knew this). They gave a fair estimate, but I needed it done very soon. The boss didn't have anyone to send so he came and dug it all up and replaced the pipe.

That's service.

Next we developed a leak under the foundation (but we didn't know where). It took a while to find it. Jc came out and rearranged the pipes so that no old pipes traveled underground anymore. In addition gave us a need feed from the well and a new feed to my work shed. Excellent work.

Can't say enough good things. We were visiting from out of state and we needed a fast turnaround on some repairs for my Mom's house. We called on Friday of the holiday weekend. They returned my call on the weekend. They were able to respond quickly and accomplished the repairs in an affordable and timely manner. The technician Jeffery was so nice to work with. He quickly found the problem (s). We're having him come back to do some other work. Thank you for such great customer service!

The toilet flooded, the shower valve broke, the sewer needed to be snaked, and the garbage disposal was jammed...all on a Sunday New Years weekend.
James, the Dad who we have worked with 3 other times on two houses, came right out on time on Sunday and fixed it all! He is polite and kind and skilled. I could not be more pleased with the entire transaction from phone call to finish. The fee was very reasonable and the work was done well. I highly recommend this company and in fact I have them coming to another house to do sewer work for me tomorrow. On another job he gave me better access to hose bibs and moved some exterior water lines around. He replaced some valves and did a general plumbing tune up. I was completely satisfied.

TLDR version; Great service from JC Sewer and will be using them again!

I had another company (rhymes with Bonney Plumbing) come out, and I had to pay them $50 only for them tell me they won't even try to clear blocked pluming from inside the home, and since I have an old home with no nearby clean-out, they wanted THOUSANDS of dollars to dig up my yard. I knew this was an easy blockage, and told them to pound sand. (And insult to injury, they were looking for the pipe in the wrong place in the yard, which made it seem like a bait-and switch tactic on their part.)

I called JC Sewer & Drain almost in tears, and they were at my home within a few hours. Zach the tech guy was beyond nice and compassionate, and tried his best to clear the simple blockage by himself from inside the home. (We weren't really hopeful that it would work, but Zach tried his best to save me some $$.) When that failed, Zach explained in detail how he'd call in a second tech, go onto the roof and snake it from a vent. I even told Zach it was too dark and raining outside and I was 100% OK with doing it tomorrow, but he refused and said he wanted it done for me today. He gave me the cost and kept me updated on every step, and an hour later, I had a clear drain for $300. (Which is a damn-sight better than the thousands the other company wanted!)

And for all you other women who have experienced workers kinda dismissing you or assuming you don't know what you're talking about, I want to add that Zach never spoke down to me when we discussed the technical side of things and he took all my input into consideration, and before he left, we discussed how my plumbing ran and how it all tied together in case I had another problem. You can't ask for better customer service than that.

We had a really hard time figuring out toilets that would fit our poorly designed bathroom, and we learned what ""rough in"" means only after buying toilets that didn't fit our house. Jeff was so helpful and patient. Our experience with the entire company was great, but I want to especially acknowledge Jeff and how happy we are with the service he provided. He did great work and is a really nice guy. We will definitely be calling again when we have future plumbing needs.

JC Sewer & Drain Plumbing has been are ""go to"" company to work on our new ""old"" house since we moved in. After calling corporate to smaller family-owned plumbing companies; JC plumbing was the only company that willingly took on our projects. I was nervous and stressed that we wouldn't find a plumber to do the repairs needed before we moved in; we had wasted a few weeks already with at least two companies that came to assess the project and wasted many calls out to companies over the phone explaining what we might need done. After we thought we exhausted all our options we called JC and from the first few minutes of meeting Jeffery on our first appointment, I texted my husband and said, ""I think we found our plumber!!!"", and by the middle of my walkthrough with Jefferey, I texted back, ""we found our plumber!!!!!!!!"" By the end of the walkthrough Jeffrey gave me an appointment date to start the work. I closed the door and all the worry and anxiety I had over our plumbing issues were washed away by Jeffery's calm demeanor as he didn't seem fazed at doing the job and I was confident he would do the job well as I picked up his eye for detail and pointing out things that needed to be repaired (all of which the previous two companies had mentioned as well). Jefferey and Sully (which at the time was assisting) put together new plumbing in our laundry room which fixed the little hot water that was coming in from the old rusty pipes they also connected the plumbing to the drain pipes which they discovered were never connected to the main sewer line. On another time our toilet was leaking and as Jefferey was making the repair, our old already broken cast iron pipe broke off, which turned out to be more involved to repair than initially thought. After that first visit, we have called JC for a handful of return visits for more repairs, each time they arrive when they say they will and they are here until the job is done. On our most recent repair it was Sully and Rex, they were here most of the day removing rusted galvanized drain pipes and replacing with new pipes; by the end of the day, it was dark, misty, and they looked exhausted. These guys are skilled, honest, hardworking, pleasant, and willing. The ladies that answer calls, book appt's, and give ETA's are amazing, too. Forever grateful to the team at JC plumbing for making our century old house feel newer, safer, and an enjoyable home.
