Recommended Customer Reviews

If you want a mediocre job done with little attention to detail then this is the perfect company. Measure once cut twice, damage to walls and flooring. Ducts are visible and taking over most of our closets. I spent over $30K for central hvac and I wish I would've gone with another company. The crew that came to install was at least 6 guys, it was like a college fraternity.

very professional. Juan discussed multiple options for our complicated bathroom situation, and we got estimates very quickly. Impressive group!

We recently had Steven and William out to deal with a clogged toilet, installing a new toilet and replacing a shower part. They were both so pleasant, professional and did great work. Jazz is also fair with their pricing. I've also used Jazz for HVAC. The customer service is awesome!

Free quote - Johnny (technician) arrived on schedule and seemed knowledgeable with my plumbing needs and provided a very detailed analysis with a semi-itemized breakdown of needed repairs. He acknowledged that Jazz isn't the cheapest nor the most expensive, but they're on the mid-high range on pricing. After receiving an immediate quote within the hour, I took a few days to review it, and that's where things went downhill.
I followed up with customer service (Makaela) about what models and part numbers that would be used to fix my plumbing needs, and she forwarded that inquiry to Johnny. 1 week goes by - no response so okay. Another week goes by, I checked in and Makaela said he was out of office for a few days and hasn't heard a response. On the 3rd week I asked her to escalate this inquiry to management, which she supposedly did. Now 1 month later after my initial inquiry, there's been no response. I've been completely ghosted.
I took off stars for poor communication, wasting my time, and poor management. I shouldn't have to keep chasing and following up on a simple inquiry.
I'm willing to revise my review should they re-approach me and address my concerns. My experience is a solid 2/5 stars.

We called Jazz this morning regarding an urgent message that appeared on our Lennox HAVC. The service technician Jesus Ulloa arrived promptly. He was polite, very tidy and careful in his work. He explained the problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently. Big cheers!!

The communication and service were exceptionally good. I felt very confident in their trustworthiness.

They were good in the past. Now, it's all about the money. I have 2 properties under their Jazz Club maintenance plan. They come out the same day, but I've found their quotes extremely high for basic repairs. ($1900 to replace a kitchen faucet!)
I also purchased a very expensive heat pump which the rep said would qualify for a $4000 enery rebate from the state. Their installers were messy, rude, and wrecked newly planted landscaping. County inspectors quickly approved the installation, but it's been 4 months and I have not received my rebate check. I've called multiple times. Call center people say they will ""have someone call me back"". They never do.
DO NOT trust what the salepeople tell you. Once you pay them, they will not help you. They are onto the next victim.

thank you to jazz for hiring really sweet techs.
our tech today was alejandro. he's on the plumbing detail.
he was friendly, efficient and likes cats.
what more can a customer ask?
thanks, alejandro!

Our technician Ridge came by for an inspection today and did a great job! Prompt, courteous, professional and very thorough in their explanations of what was being done, what was expected and recommended next steps. Highly recommend!

I scheduled an appointment this morning to have a clogged bathtub looked at. Initially, Sarah refused to provide any kind of estimate. The appointment was set for 9-11 a.m., but at around 10:55, I received a call saying it was being rescheduled to 12-2 p.m.
At around 12:30, a technician arrived. He was unprofessional and rude. Without introducing himself properly, he walked into the kitchen and asked, ""What's going on?"" I told him the issue was with the bathtub, not the kitchen. He then went to the bathroom but didn't even bother to run the water or inspect the clog to assess the situation.
Instead, he immediately asked if I was under an HOA and said if I was, he couldn't do anything. I asked him several times to at least take a look at the issue, and finally, he said if he used his mini device to inspect the plumbing, it would cost $690. I found that very confusing--why would using the device for $690 not require an HOA permit, but simply checking the clog would?
He then made a call and repeated the same explanation multiple times. At that point, I asked him to leave.
I messaged Sarah afterward, and as of now, I've received no response. I've been waiting since this morning, and I'm extremely disappointed with how this entire situation was handled.
