We had a very bad leak somewhere under the slab. Johnny and his crew were immediately on the job. This is an old house with some really jury-rigged plumbing. PVC was spliced into and bypassing around earlier problems.
Now, we have had this wonderful company out twice before to fix a tricky sewer line. They managed to fix it without cutting into the slab.
This time , a whole repipe inside and out was required. My yard is huge and the meter is at the very back. They dug, replaced all the pipes, built 4 hose bibs, and filled in said trenches without damaging landscaping. They bypassed the slab and installed through the attic with minimal holes.
Johnny was a Godsend. He was so helpful and kind throughout the process. They worked quickly and got it done in a few days.
Johnny also dealt with the city inspector. When the inspector had a problem with our electrical box not being properly grounded, he just did the work for us. He even took care that our birds were okay.
I cannot fully express how happy we are with the good, hard work and almost stressless experience.

We needed a new burner assembly installed in our water heater. Johnny worked with us to do the install as soon as the part arrived from our water heater company. Johnny also came out first, right away, to make sure what our water heater needed. He noticed - and showed me- that a pipe was leaking. The thermostat was also broken. They gave me an estimate on the spot to install the new burner, the thermostat, the leaky pipe, and to do a flush and drain. Johnny honored that price, showed up right away as promised, and we have hot water again. We have used them many times over the years, and they have never disappointed. And for all of you dog lovers, Johnny was great with our dog who loved him very much.

We had a major problem with a water leak on a Saturday afternoon, called JB and they were able to get Johnny to our house within 45 minutes, he was able to stop the leak, pinpoint the problem and stop the leak, they had to come back a couple days later to fix ALL of the issues, Johnny went above and beyond, very professional and a GREAT person, felt very confident and dealing with JB and a HUGE thank you to Johnny!!

3rd time using JB plumbing. 1st 2 times were for small plumbing issues like water heater install and drain issues.

This time it was replacing the main water line coming into the house from the street. On top of that they repiped the whole house with pex piping. All of this was no problem for Cory and his team. Knocked out the job in 3 days. Really satisfied with the job they did. Craftsmanship is top notch and we will definitely continue to use them for all or plumbing needs as well as recommend them to anyone who has plumbing needs
