Leak in an underground gas line leading to our kitchen island cooktop with a house on slab (yikes...horrors!) lead us to Jack's....and Brian saved the day. Very professional, honest and informative. Took his time. Did the job perfectly. Wonderful and highly recommend!

Wow, excellent service from Jack's. Hate to make a late service call, but it was needed. Mark showed up shortly afterwards and took care of us. Great guy, very classy. If we need any other help with plumbing, this is who we're calling!

As luck would have it, the valve on my shower broke at around 11pm on a Friday night leaving me no way to turn it off. Used the master ""shut-off"" valve to the house to secure the water flow until the following morning (Saturday).

Called two other plumbing companies Saturday morning....no answer. Called ""Jack's""...their weekend answering service picked up right away...said their on-duty plumber would contact me shortly. 15 mins later, I was called by Tim Short, the on-duty plumber that weekend. He advised me he was in SLO on another call, but would be at my house by 10:30 am. Sure enough...he arrived at 10:30.

Tim proved to be a sharp, knowledgable plumber. Before starting, he advised me of the cost both in time and parts. Bottom line...he had the valve replaced and the water running in about 30 minutes.

I've found my plumber!

We've used the plumbers in the past and they were ""adequate"". Last week Tim came out to replace the faucets providing water to my washing machine and explained why the water flow was so slow. (mineral deposits in the hoses) He replaced the washer hoses we had and offered suggestion for the future. Yesterday, Ivan and Abraham came out to replace our water heater. They were quick, clean and explained the use to me. Jack's All American Plumbing is the only company I'll use from now on. Also, Becky, in the office is professional and personable when making appointments.

While other plumbing companies tried to sell us on things that were not necessary, Jack's found the problem and explained our options. Happy to have found our go to plumber!
