This company goes above and beyond to assist their customers.My church recommended them and after 15 plus years I finally know why I have plumbing issues .They also assisted me with a couple other issues .My neighbor used them the same day too and was very happy .I will continue to recommend them as a 100% Disabled veteran it's great to have a company you can trust !!Joe was great with my military service dog Freedom too!!!

Thank you J. W. Freeman Plumbing for saving us! When my husband accidentally broke off the water spigot outside, water started spewing everywhere. First, the lovely person who answers the phone walked us through finding the water meter to turn off the water, and then she found one of her plumbers who could get here within minutes. He fix the spigot quite easily using a handy plumber's tool, and he was both professional and inexpensive, a rare combination. I highly recommend this company!

I called J.W. Freeman on Jan 2 right after the new year and they were able to get my hot water heater replaced the next day. That's amazing service! The service tech told me what was going on, laid out the options of repairing or replacing, but the age of the unit made sense to replace. I was glad for the info anyway instead of just trying to sell me something. Thanks!!

Amazing! Wonderful customer relations at the first phone call. Listened to what my service needs were, was suggestive and informative regarding what may be needed for the repairs and a breakdown of the rates and terms. I booked the appointment which was for a 12noon to 2pm time frame. Service tech David called about 15 minutes before his arrival which was approx. 12:30pm (not bad). He was friendly, cooperative, and thorough, extremely capable and knowledgeable. The job was done to my complete satisfaction. I had 2 projects, kitchen faucet replacement and bath shower valve maintenance) David left the work sites clean and without any remaining debris or old parts. I am happy that I called JW Freeman Plumbing to try them out for the first time. I certainly will call them again when the need arises. Excellent business practices and methods, including the ease of paying my bill online with my credit card the very next day. Excellent billing and bookkeeping system.

The plumbers that came out to fix our leaking faucet in the bathroom were responsive, easy people to talk to and cleaned up after themselves, which I value a lot. Moving in a house that had midget toilets we had to find a plumber. Freeman got excellent Yelp reviews. Starting with Shep who answered the phone who was very helpful picking out the new toilets. Scheduled to meet our time most everything went smoothly. The toilets are great! There was a hitch with the installation of a faucet and a question on charges but Freeman's saw our point and refunded us what was a fair amount. This alone speaks highly of this company. We will definitely call Freeman's again for our next plumbing project.

A tree fell onto our well overnight and these guys were there within 45 mins of calling. They repaired the pipework really quickly and then hung around to make sure that everything was working ok before they left. Would definitely recommend!!

I've used several other companies in Gainesville and these guys simply outperformed the rest. Everything from start to finish was A++. Not only did they arrive incredibly fast they saved us 50% of what we thought we were going to pay. They performed multiple jobs all in one day. Highly recommend.

I needed a dishwasher installed and I called on a Friday afternoon at around noon. The man on the other line was very nice and told me he could arrange for someone to get out to my place in the two hours. In no time the plumber came out and was installing my dishwasher. They were up front about pricing and how much the charge per hour. The plumber that came even offered to take my old dishwasher for me downstairs and to take the old boxes for me. I was overall very satisfied and would recommend them for any plumbing services needed. The plumber also explained what he was doing and why certain tools were necessary. This was very courteous instead of billing me extra and not telling me why.

Left voicemail on Monday evening about a issue with clogged sink and there was someone at our house the next morning at 10 am. Resolved the issue and the price was in line with the average for the service provided, a little cheaper. Very satisfied!
