Second time I've used Jensen Beach Plumbing. Both times the plumber arrived on time, got the job done quickly, did high quality work and charged a reasonable price. Jensen Beach Plumbing is now my """"go to"""" plumber.

Jensen Beach Plumbing has always been friendly. However, it took them three tries to properly replace my hot water heater. They did eventually get it right. The performed a repair three years ago on my condominium shower which cost $3,000. It is now leaking again and has to be repaired again because they used the wrong drain pan and did not properly caulk the seal.

Don't bother with this company. You call them as a Landlord for your tenant who is having a problem, they tell you that as soon as they get there, they'll notify you of the problem/cause of problem/findings. They were there for less than 10 minutes, they told my tenant they would call me, yet no phone call ever came. Instead, beset a month later- a surprise bill of $110 arrives in the mail for """"First HOUR of labor."""" I call and speak with someone who was defensive from the start, rude, and sarcastic. She stated that whether they are here for """"five minutes or an hour,"""" the fee is the same. I tried to explain that the issue wasn't about me paying the bill, it was about not being advised of what was involved and what they had to do to fix the clogged toilet. She went onto sarcastically say that """"normally,"""" the plumbers never call. """"It's not like they have x-day vision and are able to see what caused the clog..."""" she went onto say. This wonderful woman than decides that hanging up on a customer was the appropriate way to handle the call. What an excellent job at Customer Service and Satisfaction you've accomplished as the owner of Jensen Beach Plumbing, Peggy! Maybe next time you should lead by example, as an owner, and next time not hang up on customers. Part of Customer Service is knowing how to handle good and bad phone calls. I work as a healthcare professional, and I am sure if I were to respond the way YOU did to me, at the hospital- you'd raise hell. I will never recommend a company such as yours, especially judging by the manner in which you handled my phone call.

Call someone else! Lenny called 15 minutes before appointment time to tell me he just figured out he was 45 minutes away? Then I told him I could not wait that long and he hung the phone up on me. I was looking for quote all new bathroom fixtures..probably would have spent thousands on this job. Lost a repeat customers business. First-Replaced water heater. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. Replaced water heater in two hours. Good price too. Will use again.

We have used them several times. Always fast, courteous and fair. We had Steve come out today to replace a kitchen sink faucet, repair an upstairs bath valve and snake a sink drain. What a pleasure to work with a real pro.

Arrived on time - took the call when other services said they couldn't fit it in. Friendly and informative service - Steve explained everything he was doing (and why) as he worked very quickly. Never slowed down! He was so fast, he was able to swap out a bad valve on another fixture during the visit. Price was very reasonable - highly recommended!

After finding we had a leak at our main water shutoff valve I called Jensen Beach Plumbing. The person I spoke with said they'd have someone at our home around lunch time, which was several hours later. No big deal. Hung up the phone, and about 10 minutes later I was told a service tech was on his way and would be arriving within 30 minutes. Talk about fast service! The break in the line was quickly found (roots apparently got to it) and was repaired within about an hour and a half. I was very impressed with how quickly they responded and diagnosed, and fixed the problem. Very happy with the service, and glad I checked out Yelp reviews. The positive ones were right on!

I can't recall how many times we've called them over the past 15 years. They're fantastic whether the job is big or small. They get here quickly and don't quit until the job is done. Prices are quite fair. Nice people, too.
