Would not recommend this plumber. He's all about the Benjamin's not about customer service. Will complain about all the work he has to do and how he has no time. Wish he would have turned down our job. Don't use this plumber.

Jake installed a new kitchen sink and faucet. The work was perfect and they were professional, on time and friendly. I called Jayk's about 6 months ago to install a water line in my garage and another on the outside of my house. They did a terrific job and at a reasonable price for the work involved. Recently we noticed sewer gas smell in our guest lavatory so I called Jayks's again. They came and discovered what the issue was and repaired it for about 1/2 of what I was expecting. They don't have a travel charge or anything like that. Very neat and clean up after themselves. I couldn't be happier with Jayk's and rave about them to my neighbors and friends. I initially chose Jayk's because of reviews like those on this site.

I would give these guys more stars if I could! I called Jake Saturday afternoon because my kitchen sink would not drain and we were not able to snake it. He came out within an hour! He found a leak in the pipes, quoted me a fair price and told me he'd be back Monday morning at 730 with his crew. They showed up at 725 ready to work! Him and his crew were very nice, very respectful. I'm very happy with them and their work and would recommend them over and over!

I am in San Jose and my renter is in Gilroy complaining about clogged kitchen sink and unable to feed her children. within 2 hours he was there for $150 for the total job as the others were about to charge me minimum of $175 and could go higher if they went there.

We called 4 different plumbing companies for some work in our master bathroom. Of the 4 companies, Jake's wasn't necessarily the cheapest, but Jake did leave a very good impression upon us. He showed up on time for the estimate appointment and the whole crew showed up on time for the start of the project. Jake was knowledgeable, patient and understanding of our wants and needs. I would definitely recommend Jake's Plumbing as well as call them again for any other plumbing needs.
