We needed a line run for our new fridge and JBC was able to do it the same day. When they arrived, I was told they needed to open up our wall to see if there was an existing line, which we expected. They opened up on each side of the wall and didn't find any. We decided (mostly due to cost), that we would run the line from our kitchen sink, through our cabinets, to the fridge. The two guys got to work and finished within 3 hours. When we went to look, they had cut a crooked square on the side of the cabinet to run our line through and left some just sitting on the bottom of the shelves. We had expected a much neater job from a professional. Once our fridge arrived, we realized that the line they had run was too short and we would need to buy an extension for it. For someone who does this often, we had expected that they would know how long to run the line so it would reach the fridge. Overall, I wasn't impressed and now we're left with a mess running through our kitchen.

I had the opportunity to call JBC for the second time in two weeks for different problems and both times they did an outstanding job. They came early both times and were in and out quickly. They are efficient and vary good at what they do. I feel that I get quality work from Ryan and his son at JBC and I feel lucky that I found them. I won't hesitate to call them again.

Pipe burst, my fault, tried to fix my self. Had to call in a professional! Schedule for us was wide open asked for first available 1-4 was my window . Josh call at 11:40 said he was on his way , called before he started and gave scope of work , and actually coached me on my diy.Quick and quality service reasonable price. My gas heater went out about a month ago, wasn't really a priority to get it fix. But now it's getting cold so I need hot water. I heard that most of the time you just need to reignite the heater, I tried reigniting it myself but was unsuccessful. I wanted a plumbing company that was close & can get the job done. I always yelp company's before I make any final decision & came across JBC, their reviews were promising so I gave them a call. Their dispatch lady was really nice & super helpful & got me scheduled for an appointment that works for me. Josh & Sean came to check out my water heater & well what do you know the heater just needed to be reignited but I was doing it completely wrong. They were very knowledgeable & showed me how to do it if I ever needed to do it in the future which I appreciated. I feel silly having them come out here just for that but I'm glad it just literally needed to be reignited and not something catastrophic. If I ever need other plumbing services in the future I'll definitely be giving JBC a call. Mahalo

So greatful for fast, efficient service. Had an issue with clogged main line. Called a bunch of companies, left messages then called JBC Plumbing and someone picked up my call! Talk about perfect timing, the woman on the phone was able to send Ryan and his son to the home between jobs! I swear I only had to wait 1 to 1 1/2 hours for them to come by. What a relief! I have an outdoor spigot the Steve's plumbing charged me a small fortune to replace. They left a hold in my exterior wall without any suggestions. Less than 6 months later I notice the fixed part of the spigot was turning and was leaking again. I am so glad I called JBC. They were much more reasonable and discussed with me the options. I now have a hose spigot that doesn't leak and is sealed nicely with caulking.
