JBC came from Kapolei to Mililani within a half-hour of my call. I was at work, my wife was home by herself. The guys (I never learned their names) were courteous to her, completed the necessary repairs. in less than an hour (including a side trip to get parts) and charged a reasonable fee for their services. I would recommend JBC Plumbing to anyone, and will not hesitate to call them again when I need a plumber, either on short notice or for a scheduled job.

They were my first choice when I inquired for a plumber in my area. I asked for a quote online on a Sunday and was told to call. I ended up making an appointment with another plumber that week. Fortunately, the plumber I did make an appointment with ended up having to cancel my appointment so I called this plumber again and they were available the following day. The plumber came in and said we needed 3 new faucets. He bought 3 good quality sinks from Home Depot and fixed and installed it the same day. The total time it took including going to Home Depot took around 5 hours. The total cost including labor and 3 new faucets was around $800. They accept cash and check. No credit card. I would use this company again for my future plumbing needs.

I couldn't have asked for better, more professional plumbers! Joey arrived on time for both service dates. Our first service date was on a Friday (Josh squeezed us into their schedule as a VERY last minute same day add on). Even though it was after hours Joey only charged me their regular rate. He had to return with parts the following Monday (the Kholer shop was closed on Friday), arrived 10 minutes early and got to work right away. He changed out a shut off valve and the hardware to 3 toilets on a home we just bought. Price was very reasonable. Staff is very friendly and they communicate well. It's refreshing to get this level of service in Hawaii!! Thank you JBC Plumbing!!!

I give this company ZERO stars. I made an appointment almost a week in advance and received confirmation via text of the day and time. NO ONE bothered to show up or call me on that day despite my NUMEROUS TEXTS and CALLS inquiring as to when they will be arriving. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY BY SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY IN MY LIFE!!! Don't waste your time trying to do business with this place unless you want to be jacked around.

Had Nate and Mike out today for a slow draining shower. In short order they freed the stoppage and helped fix a sink issue as well. Highly recommended, from now on my company of choice!!! They offered to come early which I said yes! THANK YOU JBC!!!!!

Great service! Hot water heater started leaking and the property manager took her sweet time dispatching these guys out. Finally when she got them my information they called immediately to set up a time to replace the heater. Keep in mind that this was 4 days without hot water. After telling them that the property manager delayed replacement they were able to shuffle the schedule replace it that next morning. Josh and his assistant are absolute professionals. I would undoubtedly have them perform any of my plumbing needs.

Update to previous review the owner josh had reached out to us and was unaware of the situation. But had remedied this situation and was delightful and professional and courteous. We really appreciate his attention and concern for his customers!!!

When my last water bill was 18000 gallons I figured there must be a leak somewhere. Fortunately that large water puddle in the middle of my front lawn was a good indication of where the leak was. I called JBC plumbing on Sunday, said it wasn't an immediate emergency but would like someone to come out on Monday to assess the situation. They setup the appointment for Monday between noon and 3 pm. Josh and his partner showed up before 2 pm, looked at the situation, and figured out the best way to resolve my issue which involved them doing a lot of digging. They took about 90 minutes and also checked for any other leaks while they were there. I was extremely pleased with their work and no more leak. I would defiantly call JBC plumbing again for future plumbing needs!

Updated my previous comments and 1 star review. After I posted that I didn't get a call back 2 days from initial request, I got a call back and an apology for not responding timely. Scheduled me the very next day with a 2 hour window that they would be here between 10 and 12. Joey called me around 11:40 or so and said he was on his way. Got here in about 20 minutes and fixed my problem also in 20 minutes. Charged me the hour at a discount and the part. Toilet no longer running. What a relief. Joey was very nice and showed me what needed to be replaced and why. All in all good service. I will recommend and call them again if needed.
