What can I say about the service and the finished job from JB Plumbing? We are so in love with our new kitchen!! What was once a drab and dark area is now the most inviting room in the whole house. They literally gave us the kitchen of our dreams. It began with a service call from a leak that turned into a reno and although that sounds like a nightmare Jesse and his team couldn't of made the process smoother! Thank you again Jesse, Jerry, Anthony, and everyone else that worked so hard on this project. Jeffrey, you have an amazing group working for you. I was referred to JB Plumbing by a friend and found them as a local listing when I discovered a slab leak. They came out within an hour that morning I called to complete a leak detection and provide an estimate for repairs. Plumbing problems are always frustrating. I am somewhat handy around the house and yesterday my shower was completely blocked and wouldn't drain. After work, I tried several different ways to unclog it with no luck. My attempts only resulted in both showers being clogged. I called JB Plumbing around 8:30 pm and within an hour a very nice young man, Cory, showed up. He was very polite and took a look at the problem and went to work. He struggled a little, it took him about 1 hour, but in the end he was successful in getting my problem solved. The charges for emergency service were reasonable. JB Plumbing is our go to company from now on.

I am currently remodeling a home and was looking for a good plumber in the area that would be able to help us revamp the old plumbing. I work at a privately owned retail store in San Dimas and was excited to see a ""JB Plumbing"" truck pull up to our shop, since I was considering them for the remodel. However, after my interaction with one of their employees I Would NEVER choose this company solely based on how rude he was to me as a person. ( he had no idea I was a would be customer, and I never brought it up because my first priority is to serve him with customer service). I was sure I was going to ask him for a business card at the end of our transaction, but his attitude quickly changed my mind. He was incredibly rude and belittling during our entire interaction . I feel like you can tell a lot about one's integrity based on how they treat those in the service industry. A little advice for JB Plumbing, if your people are going to be completing Personal tasks in company vehicles, maybe you should be sure they realize they are also representing your company.

We are very happy they completed repipe our house. They are professional and job well done and done right. 20 years written contract warranty on the repipe job got my trust in this company. We can be worry free at least for another 20years. I am sure they will still be in business for the next 30 or even 50 years.

8-4-16 Kyle came out to house, because of a slow draining main line to the street. I made the appointment for 2 hours after I called. He arrived on time after calling me prior to arrival.
He snaked the main line to the street, removing a clump of tree roots. After flushing the system, the drain works fine. The price was very fair and competitive for the job done, BELOW what was quoted over the phone.

He explained that the tree roots eventually would clog the line again. He recommended that the drain be viewed by camera and be hydro cleaned and gave me the price. He explained that if the drain was broken by the tree roots it would need to be dug up and repaired, which would be very expensive due to the depth of the sewer line under the front yard.

I feel he was up front and honest about the expenses and he did not try a hard sell, but just gave me the information.
