My toilets were clogged and ""nasty stuff"" wasn't going down. My shower and tub were both backing up and more ""stinky stuff"" was coming up from the drain lines. I was in desperate need of a plumber but it was 9:30 pm! I checked Yelp for 24/7 plumbers and decided to call JBC Plumbing. Winston the plumber came to my house within an hour. He used the heavy duty snake to clear my drain line. Winston was knowledgeable and professional in his job. Everything was draining good and flowing good thereafter. I would recommend JBC Plumbing

It was two Sundays ago, water started leaking from the toilet. Immediately, I looked up plumbers on Yelp and either called and left messages or emailed several companies. Only one responded within an hour, JBC. Actually, JBC was the ONLY company to call me back. I spoke to Josh and explained the situation. I told him it wasn't an emergency but that I'd like someone to repair it on Monday, the following day. The price he quoted was very fair. On Monday, one of his plumbers arrived, diagnosed the problem and promptly repaired it. Thank you Josh for your quick service and professionalism. JBC is a company you can depend on. It's been almost two weeks since then and still none of the other companies I contacted had called me back.

I so wanted to give this company five stars however..my simple drip (so I thought) turned into 5 hours and two visits of repair. Yes, issue sourcing Kohler products. But, Two visits and they got it right...well almost as my hot water is cold and cold it hot. But after two days off from work..the drip stopped. I just live with the backwards water. The second chance I gave them was to fix my toilet where a seal dry rotted. They replaced the seal...however when i flushed my guest bathroom the next day its squealed!! So, called them again. Winston came out and fixed it quickly! So, ask for Winston..if I started with him, things would of probably been repaired properly..! Just have patience...cause I lost mine.

If I could give a 10 Star I would give it to Winston because in the past week I had issues with my toilet so they sent one guy Filipino uncle who did nothing but trying to unplug it. Uncle Winston was the third plumber to show up but he did a much more amazing job. He knew something was wrong after multiple times trying to flush so he took the time to take it apart and found a stuck object and after solving the problem he mopped,scrubbed the ground before he left. I discovered a small puddle of water coming from under the toilet in my master bathroom called JBC in the morning and made an appointment for the same afternoon. Ryan came out looked at the bottom of the toilet and said its the wax ring, went out to his truck got a new ring, lifted the toilet up, wiped up a bunch of water that was underneath but thankfully hadn't' escaped and made a bigger puddle or caused any water damage. He put the new wax ring on, screwed the toilet back in place cleaned up everything, gave me some advice on another issue I was concerned about and was on his way in about 20 minutes from start to finish. This was my second time using JBC and I've had great service both times. They charge a standard fee per hour plus an additional charge for parts and of course tax.

Exceptionally Great Prompt Service! Joey the Service Technician was very personable and knowledgeable. Recommended an in-line valve to make main line water easier to turn off rather than going to roadside valve. Had to remove 2 fittings to D/C the pressure Reducing Valve, 1 CPVC and 1 copper, then CPVC cement a shut-off valve to the main incoming line and copper sweat the house connection, 2 threaded connections on the valve. He used pressure crimp connectors I've never seen. Looks like industrial quality w O-Ring inserts. 2 hours work of work. Thanks again for prompt and respectable service! Would recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing repair!

We had multiple problems with our plumbing and thought I could take care of it but I was wrong so we looked up plumbing companies and JBC plumbing had great reviews took a chance and called sorry can't remember the guys name that we talk to but he was very help and and even got a appointment for Monday which I thought was really fast. So Monday my mother in-law was at home waiting for our appointment our technician Winston came before our appointment time fixed everything in a timely matter my mother in-law said he was very professional and courteous and explained everything thoroughly to my mother in-law. Even though our problems were small JBC Plumbing still took care. I would not hesitate to call them again for any of my plumbing problems. Mahalo JBC plumbing

Called JBC Plumbing to come and check our bathroom because something was leaking and was becoming noticeable on my brother's ceiling. They were able to come the very next day and even arrived earlier than their estimated time. Mr. Joey was very kind and managed to find the problem and fixed it right away in less than an hour. He even recommended someone to fix the ceiling. Amazing experience overall. Will definitely call them again if we need any other assistance. Thanks so much!
