Do yourself a favor and ask for Shan! He was efficient, professional, and honest. He came in, found the problem, and quickly went to work. It's hard to find honest people who know what they are doing in this field, it was so refreshing. A real stand up guy, can't give him enough praise.

Six years ago these guys were great. They've gone downhill fast. I hired them to remove old bath and shower fixtures and then to come back after the refinishing was done to put in new ones. It's been a nightmare, and I have now been without either shower or bath for a week and a half. I have also been to three different stores on 5 separate occasions to try and get the parts they told me I needed, only to be told again today that they can't finish the job. Last year I had a toilet leak and it turned out to be no more than a loose bolt, which they tightened--and charged me $120 for. I'm never using them again.

Excellent service on two toilets and replacing a shower head that I couldn't remove. Arrived as scheduled, worked quickly and cleanly, and price was more than fair.

Though the lead time for our service call was longer than expected (it wasn't an emergency), Joe arrived at the promised time. He was friendly, efficient and skilled at his trade. I have used Jensen Beach a few times in the past and would not hesitate in calling them again. Prompt, friendly, skilled and reasonably priced for a reliable tradesman? What more can you ask for?

Called about a leak Man said they sent the wrong man and without even checking anything he refers me to a Co that wanted 450$ to diagnose Then I get a bill from Jensen called Euroliot they came right away and fixed my toilet

I have used Jensen beach plumbing quite a few times now. Found them to be very accommodating. Fair priced and honest. Girls in the office are very nice as well. Good company. I started with Jensen when another local plumber lied to me 3 times about showing up. And then I turned away another outfit that showed up with a new fancy truck and an expensive mural painted all over the outside. Then the guy got out of the truck with an Ipad to quote putting a plumbing snake in a 25 ft outside drain pipe. The quote for a 20 minute job was more than the Ipad.

A pipe broke in my yard, I contacted Jensen Beach plumbing spoke with Peggy who arranged my service. Mike came out explained the issue and showed me the tree roots he removed. Mike was terrific, personable and professional. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

Second time I've used Jensen Beach Plumbing. Both times the plumber arrived on time, got the job done quickly, did high quality work and charged a reasonable price. Jensen Beach Plumbing is now my """"go to"""" plumber.

Jensen Beach Plumbing has always been friendly. However, it took them three tries to properly replace my hot water heater. They did eventually get it right. The performed a repair three years ago on my condominium shower which cost $3,000. It is now leaking again and has to be repaired again because they used the wrong drain pan and did not properly caulk the seal.

Don't bother with this company. You call them as a Landlord for your tenant who is having a problem, they tell you that as soon as they get there, they'll notify you of the problem/cause of problem/findings. They were there for less than 10 minutes, they told my tenant they would call me, yet no phone call ever came. Instead, beset a month later- a surprise bill of $110 arrives in the mail for """"First HOUR of labor."""" I call and speak with someone who was defensive from the start, rude, and sarcastic. She stated that whether they are here for """"five minutes or an hour,"""" the fee is the same. I tried to explain that the issue wasn't about me paying the bill, it was about not being advised of what was involved and what they had to do to fix the clogged toilet. She went onto sarcastically say that """"normally,"""" the plumbers never call. """"It's not like they have x-day vision and are able to see what caused the clog..."""" she went onto say. This wonderful woman than decides that hanging up on a customer was the appropriate way to handle the call. What an excellent job at Customer Service and Satisfaction you've accomplished as the owner of Jensen Beach Plumbing, Peggy! Maybe next time you should lead by example, as an owner, and next time not hang up on customers. Part of Customer Service is knowing how to handle good and bad phone calls. I work as a healthcare professional, and I am sure if I were to respond the way YOU did to me, at the hospital- you'd raise hell. I will never recommend a company such as yours, especially judging by the manner in which you handled my phone call.
