Saw their van, looked them up here on Yelp and figured I'd give them a go since they serviced my area. Little did I know the frustration that would await me... As a self taugh YouTube expert, I am pretty efficient at typing in the keywords ""repairing leaking bathtub faucet"" and imagining I can do it on my own. Yet, rather than risking and cup of ""I told you so's"" from the Mrs, I called JBC. In this case, I was stuck in traffic heading home when the plumber arrived and was pointed to the problem by my wife. First text I received was ""Plumber is here"" Second Text (30 minutes later) ""He said something broke because it was old and had to be replaced anyhow."" Third Text ""OMG it was $420"" Say what?! Honestly, my mistake was probably trusting that they would quote their work prior to completing it like most plumbers have done for me in the past. Being set back $420 is a nice way to learn not to use a company. All in All they Did Good Work Would've Been Better if they Provided a Quote Prior to Charging

I was so happy the first plumbing service I got from JBC PLUMBING, that this past Tuesday, I noticed, my Laundry Utility Sink Faucet started to leak, Jon Crail, owner of JBC PLUMBING should be commended as well for having such amazing crew, today his employee, Nate Kawamata fixed our plumbing issue and again, he did a marvelous job just like Josh Tulava & John-John last June, thanks JBC PLUMBING, this Plumbing Company is Highly Recommended, and Customer Satisfaction is their Job #1 ! AWESOME experience! I couldn't turn off my main water line so I called a plumber. The first guy that came quoted me about $800. Josh was my second quote...FREE!!! He used his man strength to turn the valve. Unbelievable that the other guy wouldn't even try to turn the nob when I asked him to. Josh was on time and very professional. I will definitely use this company in the future since Josh was so honest!

JBC Plumbing is the best of the best! Josh Crail and his assistant Nat are very professional, skilled, knowledgeable and experts in Plumbing. They were so punctual (they came exactly at the time their appointment was set at), They were very efficient and accurate and as they installed my new kitchen sink, disposal and faucet, were able to find and replace leaking supply hoses, their handles and a drain basket. They completed the job in a short amount of time and did excellent work Their pricing was excellent too - so fair and reasonable. Also,the next day kind-hearted Nat, per my request exchanged the cold and hot tubings under the sink so that the cold water function on the faucet ""joystick"" was in the front of the faucet and not the back as the Manufacturer had intended it, (there was no charge to me for this, for which I am very thankful), This exchange made it much easier for me to reach and turn on and receive cold and hot water. I would highly recommend this company - ""hands-down"" to anyone who wants the ""Creme de la Creme"" of Plumbers in the Plumbing industry.. I will definitely use them again for all of my future plumbing needs.

JBC Plumbing is a very good company to use if you need plumbing work done. My upstairs toilet had water leaking from the tank into the toilet bowl. I replaced the flapper, but it was still leaking water into the bowl. I decided to call JBC Plumbing and Nate came over the next day and replaced the flush valve and gasket. He knew exactly what to do and got the job done right the first time. No more leaking water. The price charged was very reasonable. I highly recommend JBC Plumbing to anyone.

Much mahalo to the JBC team. Right from the start they provided great service. I got my quote for installing a new toilet within a few hours. The price I was provided was very reasonable too. Josh answered all of my questions and was able to fit me into the schedule the very next day. Nate and Jon Jon who did the toilet installation were great too. They were very professional and knowledgable. They had all the tools they needed to get the job done and were very neat in how they performed their work. Searched around for a good plumbing company and found this one thru Yelp. I called for an appointment and they came out the next day(today). Nate came by promptly even before the scheduled time. I needed the wax ring on the bottom of the toilet replaced. Nate was very very nice and efficient. I then asked him if he could replace the flush valve mechanism and he said sure no problem since he had the part in his van. He then said If I wanted to replace the water hose because it was corroded so I said sure. I then asked him since he's there, if he could replace the shower spigot, handles, and shower arm. He said yeah no problem! He had most of the parts in his van. Nate was very professional, neat, clean and fast. The price was very reasonable too. I would surely call them again if need be!

I just used your services and I am very happy with the results. Not only your technicians were friendly but they were very knowledgable and provided me with tips of what to do and not to do. They did more than expected. I called to uninstall and install a new kitchen garbage disposal. I thought it was the root of the problem of the pipes being clogged. But after replacing with the new kitchen garbage disposal, it was still clogged. So, they fixed that problem in no time at all. I would definitely use your services again if something else comes up. And of course, your price for the service I asked for was very reasonable compared to other companies. Thank you again.
