The gentleman that came out to look at our rusty sink water and clogged toilets was beyond exceeding any expectations. He was extremely kind, respectful addressing me as ""ma'am"", very knowledgeable and seemed extremely trustworthy. He found a way to connect on a personal level without overdoing it. He stayed focused on the job and worked efficiently while being personable. Another thing I loved is that he repeated what needed to be done multiple times during the process and reviewed with me at the end. This provided confidence that we're on the same page and the issues will be fixed. If I can remember his name I'll update this review.

Our water heater went out Monday morning. By Tuesday afternoon, Freddy came out and diagnosed that we need a new one. By Wednesday afternoon Jake came and installed it and we're back in business. From the first call to the company (assigned by AHS) speaking to Rose, to Freddy's promptness in arrival time and getting the photos uploaded to get the approval, to Jake getting the water heater installed it was an easy, efficient, friendly experience.
I would not hesitate to call them for all our plumbing needs!

I recently had a leaking toilet- called my home warranty (they sent Jakes plumbing) and warranty denied the claim as pre existing. Jakes plumbing tried to advocate but warranty still denied. I still had to pay my deductible despite the denial. Jakes Plumbing still helped me out with a great deal and great service and the toilet now works! They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I doubt any other company would have still helped us after the initial denial. Jakes Plumbing is a great company who is truly there to help the customer. 100% recommended!

Terrible. If I could give negative stars I would. Guy is an absolute scam artist, very unprofessional. Does not care about his customers whatsoever and will rip you off any chance he gets.

Jake's plumbing service was fast, accurate and awesome!! Great communication with the main office and setting up appointment. We were able to schedule same-day service!! Technician, Freddy, also communicated when they were on their way and showed on time!! They troubleshoot the issue, fixed it fast!! So impressed with their fast service and genuine professionalism!! Jake rebuilt our main riser after a copper joint came apart and water was going everywhere! He was responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. I would recommend Jake for any of your plumbing needs. He great!
