Galvanized drain pipes in my crawlspace had rotted and were leaking. I contacted JC Green and Alex came out the next day. He went into the crawlspace to determine the how much piping needed to be replaced. He thoroughly explained the extent of the work to be done and provided an estimate. The work was scheduled and done a few days later. The cost for the job seems fair and reasonable to me. I am satisfied with the services of JC Green throughout the entire job process.

Great affordable service! I have been using JC Green for about 10 years now and I have no complaints. Jesus and his team are hardworking and quick! I very recently had my sewer lateral replaced from his team and they were quick in action from dealing with the permits, digging, replacement, the whole sha-bang. It's not always easy dealing with plumbers as I find a lot of them kind of grumpy and looking to get out ASAP or milk the time (since most bill on an hourly rate), this whole team is the complete opposite and easy and friendly to deal with.

We posted a job to Yelp and JC Green Plumbing got in touch with us right away via text. It was quick and easy to set up an appointment to diagnose our dishwasher. And they had a Saturday appointment for us, so we didn't have to take time off work- always a plus!
Since the service provider had to go under the house, there was a fee. But free estimates had he not needed to go under the house. He was able to diagnose the issue and had it remedied very quickly!
He was courteous, explained things well, and was very respectful toward myself and my home.
Will keep their number for future projects.

Needed plumber to check out banging in pipes. Plumber from JC Green Plumbing came out and figured out what might be the issue in less than 5 min. He explained what he felt would be the permanent solution. It was good information. Felt a little swindled though because I was charged for an hour of service even though it took mere minutes. The plumber even seemed a little hesitant to charge the full hour since it was so quick, so he checked in with his office. He was told to charge the full hour. I get they have a minimum charge, but still...

Been using JC Green Plumbing for a few years at my house in Oakland, everything from a new sump pump to replacing main water shutoff valve. Most recently I had a leaking line that Alex was able to quickly diagnose and fix. Went the extra mile and noticed another minor leak while in the crawl space, and addressed that as well. Called JC Green Plumbing @ 10:30 on a Tuesday morning. The woman that answered the call was super pleasant & professional and seemed generally concerned about my plumbing emergency. Alex (tech) was onsite by 11:30 and got straight to work. He didn't stop until he resolved our issues. He was professional and knowledgeable! BEST plumbing experience, especially in an emergency!

Same day service to find out why there was a strange sewage smell coming from the hallway. The tech inspected (hall way, under the house and on roof) and found the possible culprit being a pipe behind the bathroom wall. Promised to send repair quote and receipt for inspection cost ($200) the next business day but never did. Followed up with a message to them but never gotten a response. Went with another company instead.

We had a backed up drain line that needed to be cleared ASAP. My husband called JC Green Plumbing and a gentleman named Ramiro arrived at our place within 15 mins. He ran a snake through our main line and pulled out a bunch of tree roots from inside. Ramiro was informative and professional throughout. He showed us what he saw in our pipes using the camera and recommended a more long term solution for our problem. We will call JC Green for future plumbing services!
