less than 3 hour worked on leaking pipe and charged $1,700 dollars.

Omg, I don't understand how no one has shut this guy down yet... he came to fix a drain for us for 85$ so we agreed because some other place was trying to charge us 105$ midway through he tells us he has to charge us 150$ because the problem was bigger than he thought, we told him we won't pay that much because that's not what we agreed on so he said he can't do anything for us... so we asked him to stay till the water goes down because at this point the water was overflowing worse than before and he told us he has to leave cause we aren't paying him and the water should be going down... 30 minutes later the drains worse than ever he was trying to charge us more for him damaging something... so we called him and told him the water isn't going down but still he said he won't come back and he blabs on about everything and acts like he's so busy and he knows what he's doing but he doesn't know anything... horrible... planning to sue him

Add me to the list of bad reviews. I wish I read the reviews first. Water comes out from my bathroom floor but don't know the source. He makes holes in the wall but turn out to be the toilet. I thought something else needed to be fixed but he just have to replace with a new toilet and charges $650 for a new toilet & 2 hours of work. If I had known that's all he's going to do, I wouldn't agree. I told him that he's way over charge but he kept telling me that he's giving me a good deal.

This guy kept eyeing my dogs the whole time he was over my house for a job......You know that clean feeling you get after you take a shower? It went away after this guy arrived......

My mom accidentally called this guy while trying to find a plumber in the chinese yellow pages. He doesn't even speak Chinese so why would you even have an ad in CHINESE in a chinese publication?! My mom speaks limited English but he convinced her to let him come fix the problem since no one else was willing to come the same day.

He comes and raises this price from what they agreed upon over the phone then hammers the crap out of the pipe because he couldn't get it open and then charges my mom $5 for a plastic replacement cap (original one was metal). SERIOUSLY.

Fast forward a week and we're still having the same issues with the bathroom pipes. My mom calls him back and he refused to come fix it or to give us a even a partial refund. Then he kept hanging up on my mom when she was talking and told her to stop calling him when she called back. Really professional.

AVOID THIS GUY AT ALL COSTS.

Very bed experience with this business today.
I called on him regarding the water running slow on both shower heads in tow bathrooms. On the phone, he said that is ""low water pressures"".
After he inspected the first shower unit, he said that is the ""sand problem"", he would fix both shower units for $250. I agreed the price, and let him do it.
Once he open the part in first bathroom, he said that is a ""broken cartridge problem"", he would charge total $380 for change the parts and labor. ( not the sand problem?).
So I okay with the $380 price. He worked on the second bathroom first. After he changed the cartridge, the water is running fine on that shower unit. Then, he worked on the first bathroom. A while, he said he could not fix it, because that is other problem, because the size is not right,....... He asked me pay him $250 for today. On the next, He said I have two choices: one, he would go to order a new cartridge, and try again, I need to pay more; other choice is he need to open the tile wall to fix, .....
I realized he is not doing business professionally and honest. When I paid him $250, he changed again, said he needed to charge $300. Finally, I paid him $250, and asked for an invoice/receipt, he refused to give me an invoice or receipt; he just give me his business card, said if any problem, call him.
Now one of the shower cartridge is unchanged, and the problem is more worse - no water coming out.

Avoid this fraud any way you can!!! My pops was installing a new set of shower knobs and he accidentally broke a pipe behind the old ones. We called this guys since he had a lot of ads in the Asian phone books (He is Korean). He came, took a look, and told us that he will have to cut through our walls to fix this problem and that this is a huge fix which will cost us about $2,000 and few days to fix. My pops sensed that some thing was not right so he told him we'll call him back tomorrow to do the job. My pops then called another plumber (Chinese) for estimation. The guy came out, fixed the pipe, install new shower unit (a better one) on the same afternoon and cost us $450. Jay then calls back the next day asking if he can come do this job, my pops called him out on his fraud and he just kept saying that it's impossible to fix the issue in one day. I guess he is incapable of making a honest living so he resort to fraud instead.

I'm not sure why he is still in business and not send to prison for fraud and maliciously damaging properties to make the job look bigger then it should be.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !!!

This man DOES NOT even DESERVE ONE STAR.

As the other reviews state, this man charged my parents $3,200 to find a leaky pipe and ""fix"" it. (Which means cutting holes in the dry walls EVERYWHERE.) Almost immediately we found the same place leaking AGAIN. He refused to repair/ fix the leak until we pay him even MORE for the SAME DAMN PROBLEM!!!

As yes.. just like Brian L. from the previous review... our house is now left with holes all over and still do not have hot water available. This also includes extra water damage from the unfixed leak.

WORST SERVICE/BUSINESS EVER.

I totally agree with other reviews. Avoid this guy. This guy came to my place and charged me $700 for several small fixes. He changed the hose in the back of the toilet and upgraded the hose head in the laundry room. He charged $100 to fix a single broken sprinkler head. The cost of the sprinkler head is $2. Go with courtesy plumbing. Avoid this plumber!!!!!
