Great experience with Jazz, start to finish with complete heat and a/c install. Comfort Advisor Justin, no pressure to purchase ""deluxe system"", determined what was right. Techs Will and Philipe were great on install. Only glitch was defective thermostat, right out of the box. Will set up temporary unit until new one arrived, tech Bryan came out and installed/ connected new unit to my smartphone. Definitely recommend Jazz for any hvac work.

My experience was superb from front to end - sales, installation, and back office.

I was pleasantly surprised because these experiences are not always the case, especially when intricate projects are implemented and our hard-earned money is involved, we tend to take a bit of leap of faith even after homework. I was glad to trust Jazz and they designed/installed the HVAC wonderfully. Quick, transparent, and responsible. Also, it was assuring to discover that Costco sold HVACs and partnered with Jazz to be the implementers in our area, so they (Jazz) had a solid backing from a giant. All in all, Jazz Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing (Jazz) installed our home's HVAC and they did splendidly. A shout out to Shawn for being super responsive, patient, and informative for us to make the decision to buy a HVAC system (and enjoying AC and looking forward to the heater soon sir :-D ). A shout out to Juan and Jonathan for their knowledge, flexibility, and professionalism as installers. And a shout out to Lance and the back-office team for coordination and dealing with the aftermath/close out process. You guys rock! Keep doing what you do, and I have no qualms with recommending Jazz for HVAC installs & sales to others. I look forward to your HVAC service again when needed.

The team at Jazz promptly put together a competitive quote for a heat pump system. They were very patient in explaining the heat pumps and adjusted the quote multiple times while we decided exactly what we wanted.

The install team was perfect, led by Josh Smith, they were clean, efficient and left the work site in great shape.

We have used Jazz to replace our ducting a few years ago and have great experiences with both projects.

I would definitely recommend considering Jazz for any hvac projects.

Efficient and reliable. Responded quickly to repair a garbage disposal and dishwasher air gap. Price was competitive and repairs done quickly. Ben was our plumber and was knowledgeable and provided useful recommendations.

PRV replacement: I was hearing loud water hammer sound when the automated sprinkler turns on At my home. Carlos Mandoza diagnosed high water pressure due to non functioning PRV and helped to replace it. The sound went away after replacement. Couple of other technicians checked this out before Carlos from both Jazz and another company but couldn't diagnose the root cause correctly We wasted money replacing extension tank and water heater.

Thanks to Carlos Mendoza for correctly diagnosing the root cause. Carlos is a great technician and I would strongly recommend him

Absolutely fantastic service! I called for help with my HVAC and got an appointment right away. Manuel arrived on time and with parts ready to go. He explained everything and showed me how it worked - which was appreciated. I really liked the service so much I signed up for their maintenance plan. It was reasonably priced. Recommend.

Both Jose and Ruben are highly efficient and very helpful. They show you photos of the work as they explain what's going on in the HVAC and/or plumbing.

We needed to book a second appointment since our first one fixed the AC temporarily. After about 7 hrs the AC fan stopped working again. Josh was the technician assigned to us. I provided him context of the issues and what I had checked. He worked diligently checking everything within the AC unit for about an hour. He couldn't find anything wrong. He then discovered the wires on the AC breaker were slightly melted. He recommended I get that replaced. I found time the next day to buy a replacement at ACE hardware. Replaced it. It's been working great since with no issues so far. Highly recommend Jazz. After working with them. They are very trustworthy.

Had 3 of my AC/ heaters replaced with the most expensive units. After they installed them, it simply would not cool down my house below 73 degree. They said it takes time to cool but even after 6 hours, nope still 74+. Even after 5 visits, they couldn't figure it out. In the meantime, my ceiling had a water leak because they installed the water pipe wrong in attic space where new heater/AC units were installed. This leak damaged the ceiling. I gave up on trying to fix and tried to revert back to my units but of course they discarded my old units. I had no choice but receive some credit from them and move on and be stuck with most expensive units that don't work right. A year later, there was a power outage and found out they installed the AC unit on a wrong grid bypassing my solar battery. Moreover, they fried my solar inverter when they were working on electrical panel because they didn't shut off solar box before they worked on the electrical. Luckily I had a warranty from solar company which took 4 months to repair and didn't produce solar power all summer long. I called Jazz to come out and reconnect my AC to battery grid but they are simply ignoring my request and kicking the can to different depts and never responded. From the beginning to end was total disaster.
