I needed a plumber to give me a quote and do the work ASAP, Johnny was there right away to redo a gas line before my father came home in oxygen. He did a great job and was very caring to my situation and made sure the gas leak was fixed! I definitely recommend JB Plumbing!

A plumber came out today to detect gas leaks. He sprayed blue liquid on the pipes in my unit in the kitchen, hallway and bathroom and left the mess for me to clean up. While working he's on the phone with friends planning his weekend. He claimed everything was fixed, but when SoCal gas came out after he left today he confirmed that the work was not complete and some of the pipes were still leaking so I'm up and running, but the unit down stairs will have to do with hot water, heating and their stove over the weekend. The same plumber has done work in my unit and he seriously needs to get of the phone and do his job. A gas leak is no joke and I'm not confident it will get resolved if a responsible person is not sent to finish the job.

Had some guests coming over for a little Valentine's Day party last night, and the sewer line clogged up at 1:30 in the afternoon with the toilet bubbling up and everything! Made a call to JB Plumbing, and in a little over an hour Johnny and Dominic were manning the rooter and getting us back in business. They were very nice and professional, worked thoroughly but quickly, got everything flowing great again, and the price was reasonable. This wasn't the first time we've used JB, and won't be the last!

My shower needed to be repaired, so I started calling plumbers for free estimates. JB Plumbing was one of the few that offered a free estimate, so I asked for a visit. Johnny and Dominic came out the next day. They figured out the problems quickly and gave me the free estimate right then. It was very business-like, with no hard sell or pressure. After getting other estimates I realized that JB Plumbing had significantly better prices for the work I needed done. Johnny and Dominic came back out today and had the problem fixed in about an hour. I was able to pay with my credit card, with no extra charge for that convenience.

I was very impressed with their work and their professional manner. I would recommend JB Plumbing to anyone in need of this kind of work.

This company, in particular Johnny, will always first in my book. The response time was great as my plumbing issue (no water) was quite significant.

Jonny and Dominic were extremely professional and polite. They meticulously looked at every possible scenario to address the problem. They reviewed the building plans. Who does that? Johnny even spoke to the Walnut Water District. Honestly, he was far more astute.

They eventually got to the root of the problem. The overall service was an A+. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
