I recently had some plumbing problems and called Jacks it was on the weekend and after hours they came super fast and they fixed the problem first time out I was very impressed so the very next week when I had more plumbing problems I naturally called Jacks again very professional young man came out again fixed it perfectly but the bill was alittle higher then I expected
To my surprise when Jacks called for an up date I told them ""great job"" but alittle expense she said she was going to look into it and today I Received a check for $110 for overpayment I am so pleased I will for ever use this plumber thank you again

We have had Jack's out to our home twice: once for a tankless water heater fault, and today for a clogged kitchen sink. We were very pleased with the service and professionalism during both visits. The guys were friendly, and explained very clearly what they were doing, offered some preventive maintenance tips, and the prices were reasonable. Chris took care of us today, and I enjoyed our conversation about our shared pasts, as much as I did his expert service.

I recently submitted a review regarding an issues with service provided by Jacks on my tankless hot water system. I was contacted by Jack the following Monday and we talked about the issues associated with the tankless systems and the manufacturers allowances and support. Jack's rescheduled an appointment with me , showed up on time and identified the malfunction and fixed it. We returned to our house over the weekend and had hot water on demand. I want to thank Jack personally for his professional demeanor when he contacted me and resolving the issues immediately.

Do not use this company they do not guarantee their work. I had them come out and diagnose my continuous hot water heater as they are a factory approved repair contractor. The plumber was here for 30 minutes and told me I needed a new heat exchange kit and and fan kit assemble. I gave my credit card to office staff to order parts that day. No quote was provided to me but I needed it fixed ASAP. I was told parts took two days to be delivered however my system was not repaired for over a week. The plumber installed factor replacement parts in two hours, checked the system for 5 minutes and left. I then received an invoice via email for $898.43 and it was paid immediately. $495.00 of the charges were labor really 2.5 hours on a diagnosis and repair. This is my vacation home and had not been used until I returned three weeks later and system does not work. My wife called Jacks to have it repaired and she was told We Do Not Guarantee our work... and we are out of luck. This is unethical and the poorest customer service I have ever encountered. I have a copy of the invoice that guarantees labor performed for 30 days. Jacks wants $120.00 service call to come back out and diagnosis a problem that they should have fixed the first time. Look at some of the reviews it appears to be business as usual for this company.

I will never use JACKS PLUMBING again they charge me money to install the leaking spout but was wrong size when I get the right size it takes couple minute again they want to charge again one hundred twenty dollars when I complain to the manager the tell me that what we charge not what we accomplish even five minutes absolutely nonsense ridiculous

We had Jack's come in to replace a kitchen faucet. While here, they found several leaks and other problems with the sink. We knew these were all problems. They fixed them quickly and effectively. We will continue to use them for future plumbing needs and recommend them to all.

Jack's Plumbing at their stated time, 8:30 a.m. Carlos got right to work. It didn't take Carlos very long to troubleshoot what was causing my water meter to spin when all of the water was shut off to the house. He explained everything to me, each step of the way, and made the repairs to my satisfaction. I will use Jack's plumbing again, without hesitation!

I will NEVER use Jacks plumbing again! They sent 2 guys to replace a toilet flange and install a one piece toilet. It took them over 2 hours and nearly $600...Seriously, what a complete joke and rip off. When I asked about the charge, the guy tells me some lame joke doctors would rather be plumber so they get paid more, ha ha. I'm satisfied after that I called to speak to the owner and they were on some island vacation and will not be back for a week. I think that speaks for itself!!

I called this company on a Saturday before Thanksgiving for a shower that has no hot water coming out and would not turn off completely, plumber (Mark ) told me that he can do it the following morning Sunday so it would cost me $190 the first hour. Since I had already removed the shower handle to see why it wouldn't turn off Mark asked me to take a picture of the part and send the picture to him so he could get it from the supplier that he knows due to it not being available locally in the morning. He arrived Sunday about 30 minutes late and told me he was locked out and needed to call AAA to get his truck door opened. He replaced the part that's leaking in maybe less than 5 minutes seriously! since I have already removed the cover and all he has to do is pull the part out and swap it. Didn't reinstall the cover and started his paperwork charging me $310 including parts (worth $75 which cost only $45 but then it was out of stock locally so I guess it's better than waiting), he was about to leave when I asked him if he can reinstall the cover, during this time he informed me that there is no hot water and the service part that he brought is missing the pressure balancing unit and I will have to call kohler to get that missing part for free and once it arrives he will install it as part of this service call. Called Jack's today to get the missing part installed as I still do not have hot water in my shower and now Patty the lady on the phone tells me that I will have to pay again for the service call that wasn't completed really? There's reasonable charge for services and then there's rip-off. This one's a ripoff.

Had these guys come out after horrible customer service last week from another company. Arrived promptly and were very nice and courteous. Finished in under an hour and was fair pricing and exactly what was quoted over the phone. Will definitely use them again and will refer others as well. A+ in our book.
