We had a leaky toilet and they came and changed the ring on the bowl. That afternoon I noticed it was still leaking and called again. They came and changed the ring again. The next morning I noticed water on the floor again and called. They asked if I wanted someone to come out that day and I said yes since they hadn't repaired it the day before. He came and said the tank had a crack in it. He went to Lowe's and bought another toilet and installed it. I was stunned when I saw that they had changed over $400 for a service call. I called to ask about it and he said they charge that because it was a holiday. It was Friday and no one ever mentioned that to me. I told him that and he said he would check on it and call me back. No call back so I called again and they said they would check on it and give me a call back. It has been over a week and no surprise NO call. Never use JBG Plumbing again.

They fixed three of the four issues--one toilet still does not work right. The plumber was professional and efficient. But they replaced one small part in the shower which cost $160 just for the part. I would have asked about that, but I did not get the invoice until after I had paid. I should never proceed without asking for an estimate.

For years now I've used JBG Plumbing for my primary residence, a residential remodel, and my business's buildout and continued plumbing needs. I wish more business conducted themselves like this one does.

JBG Plumbing came out and after saying he unclogged the 2 sinks charged $239.00 but as the guy was driving down the street the sink filled up. We called them back but they still did not fix the clog. They would not fix the problem we payed for and would not refund the money for not fixing the problem. The good news is we called MAROON PLUMBING! They came out within 25 minutes and fixed the clog with professionalism and charged a very reasonable price. We will be calling them from now on. If you need a Plumber call MAROON PLUMBING!!!

Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service in showing up for a repair project that I had scheduled 10 days earlier. I would recommend another plumber to take care of your projects in a timely, professional manner.

I am very impressed with JBG plumbing. We had an unknown leak causing wet carpet in our rental home. JBG came out immediately, diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly at a very reasonable rate.

I do not get what went wrong. I am a landlord, and they took 2 months for me to get an invoice. Kept calling every week after silence(not telling me if the job is done), and they acted like they never went to my property. Quote from the lady, "Are you SURE JBG plumbing?" Must have called 6 times and an email till they did something about it. When I got the invoice, it said my address is the tenant's address. Ummm hello, what kind of landlord lives with their tenant?

They better did a good job fixing the shower head pipe for my tenant.

Maybe their plumbing work is good, but their customer service is horrid! If you are a landlord, I would steer clear asking them for help. If you don't want to be honest with them hoping they forget to bill you, then go ahead and get the free plumbing.
