Our water heater went out Monday morning. By Tuesday afternoon, Freddy came out and diagnosed that we need a new one. By Wednesday afternoon Jake came and installed it and we're back in business. From the first call to the company (assigned by AHS) speaking to Rose, to Freddy's promptness in arrival time and getting the photos uploaded to get the approval, to Jake getting the water heater installed it was an easy, efficient, friendly experience.
I would not hesitate to call them for all our plumbing needs!

I recently had a leaking toilet- called my home warranty (they sent Jakes plumbing) and warranty denied the claim as pre existing. Jakes plumbing tried to advocate but warranty still denied. I still had to pay my deductible despite the denial. Jakes Plumbing still helped me out with a great deal and great service and the toilet now works! They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I doubt any other company would have still helped us after the initial denial. Jakes Plumbing is a great company who is truly there to help the customer. 100% recommended!

Jake's plumbing service was fast, accurate and awesome!! Great communication with the main office and setting up appointment. We were able to schedule same-day service!! Technician, Freddy, also communicated when they were on their way and showed on time!! They troubleshoot the issue, fixed it fast!! So impressed with their fast service and genuine professionalism!! Call Jake due to a busted copper cap. We lived on well and the leak was very sizable. Jake was able to come by by day end and took care of our problem so that we can have water. Will recommend Jake plumbing and definitely will use him again
