I had issues with tankless water heater in fairly new home. Of course builder said out of warranty. Called Jack he came up to troubleshoot, he also had prior experience with my builder. He told me to call builder again who finally decided to look at it.
Jack didn't charge me a service call or anything.
Really appreciate good business etiquette and will certainly use his company for future issues!

We recently found ourselves needing to replace ALL of our plumbing which included both bathroom sewage lines and the kitchen line. Everything failed all at once! (60 year old home) We had been dealing with issues for awhile as other homes on our block were facing. While visiting our across-the-street neighbor during their recent sewage line fix-it, Jack's Plumbing was there doing the work and I spoke to their lead technician, Jeff, about our issues. After hearing all about their modern technology we decided to give them a call. It also helped that we knew Jack's family from past Scouting days. They are a family of integrity so we felt good about them in advance. But when we found out we were in need of everything at once (who knew the kitchen sink would stop completely while they were checking out our sewage lines) it was a bit nerve-wracking. Josh came up with our two-week plan and was specific, professional, and respectful of how we would negotiate the heavy work they would be doing which included drilling through our family room slab
( it was also during a rainy week!) I can't say enough about their careful, clean (yes, I did say sewage pipes) and efficient work during the process! Manny was awesome digging through THREE 6-ft deep pits and discovering a second layer of slab from a decades old patio underneath everything to dig through as well. Jeff found additional issues that we hadn't realized that he fixed right up. Josh kept us informed of everything daily. Thank goodness for their pipe-bursting technology so we didn't have to have our entire family room dug up. After less than two weeks they finished and everything was put back together beautifully! The cost of that huge job was also less than we had anticipated. We cannot say enough kudos to Jack's Plumbing and the crew we had on our project! Thank you sincerely!

Our toilet's anchor bolt snapped and our kitchen garbage disposer froze up and stopped working. I called in for a pricing quote for repair of the toilet and installation of a new in-sink disposer. Both staff on the phone were courteous and polite. They gave me the hourly labor rates and projected that it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hour. I was able to get a morning appointment promptly. Chris arrived and was professional and kept me updated on his progress. He did a great job, was friendly, and cleaned-up afterwards. Job completion time was as stated. Chris said if there were any problems to give him a call. I have utilized Jack's Plumbing many years ago and would recommend this local business. I feel confident in their work and service.

Corbin from Jacks showed up just a few hours after we requested service. He did an outstanding job on making sure I understood everything he was doing! He was able to snake our main line and give us a temporary fix to our big problem! He also resealed our granny quarters toilet that had been leaking! He did a very thorough job and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg! As we wait for an estimate on our much bigger problem, I will request Corbin when Jacks comes back out!

Plumbing has never been a favorite pastime. In fact anytime there is a circumstance that a line is plugged or major line needs to be snaked, I want no part of that. At work our main line was plugged for some reason. I called several people hoping to get them out here fast. Friday afternoon, it was raining everyone was hurrying to beat the days rain and our floor drains water was raising FAST!! It dawned on me to pick someone I've always used at home. They originally didn't come to mind. (Honestly) Since I thought they were more for homes, I never thought to use them for commercial. That was my first mistake. I called them they advised me of there busy schedule.... however the operator stated they would try to FIT us in. They did Exactly that. Within a two hours after my original call it was fixed. I will never make that mistake again. First call, CALL JACK'S ALL-AMERICAN!it

The plumbing was backed up in our kitchen last Saturday late in the afternoon. I've been disabled from a bad hip surgery and was unable to do the work myself.

Casey from Jacks called us to let us know he was already on a call when he was contacted about our house, but said he'd call us as soon as he finished. He did, and showed up shortly after calling us back to say he was on the way.

My family was eating dinner when he arrived. He was so polite to my family and kids. My 7 year old daughter even made him a thank you card.

He was professional, got the job done, cleaned up the mess and was on his way. He was smiling, polite, and was happy to help us. What a great person! I highly recommend this company. Very thankful for him coming out so late.

We had an emergency on a Saturday! There was no way of waiting until Monday to repair. Jack's responded within 10 minutes and arrived within 30 minutes. The attention to detail was perfect. The job wasn't easy but the technician kept at it and saved me a lot of money and headaches. I was grateful that I didn't have to replace the valve in my shower. The price was fair and The workmanship was excellent. My shower area was as clean as before he had arrived. Thanks so much!

Jack's All American Plumbing - All Stars - A Number 1 Crew !!!! - they came out to my home- I needed water - hot and cold hookup for an outdoor kitchen and an overhead natural gas heater - they gave me the crew with Chico and Mark to get the job done a day before Thanksgiving - professional consultations and expertise with suggestions to get the outdoor kitchen completed with gear and equipment better than I had on hand. Great outfit that I will use again - they will be on my first call out from here on out. Highly recommended if you want professionals - there are plenty of mokes out there that call themselves plumbers - this outfit is the real deal. Thank you
