Communication and followup with office was fantastic. Erik the technician did an awesome job and explained the difference between galvanized pipes (my original) in comparison to ABS which I wasn't fond of. He was on time and snaked my pipe. Then cut off some of the old galvanized and replaced with ABS. I will use them again in the near future. No problems and no outrageous prices as other corporate companies charge! They take cash and credit card. They will email receipt as well. I would recommend JC Green to anyone, you won't be disappointed.

Jesus and his crew did a fantastic job to repipe my entire house. The estimate was very reasonable. Jesus was very prompt to respond and he finished the work on the same day as promised. When my brand new water heater didn't work, he was flexible to come the very next day, though it's a weekend, accompanied me to the store to drop the old heater and pickup/install the new one. He also helped me to convince the store why they should take the defected water heater back!

After all the work, his crew did the patching on the dry walls. He had scheduled and finished the inspection promptly. He left the house at a clean state, like how it was before he started the work.

I highly recommend him for all kind of residential plumbing work. I will not hesitate to hire him again.

Cynthia answered the phone and streamlined the estimate appointment and then Jesus gave a very thorough overview of our options and promptly provided a detailed estimate. JC Green Plumbing is soo efficient and very friendly. The first time I spoke with Cynthia she gave me an appt right away. She always kept me informed with the eta of the tech. Junior who came to replace my pipes and got the clog unclogged was very informative and told me step by step what he was doing. He also cleaned up the mess when he was finished. He's such a professional efficient person. I told him that I will surely hire them for other upcoming projects in the future! Thanks JC Plumbing!

JC Green Plumbing has excellent customer service from beginning till end. Cynthia was very helpful in scheduling appointment and providing quote for my service. She was kindly notified me that the technicians will be late and called me when they were heading my way. thanks for providing a very attentive service.

The technicians did a great job in replacing my garbage disposal and removing my old water filtration system. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old parts. What worth to mention is a few hours later, JC Green Plumbing was able to send out another technician to help me solving a small leaking issue and he also helped me cleaning up before leaving as well. He also showed me where the water main located and instructed me how to shut it off in the future if any leaking happens again while waiting for the plumbing services. This will prevent further damage to the kitchen wooden floor.

I am happy with their services and will use them again if i ever need future plumbing issues.
