This company, in particular Johnny, will always first in my book. The response time was great as my plumbing issue (no water) was quite significant.

Jonny and Dominic were extremely professional and polite. They meticulously looked at every possible scenario to address the problem. They reviewed the building plans. Who does that? Johnny even spoke to the Walnut Water District. Honestly, he was far more astute.

They eventually got to the root of the problem. The overall service was an A+. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Last week a couple of greedy rats ate through the wires on my water heater and I had no hot water. we called another company (which will remain nameless) who said they would order the part and come back in 5 days to fix it. We weren't too pressed because we were leaving town for the weekend. Monday comes and no part then tuesday and still no part. I called JB out of desperation. Johnny and Dominic, two of their service guys come out. They told me the part was not in stock but that they would try to get it. about an hour later they came back with a part (not OME because they no longer make that part) and repaired the thing in to time flat. They were both pleasant and professional. So glad I got to work with this company. I had them put their card on the inside of the water heater closet so I could go to them first! Oh and I forgot to mention, they were cheaper to boot!

We had two toilets that were backed up. Our home owners Warrenty couldn't send someone out till 5 days later!?. I decided to call JB plumbing, and they were quick to show up, within the hour!!! Cory, was super professional and installed my toilet fill valve for free, as well. I would definitely recommend JB plumbing.

Johnny and Domenic showed up to look at my shower, the shower was only putting out Hot water when I turned it on instead of letting me regulate hot and cold.
They were very polite, put on paper shoes upon entering the house.
After they removed the Pfeifer cartridge, they discovered there was a seal problem.
They put a new one in, worked fine.
Also, they discovered that the front turn on - turn off handle was incorrect, so they connected it properly.
Very happy with their service and workmanship.

Excellent response time. Jerry was quick to come and access our shower pan leak. They repaired our shower and did great work. Great service. We have used them a couple of times and they are always quick to respond. Will for sure use them again if we have any other plumming and repair issues.

At my house I have renters and they sometimes have needs. Well I got the call that my water heater is spitting only cold water out, no heat. Ughh, I live out of state, what to do? My existing company has been flaking on me out of Glendora so I read the reviews of this new place here in San Dimas and gave them a call. I usually don't try companies that I know nothing about, but decided to give JB a call. They answered right away on the phone and said they could have a technician onsite before end of day.

Technician came onsite, first replaced thermal coupler and system still did not come on, this was like 150 bucks. We found that my water heater was pretty old, the kind you can still light, so I decided to replace. The tech surprised me by saying they had so many at the shop on hand for emergency replacements that he could tap into. I told him to go ahead. Well 2 hours later, they had a new one in and the job was done. My renters verified that hot water come out immediately everywhere in the house, was a cool upgrade and done so quickly. Usually nothing is done quickly and without problems. So top notch review for these guys, and will now use them as my go to plumbers in socal.
