Had Nate and Mike out today for a slow draining shower. In short order they freed the stoppage and helped fix a sink issue as well. Highly recommended, from now on my company of choice!!! They offered to come early which I said yes! THANK YOU JBC!!!!!

I called for an appointment yesterday and the plumber Josh, along with his assistant Mike came out to my house to replace the wax ring for my leaking toilet today. I appreciated the fact that the scheduler and two plumbers responded right away and I did not have to wait for an appointment. Both plumbers, Josh and Mike arrived 15 minutes late. I would have appreciated a courtesy call telling me they were running late, but they did not call me to let me know they were arriving late. They successfully replaced the old leaking wax ring, the flapper valve, and the toilet flusher, but now my vinyl tiles have a lot of water under the tiles. JBC Plumbing are reasonably priced and affordable, though I was charged for a new toilet handle, which was broken by the plumber during the actual toilet repair. Overall, a pretty good company, though I have some reservations after the job was done and considering the entire experience from beginning to end. I believe the purpose of doing a fair and honest review for a company is to point out not only the good aspects, but things that can be improved upon as well, thus this mixed, but honest review and rating.

I haven't even received the 'home service' yet but wanted to take a moment to write a nice review for the Owner, Clarissa who helped me on the phone. It's on my intention list for the rest of the year to make an effort to recognize people & business's I think are amazing or go above and beyond (which can be hard to find these days ;). My landlord has set up a service call to this company and when I called to set up the appointment Clarissa was so warm and multi-tasking working from home with kids in the background as I could hear them. This does not bother me... 1) I'm a Mom 2) These are the times and I commend people who are still working hard, especially small Biz owners --- and those Moms with children working from home! When I asked her how many kids she had she said ""8""! Aaaaamaaaaazing! She was very professional (even with kids asking her questions in the background ;) and tried to truly accommodate my needs even short-staffed with an employee out with Covid. These are the times we need to support small Hawaii Businesses! Kuddos to JBC Plumbing for still trying to strive during these economically hard times! Keep it going! Mahalo Nui! ~ Tamara

Wow...I can't say enough good things about this place. I called them late Wednesday afternoon after a family friend flaked on me to fix a clog in my tub and a leaky faucet. They were all booked for Wednesday but scheduled me early Thursday morning at 8am. They showed up promptly at 8am and started working on my tub. They had to run out to grab a part for the faucet handle, but altogether it only took them about an hour and a half. They don't take card so make sure you have the right form of payment. Luckily I had taken out cash earlier so I was all set. The funny thing is the job ended up being cheaper than what my family friend was quoting me! I will definitely call them for all my plumbing needs and tell my friends and family about them! Thanks again guys!!!

We had a new toilet to install and some other small plumbing jobs to complete... these guys were prompt to reply, had a very fair price, were just plain awesome to work with and did a great job in a timely manner! They will be my go to plumbers for any future plumbing needs that I have for sure!

Last week week Wednesday from 12-3 scheduled appt for Don in Miliani. JBC called to confirm and did not show. Don called that day and no one has returned his call. Im not sure how a call to confirm and a follow up call not returned either, fell theu cracks.

I needed to replace all my pipes for my toilets and bathroom sinks. They did awesome job. It's nice to have a plumbing company in Kapolei. I'll use them again.

Updating my original one star rating as owner got back to me immediately after I posted it saying he never received the quote request and he scheduled an appointment for me the next day, today. Crew arrived during the time frame scheduled and completed the work. They were polite and took care of my issue. I recommend them , but call, don't use the online quote request. Fyi, had another plumber get back to me also saying they were not on the same island so the quote request system is messed up, don't bother with it. Tried the online request on yelp. No response. FYI check the other quote requests the system sends out, it's not very good as they sent a request out to a plumber on another island, who was the only one that got back to me promptly unfortunately. Another responded the next day and asked me to call, the whole idea of a online quote system is that it's online... JBC never responded so I think it;'s best to call vs using yelps online quote system which evidently has problems. So the one star rating may be more for Yelp than JBC

This company did a great job replacing my garbage disposal on very short notice, the plumber was professional and very quick and I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable price and great service! Thanks again JBC for an amazing job
