Finally a honest plumber with fair pricing! Seriously I have been searching through yelp and requesting quotes for a fairly simple job. I can tell you right now, stop wasting your time, and message JBS plumbing! They were the only ones who gave me a fair quote and where able to come out the next day.

I had JBS come out to do a job at my father in laws house, they had a leaky joint on the main coming into the house, it was old galvanized pipe. So they quoted me to cut it all out and replace it with copper piping.

This morning about two hours before the schedule time he let me know he was running behind from a previous job, which is totally fine. It was great to have such a transparent experience instead of having me wait around for hours wondering what is going on.


TLDR:Super clean work, fair pricing, my now go to plumbers!

My water heater had to be replaced so after some research, I contacted JBS Plumbing. They were able to schedule me for the following day. Juan was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He did not rush and double checked his work. I highly recommend JBS Plumbing and would give them more stars if I could.

I had a nasty problem - when I ran the shower in the main bathroom, the toilet in the other bathroom leaked! This escalated to all the drains backing up black goop. Well, Juan fixed it. The plumbing turned out to be baffling, with drains connecting to other drains instead of out to the main - I guess some of the older houses in Hayward were done this way with no concept of code. Juan persisted, rented special equipment, snaked in FROM THE ROOF and finally got a clog to clear up near the street. I can't imagine anybody else would have stuck with it and worked so hard to get my plumbing working again. Juan, and Fabi who runs the business side, were just amazing. Professional, friendly, explained everything, and very reasonably priced. I appreciated them so much and recommend them absolutely. 100 stars.

I would highly recommend JBS Plumbing Solutions. Juan and his team repiped my house with copper. He was very professional and looked at the job from a standpoint as if it was his own home, what he would do. I find this approach very valuable, because I'm not a plumber, However it's that expertise I like so I don't make the wrong decision. He was very thorough and very clean. I had 3 estimates and he came right below the others. So I would also recommend him on pricing. I'm glad I found him and will use him again in the future. Very highly recommended !!!!

Juan was able to come to my house on a very short notice and do an awesome job. Very reliable person and kept the whole place clean and tidy. I definitely recommend him. He fixed my very old drain pipe and added a trap. Then installed the washer and the drier pretty quickly, ensuring everything was in place and no leakage..

We had a leak in our bathroom and I went on Nextdoor and read a review about Juan and JBS Plumbing. Based on the comments, I called immediately. The review I read was incredibly accurate! Juan was quick to respond and offered to stop by within hours of the call. Juan diagnosed the problem in no time at all! The issue required a replacement part which had to be special ordered. In the meantime, Juan was able to stop the leak locally and not impact the water source to the rest of the house. As soon as the part arrived, Juan came back and fixed the issue all together. While he was here, I showed him an issue we had been having with one of our sinks and he fixed it free of charge- he said it was a simple and quick fix. I was so impressed with Juan's demeanor and the integrity of his work. I found him to be trustworthy and very responsive. I am thankful for finding his review on Nextdoor and would recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues/needs. He is a hard worker and excellent communicator. He set very clear expectations and his follow up on the work was excellent!

He will never try to over estimate the work. He is quick in analyzing and has all the tools and tricks to get the work done completely and quickly.
