Since my first review, I've had two more visits from Jazz. Can't say enough about how great all our technicians have been!

Both Jose and Ruben are highly efficient and very helpful. They show you photos of the work as they explain what's going on in the HVAC and/or plumbing.

We needed to book a second appointment since our first one fixed the AC temporarily. After about 7 hrs the AC fan stopped working again. Josh was the technician assigned to us. I provided him context of the issues and what I had checked. He worked diligently checking everything within the AC unit for about an hour. He couldn't find anything wrong. He then discovered the wires on the AC breaker were slightly melted. He recommended I get that replaced. I found time the next day to buy a replacement at ACE hardware. Replaced it. It's been working great since with no issues so far. Highly recommend Jazz. After working with them. They are very trustworthy.

Had 3 of my AC/ heaters replaced with the most expensive units. After they installed them, it simply would not cool down my house below 73 degree. They said it takes time to cool but even after 6 hours, nope still 74+. Even after 5 visits, they couldn't figure it out. In the meantime, my ceiling had a water leak because they installed the water pipe wrong in attic space where new heater/AC units were installed. This leak damaged the ceiling. I gave up on trying to fix and tried to revert back to my units but of course they discarded my old units. I had no choice but receive some credit from them and move on and be stuck with most expensive units that don't work right. A year later, there was a power outage and found out they installed the AC unit on a wrong grid bypassing my solar battery. Moreover, they fried my solar inverter when they were working on electrical panel because they didn't shut off solar box before they worked on the electrical. Luckily I had a warranty from solar company which took 4 months to repair and didn't produce solar power all summer long. I called Jazz to come out and reconnect my AC to battery grid but they are simply ignoring my request and kicking the can to different depts and never responded. From the beginning to end was total disaster.

The air conditioner that they installed ended being too big for the side yard. Instead of saying that is what I selected, they said they had another one that would fit better and did an exchange at no cost.

I can't remember working with a contractor or home service company that provided that high level of integrity and service.

My AC failed. I used Jazz previously to fix my heater. The technician last time came out, quickly assessed the situation and fixed it. This time was the same great experience from beginning to end.

I called Jazz to come out right away and they were able to schedule me into a slot the next day. Jazz provided a text message when the technician was on his way and provided tracking details. The technician (Alex) was friendly, courteous, assessed the situation quickly, provided me with information on the issue and associated cost. I approved and he quickly completed the work. Payment was easy as they accept credit card. Definitely, will call Jazz for any future work.

Jazz's service is outstanding! I texted them on a Sunday to ask if they could install an automatic gas shutoff valve, not expecting a response until Monday. To my surprise, someone from Jazz responded shortly after, offering several dates for an estimate the following week. Before the meeting, they sent a reminder, and on the day of the appointment, I received a text notification with a tracker to see where and when the technician would arrive.

Jose arrived on time and was very professional and polite. He was mindful of pricing, called the office to confirm compatibility with my current system, and gave me a reasonable price on the spot (1/3 of what another local company proposed!). He then obtained the parts and installed the valve the same day.

I was so pleased with Jazz and Jose's service that I recommended them to my brother and coworkers for their plumbing, AC, and heating needs.

I requested service, waited 2 weeks the appointment, only to find out that they cancelled my appointment without telling me. When booking They placed a call out to me to confirm details of my unit without any hard stop language of I needed to call back otherwise my appt would be cancelled. It just sounded like a friendly call, like hey call us back or not no pressure, thanks lol bye. They never called again, emailed or anything. They said because I didn't call them back they cancelled my appt. But again, they didn't tell me this was happening, no notification, I only found out bc I called half way through the service window when the technician hadn't arrived. Poor business practice.
