My water heater needed to be replaced and I started messaging with Juan on Yelp. He replied almost immediately with an estimate and an availability timeframe. In addition to replacing the water heater, Juan also replaced a fill valve in one of the bathrooms. I am very happy with Juan's work and I coordinated with Fabi the office manager to set up the appointment. They have a very good team at JBS and it is very assuring to know that I can call them for an appointment if anything else comes up. I live in an old house and having found a go-to company for plumbing services makes me very happy. On top of being very professional, they are family oriented so it's a bonus knowing that I am doing business with good people.

We wanted to replace two of the toilets ourselves but it ended up being more complicated as the parts to our existing plumbing was very outdated. We knew we wouldn't want to risk any leaks so we called around for plumbers. In comes Juan and Fabi, we called them on a Saturday and they came the next day on Sunday which is usually a day they take off so I appreciate them coming out. They had to completely change out the flange and he came with parts and did the work! You could tell that he takes pride in his work as he was double, triple, quadruple checking for leaks after each installation.

I knocked off one star only because they mentioned they would come in the morning but didn't come until 1.30pm. It was because the previous job was running late so I can't fault them for this but just wished they contacted us. I will say that maybe this is an anomaly and communications with them otherwise was really good

That being said, their pricing is beyond fair and because of this I was 100% use them again. Really hard working and fairly priced = great service.

I had to have my bathroom overhauled because of a shower leak. I was under a short turnaround of 5 days. Juan of JBS Plumbing Solutions in Hayward did the job with time to spare. He put in a new vanity, new toilet, new floor and a shower inset, working around tenants. JBS' office manager Fabiola was extremely professional in estimating and communicating and worked with the tenants' schedule to get the bathroom repairs done. JBS was very diligent about the job, reasonably priced, and worked around everyone's schedule. The bathroom looks great! Thank you JBS Plumbing!

Juan fixed a clogged drain waste pipe and replaced the tub overflow pipe. It wasn't an easy fix (my house is old)! Juan's attention to detail is unmatched,he made sure there was no leak and that the water was flowing smoothly, he even fixed my tub fixtures!!! I highly recommend JBS for all of your plumbing needs. His wife handles the administrative end of the business, she's equally as pleasant. They operate a very attention to detail, open lines of communication business. I contacted Juan regarding a copper repipe for our house here in San Leandro a several weeks ago and after talking to several contractors, we determined that JBS was the right plumbers to get the job done for us. I had very specific requirements w/ regards to the repipe. This included type L copper, hot water return line (w/ flow control valves and recirc pumps) and even to upsize my domestic cold and hot water lines for the home. I even drew up an entire plan which I wanted them to price and they were open to it. If you ever undertake this project, it's important to get it done right the first time and JBS did not disappoint. You can tell from the quality of work and the results, everything was done the right way. I found them to be very honest and easy to work with. I purchased my own pump and shower trims and they installed that. They were always on time and stayed very late to get the job done and I'm not sure if they even took breaks. For our future plumbing work, we will definitely go w/ JBS again for their service and really fair pricing!

Finally a honest plumber with fair pricing! Seriously I have been searching through yelp and requesting quotes for a fairly simple job. I can tell you right now, stop wasting your time, and message JBS plumbing! They were the only ones who gave me a fair quote and where able to come out the next day.

I had JBS come out to do a job at my father in laws house, they had a leaky joint on the main coming into the house, it was old galvanized pipe. So they quoted me to cut it all out and replace it with copper piping.

This morning about two hours before the schedule time he let me know he was running behind from a previous job, which is totally fine. It was great to have such a transparent experience instead of having me wait around for hours wondering what is going on.


TLDR:Super clean work, fair pricing, my now go to plumbers!

My water heater had to be replaced so after some research, I contacted JBS Plumbing. They were able to schedule me for the following day. Juan was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He did not rush and double checked his work. I highly recommend JBS Plumbing and would give them more stars if I could.

I had a nasty problem - when I ran the shower in the main bathroom, the toilet in the other bathroom leaked! This escalated to all the drains backing up black goop. Well, Juan fixed it. The plumbing turned out to be baffling, with drains connecting to other drains instead of out to the main - I guess some of the older houses in Hayward were done this way with no concept of code. Juan persisted, rented special equipment, snaked in FROM THE ROOF and finally got a clog to clear up near the street. I can't imagine anybody else would have stuck with it and worked so hard to get my plumbing working again. Juan, and Fabi who runs the business side, were just amazing. Professional, friendly, explained everything, and very reasonably priced. I appreciated them so much and recommend them absolutely. 100 stars.
