J.W. Freeman is by far the best plumbing company that I have used in the 29 years living in Gainesville. They are professional, efficient, provide excellent work and reasonably priced. All of the plumbers sent out to our house were high caliber people. David, Joe, Peter and others did a great job. Honest people.

I hired them to diagnose a problem in my sewer line. First they recommended a lot of expensive work that my regular trusted plumber (who could not do the work because he did not have digging equipment) advised me he was unnecessary. Then when I authorized just the necessary portion they failed to properly diagnose the problem so that after they replaced the piece of pipe for $1,300 I still had the same issue, then when I addressed it with them they blew me off and told me essentially to go F myself. They also charged me almost twice as much as another plumber told me he would've charged for the same work and, after stating in writing that I would not be required to pay for the camera scoping if I authorized the work, they attempted to charge me for the camera scoping and I had to argue with them.

I called JW Freeman Plumbing to reconnect the kitchen sink and install a new faucet and disposal after getting new counter tops. BJ called to say he was on his way at the scheduled time and after I showed him what I needed done, he proceeded to complete the job efficiently and completely. BJ was very polite, organized, and explained everything completely! He even looked at another remodel job I was considering and described what needed to be done and offered a no cost estimate when I was ready to proceed. The cost of the work today was extremely reasonable and BJ even made sure everything was drip free and working! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Great job BJ and JW Freeman Plumbing! On 1/15/20 I had the inlet valve on my water heater fail which flooded my master bath, closet, and portion of my master bedroom. I caught it early which minimized the damage but still needed to repair the inlet valve. I called JW Freeman after 4pm, and after explaining my problem, they had someone here before 6pm. The repair was properly made using new brass fittings, Simon explaIned what he had to do, and all was completed in just a few minutes, and at a REASONABLE price! JW Freeman customer service is #1!

So our pipes decided to start leaking as old pipes do. I did a quick search and found a surprising amount of plumbers near me, so I chose one and mistakenly called a different plumber. I reviewed that service already but after all those shenanigans I got into contact with J.W. Freeman. It was like night and day; the difference in customer service was astounding and honestly they brought me a whole lot of relief when I needed it most. First, they sent someone to check the situation out and give us an estimate. The plumber, BJ, showed up exactly when they said he would, which was amazing because I didn't have to waste my day waiting around for them. BJ really made me feel like we were a priority. He was very honest and gave us some very reassuring words that brought us some much needed peace of mind. They sent out another plumber, who came within a few days to fix our pipes as well as install a new water heater. The service was fast, non-intrusive, and, most importantly, was properly done. The pricing was very fair. But the did charge us a 3% up charge for paying with a credit card.

AMAZING COMPANY! Our garage disposal was not working for what turned out to be a stupid reason (chicken bone was stuck in there). Took the gentleman, BJ, 2 minutes and everything was cleared. DID NOT CHARGE US A THING. I recommend everyone to request services from here. J.W. Freeman Plumbing is officially my go to company when needed. God bless you BJ.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH AWESOME THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND HAVE ONLY USED THEM TWICE SO FAR! I needed a plumber and quick and picked them because of their yelp reviews and am sso GLAD I did.. I purchased a town home (without going into much detail I was scammed) long distance after a long nasty divorce. My first trip up there it was discovered the entire sink was unusable due to not being sealed properly. They fit me into their schedule on my second trip up there - where we discovered the toilet in the 1/2 bath was not sitting properly. James fixed the sink and the toilet and I wrote the check WRONG I was so exhausted. They called when I was driving back to WPB and were EXTREMELY understanding about it. I am also having the backyard landscaped & needed the the hose spigot working. I had asked them about it when they called about the check. I called late one night at start of week and they were there the next morning - FIXED. The condition it was in I did not even think it was possible. I am moving up there not knowing anyone or who to rely on but can tell you if you need plumbers THESE GUYS ARE IT! They are pleasant no matter who you deal with, up front about the costs, carry just about everything you need on their trucks (which are usually better quality than something you might have installed - depending on where you live) do not waste time to pad the cost, friendly and truly CARE about what they do. THEY ARE NOW MY GO TO PLUMBERS FOR ANY OF MY NEEDS. If I could give 10 stars I would.

This company goes above and beyond to assist their customers.My church recommended them and after 15 plus years I finally know why I have plumbing issues .They also assisted me with a couple other issues .My neighbor used them the same day too and was very happy .I will continue to recommend them as a 100% Disabled veteran it's great to have a company you can trust !!Joe was great with my military service dog Freedom too!!!
