Jazz replaced our hvac end of July. Their quotes appeared to be competitive but their big selling point was that the owner agreed to a 5 year labor warranty which other vendors did not offer. I was impressed with the young installation team headed by Kevin Ly. 4 technicians worked tirelessly] from 8 to 7 and kept my house clean. Unfortunately, I had to follow up after the installation to ensure that the permit was pulled which jazz dild retroactively after I doubled checked with the city concord and uncovered the vendors omission. Also I followed up with Kyra at jazz on the third party inspection and city inspection. Kyra was excellent with follow ups and Val the rep who accompanied the city inspector was professional and courteous. Overall, I am satisfied with jazz but the real test will come later if and when I need repairs within five years. Hope that a big company like jazz would back up their promise. I do like the fact there is always someone answering my phone calls.

First of all the person came more than hour late to the appointment and gave no heads up. Second of all he had no clue how to work on the unit. By his own admission he connected the wire wrong, then blamed it in on thermostat and then when I pointed that thermostat is okay he agreed and then went on to do some thing on the ac and said it's fixed now. When my husband said that it seems it's not working, he told us that it takes AC 5-10 mins to start. He then left. Since yesterday since the AC has been ""fixed"" the temperature of the house remains 85 degrees. It is freaking heat wave, I paid in advance and this is the service we get. I will be calling them tomorrow to come back and fix this, but going forward this will be the first and the last time I will use them.

Five stars all around. There was a slight hiccup with the install scheduling but they fixed it right away and came out and started. Everything was fast, clean, and very professional. I highly recommend working with this company. We had all new HVAC installed to go all electric and they were the best price and the install was quality. Amazing company!

Matt fixed both toilets in 1 hour. Showed us what he did. Let us know what we can do to keep it ok (""let the toilet flush for 3 seconds when flushing a lot of toilet paper""). Reasonable price, very professional. Even wore slippers that the company provided him. Customer service set him up the very next day.
