The plumber that unclogged our bathroom sink arrived early and did a very complete job cleaned up after himself and also installed new caps for the bathroom sink that was clogged. He was neat and very professional. I would recommend Jacks to anyone with any kind of plumbing challenge.

I recently bought a home. I needed some shower fixtures replaced (or so I thought) in both bathrooms. Along with all of the other contracting expenses, painting flooring etc. I was not looking forward to costly remodling baths just yet, but the repairs had to be done immediately. I called Jack's after not being pleased with the previous contractor. Jack's immediately set a solid appointment time, showed up on time. Corbin, our tecnician, was very professional and friendly., he explained everything and even gave me some tips regarding the plumbing structure if the home. He gave me some options that not only saved me a good deal of expense, but kept me from having to make fast choices that I would have to undo when I was ready to redo the bathrooms. He kept me from wasting money in the long run. I appreciate that. He got the job done in a timely manner. I am very pleased. Jack's will be our plumbing ""go to"" company from now on. Highly recommended.

I had a very small leak that I couldn't tell the exact location. I asked if Jack's would be able to find the invisible leak. They suggested I contact American Leak detection rather than waste my money when they probably wouldn't be any more successful than I was. I called them and Wes from American Leak Detection found the leak and marked it for the plumber. Jack came and gave me 4 alternatives to choose from. I selected the one that was least intrusive. He reminded me that it might not work because I was asking for sleeving to be done. He told me that if there is a kink in the line it probably wouldn't work. I still wanted that option. Jack showed up with two of his guys, Casey and Nico. They went right to work trying to get the sleeve to work. But there was a kink in the line preventing it. Casey suggested an alternate plan. It turned out to be one of the plans Jack initially offered to me. I told him to proceed with his plan. He and Nico did a very professional job and got the job done within the time frame of the initial plan even though it was a lot more work. They were awesome! They even charged me the same price as the original job.

I can't help but give them a 5 Star rating. This is the 5th time I've used Jack's All American Plumbing. No offense, but I hope I won't need your services again. But if I do, I will certainly call Jack again!

Plumbers show up unprepared and unable to resolve due to excuse of pipe size too small for their equipment to clean out roots in deer pipe. Recommend hydroblast or cutting concrete- leave expense bill for wasted visit. Told me it was good for while and flooding occurred a week later. Rude woman answering phones cares less and asks do you want another appointment in a week? They couldn't fix first time, which I explained. She didn't listen at all. I called another plumber he came out - agreed problem was what two of Jacks plumbers said it was. I told him jacks plumbers said my sewer pipes smaller than normal pipes and they couldn't perform job- new plumber smiled and said this sewer pipe is a normal size and cleaned out roots causing blockage-- he was considerably cheaper and better- no problems since that date back in November 2020. Don't get ripped off

I had issues with tankless water heater in fairly new home. Of course builder said out of warranty. Called Jack he came up to troubleshoot, he also had prior experience with my builder. He told me to call builder again who finally decided to look at it.
Jack didn't charge me a service call or anything.
Really appreciate good business etiquette and will certainly use his company for future issues!

We recently found ourselves needing to replace ALL of our plumbing which included both bathroom sewage lines and the kitchen line. Everything failed all at once! (60 year old home) We had been dealing with issues for awhile as other homes on our block were facing. While visiting our across-the-street neighbor during their recent sewage line fix-it, Jack's Plumbing was there doing the work and I spoke to their lead technician, Jeff, about our issues. After hearing all about their modern technology we decided to give them a call. It also helped that we knew Jack's family from past Scouting days. They are a family of integrity so we felt good about them in advance. But when we found out we were in need of everything at once (who knew the kitchen sink would stop completely while they were checking out our sewage lines) it was a bit nerve-wracking. Josh came up with our two-week plan and was specific, professional, and respectful of how we would negotiate the heavy work they would be doing which included drilling through our family room slab
( it was also during a rainy week!) I can't say enough about their careful, clean (yes, I did say sewage pipes) and efficient work during the process! Manny was awesome digging through THREE 6-ft deep pits and discovering a second layer of slab from a decades old patio underneath everything to dig through as well. Jeff found additional issues that we hadn't realized that he fixed right up. Josh kept us informed of everything daily. Thank goodness for their pipe-bursting technology so we didn't have to have our entire family room dug up. After less than two weeks they finished and everything was put back together beautifully! The cost of that huge job was also less than we had anticipated. We cannot say enough kudos to Jack's Plumbing and the crew we had on our project! Thank you sincerely!

Our toilet's anchor bolt snapped and our kitchen garbage disposer froze up and stopped working. I called in for a pricing quote for repair of the toilet and installation of a new in-sink disposer. Both staff on the phone were courteous and polite. They gave me the hourly labor rates and projected that it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hour. I was able to get a morning appointment promptly. Chris arrived and was professional and kept me updated on his progress. He did a great job, was friendly, and cleaned-up afterwards. Job completion time was as stated. Chris said if there were any problems to give him a call. I have utilized Jack's Plumbing many years ago and would recommend this local business. I feel confident in their work and service.
