The holidays were challenging with health issues to complicate them. When our plumbing backed up that was too much. we have used Jacob plumbing for many years so last Saturday we called them. They were going to come out but we decided to wait for Monday because the crisis seemed manageable. Monday morning at 8 am I got a call with an appointment time that morning between 9 and 10 am. Sure enough they arrived, we talked about the situation and they thoroughly checked to make sure all the drains were draining, which they were, it seemed our problem had cleared itself. I fully expected to pay for a house call visit. After all there were two men who were at our home and spent time assessing the situation. But no, they said there was no charge but if the problem reoccurred to call them! I was delighted! we have used Jacot for over 30 years and this is one of the reasons why. They are knowledgeable, responsive and more than fair. I highly recommend them!

Home ownership, isn't it grand. Found another leak in the garage this time. Called Jacot and the sent out Jesse. Very friendly and willing to explain everything that needed to be done. Long story short the leak is fixed. Highly recommend Jacot and Jesse.

I wouldn't call these guys plumbers more like handymen that know nothing about plumbing. They used tape to wrap a P-trap and called that a repair. Don't be fooled do more research before going with such a remarkably terrible company.

We have been using Jacot for years, they were recommended by a family friend (who is also a real estate agent) and they have been our ""go to"" plumber for everything.
We've had major emergencies to simple problems, all handled by Jacot. Their plumbers are honest, hard-working, clean and reliable. I've called them to clear drains, fix our water heater, install water lines for a new fridge and install clean outs for a sewer line that didn't have them. Our water heater died on New Year's Day (today) and I called and they said they would send out one of their plumbers asap. This is why we've used them, repeatedly, sung their praises, recommended them to family and friends and written excellent reviews everywhere we can (I thought I had already written a 5 * Yelp review for them, but realized I hadn't and wanted to correct that). When you have a household emergency, (such as no hot water on a holiday weekend and you and members of your family still have to work) Jacot is who you can call. Their prices are fair and they provide costs up front, so there is no question. I've had them find discounts whenever possible and it feels like they're a part of the team when they rescue us. They are excellent communicators and follow through on their claims.

They charged us $320 for 15 minutes of work that included switching out the line for our new gas range. Their explanation is that they charge $165 to move our range out and $165 to move it in again. And that's before any work is actually done. So be careful if you're going to have them work on any appliances that need to be moved to and from the wall.

Unbelievable scammers. Started asking around about my occupation to feel me out for how much to gouge me and then asked me to sign an estimate with no prices quoted. If you dont sign a blank estimate with no prices quoted, they will get insulted and leave. Not professional. This is in West Anaheim area.

These guys have always been fantastic and helpful with my mom's house in Lake Forest. They are fair, on time and super honest. We've had to go through major plumbing issues with them and they made it easier. Much appreciated!
