Alexander came out, high praises to him. he made me feel so at ease with all his knowledge; knew we were in good hands. he was thorough, in fact he found more than one leak. Alex did not give up easily, he was determined to get the job done. he was very considerate of keeping my husband informed of what was going on and what he was going to do to fix things because my husband had a stroke and is immobile. I will definitely use Jacot again and ask for Alex. Other Jacot employees had to come and help and were just as friendly and professional.
