The reviews speak for themselves, but I feel the need to warn others about this man. My parents called him for help and he was very disrespectful in the way he spoke to them. He repeatedly asked for credit card info before he even began work, expected them to provide lunch for him and his worker (then complained two hours later that he was hungry again), and then totally gouged them for the little work he did. Even if insurance is going to cover it, doesn't make it morally right!

1. We have cameras all around the house. Yes, you said it was a very difficult job and was likely under our driveway, yet you weren't looking in that area AT ALL. You isolated it at our irrigation system in the backyard (the 1st place a plumber would look + conveniently was the 1st place you went + conveniently the place where the leak was + also a place you already checked during the pre-inspection) immediately after we agreed to the job. You already knew where to look.

2. You didn't address the point of those pictures. You used smaller size pipes than the original. For the $4000 you quoted, you could've used the original size. Wouldn't that be best practice?

3. The pressure regulator was under a lid. You literally lift it and there's the pressure irrigator. How is that difficult access when it's under a lid, in the ground and not ""underground"" in the context you're using?

4. When you talk about parts, it reminds me of how you inflated the price of parts you used until I Googled it right in front of you.

5. All I'll say about whether these reviews are all skewed is for everyone to read them and judge for themselves. The themes are very consistently.

I'm not planning on replying after this post. I think I've said enough and will let the voice of all these reviews speak for me.

Worst plumbing service ever! Zero star if I get mark. This plumber increased the price once he opened up my wall. The attitude was extremely rude. Should check Yelp or online before calling this plumber. My toilet was clogged after he used and we found out there was a piece of plastic stuck inside.

Called him out to locate and fix a plumbing leak. Not only he wrongfully identified the pipe that needed to be repiped, he insists on charging me for the service.
I had to call someone else out to fix the problem that he dis not fix and the problem he left behind.
Overpriced to begin with and a rip-off after.
I sincerely hope anyone who read my post and other posts who have similar experience as myself would run the other way.

He exaggerates the cause of the problem and what it will take to fix it - inflating the cost estimate. When the job is done in half the time with less parts than he stated he would need, he still charged the full amount. Never again!

Not a good plumber. In it to make a quick buck. Stated that installing my water softener would be very difficult and would use expensive parts for the drain. Not so. Used my parts I paid for at home Depot and was done in less than 40 min. The job done looks very amateurish, possibly prone to leaking in the future. Lied about using expensive parts, was a $15 plastic piece. Never again.

Why can't we give 0 stars?!

This guy came to fix my house in Diamond Bar. He came in for an ""estimate"" which was $250 but he made even more of a mess so that we HAD to get it fixed right away. He even brings around a person to paint/fill in the walls after all the holes that he makes. (charges separately for this). We paid $3000 for this and just 2 weeks later our pipes started leaking again so we called to tell him he didn't fix it correctly and he said it had nothing to do with what he fixed before so he's going to have to charge more for fixing it AGAIN. How do you know what the problem is when you didn't even come back to look at it?

Later on my neighbor said that he did the same thing to them and he's known for making more work for himself so that he can get more money.

PLEASE be warned you are going to be ripped off if you hire this guy.

We hired another plumber right away and his estimate and pricing were way more reasonable and he didn't even have to make disastrous holes around our house to get to the plumbing.

customer pluming , warranty , pluming .
The company exploits the fact that the customers have little knowledge of plumming, which is more than twice as expensive as other companies, and there is no warranty at all. Please take note

Biggest mistake hiring this guy is that I didn't check the yelp review.
Charged me $200 for 15 min of work.
What a rip off!
Stay away from this man!!!

Holy$hit, I didn't see the other reviews here Otherwise I'd NEVER use this effing loser!! This is just upsetting! My wife found him on a yellowpage, now to think abt it, why did she even find anyone on yellowpage anymore? Anyways, so called him up for a leaky RO filter service, and the problem was from the previous install. He ID-ed the problem and told my wife she needs to either replace the pressure tank or take the RO out completely. We still wanted to use the RO, but we just need the leak to be fixed. He could have just fixed the previous problem, and suggest that we have to replace the pressure tank. But no, he told my wife that to replace a pressure tank will cost more than a brand new RO unit, so it's better to just replace the entire thing. I knew that can't be true, and it turns out, a pressure tank costs from as low as $35 on Amazon!
So he convinced my wife that she should just let him remove the RO to Stop the leak. (again, the leak was becuz the RO's installation previously was just unfinished, he could have just finished it)
So for the RO removal, he charged my wife $125! For u guys who r unfamiliar with the RO system, it's pretty much just unplugging a few tubes...That's It!
And he has the audacity to put his stupid stickers all over the sink without asking our permission!
Use him only if u want to write a lengthy rant abt his $hitty over-charging service!
