I had an absolutely excellent experience with Jazz. Aaron Covell was our water heater expert. Came out promptly, provided a quote that was better than others, and was then able to come out 2 days later to install a tankless heater. His attention to detail was impressive. The finished product is definitely professional grade.

Our HVAC specialist was Sergio Aranda. Also frickin' awesome! Worked with our project and actually ended up finding a solution that was way easier and more cost effective.

Excellent choice. Needed some water heater service done. Another plumbing company failed to help out but Jazz came through. They were available the next day and it took them less than hour to figure out the problem and get it fixed. Boom Water Heaters was the actual company that came out (subcontractor ?) and got the job done.

I called today to schedule an appointment and the company was able to fit me in which I am extremely grateful for. I greatly appreciate this company. I recently had my heater stop working entirely! I contacted my normal heating guys and even though they booked appointments, they cancelled two days in a row! I remembered seeing Jazz Heating trucks in my neighborhood when I walk my dog.
I gave them a call early this morning and explained my situation. Jazz Heating booked an appointment for later the same day.

Justin Stancliff arrived earlier than I thought and went right to work.
He diagnosed the problem and offered a couple of solutions. He also mentioned that my furnace is older and an exhaust motor will eventually stop working too.

Justin was extremely kind and understood that getting heat back on was critical.

Been using them over a year and every tech has been top notch. I use their maintenance plan which includes diagnostics for follow up issues. They were the only game in town that knew what a soft start was with out any issue for AC units. Will definitely use them when I eventually make the jump to dual fuel when my current system dies.
