My home warranty company uses this company. They are not accommodating at all. I asked to be first appointment within the month and they refused. I was told they have 14000 customers..... Like I care how many customers they have. They also mentioned each tech services 15 houses per day. Sounds like they are more concerned with the number of stops instead of making customers happy. I asked if they knew they had a one star review. They said they did and I shouldn't worry about that and worry about my own business.

Horrible customer service. The technician was rude and left after looking at the unit for no longer than 5 minutes. The only reason this company was used was because my Home Warranty assigned them to me. I had another company diagnose the issue, and J & S did not come to the same conclusion. I have no problem with this, people think differently, and that is fine, but he wouldn't even consider the other contractor's conclusion as an option once I explained the situation more thoroughly. I called to complain, and the service rep was extremely rude and offered no sympathy or recourse. She eventually hung up on me after some back and forth. Seriously, what kind of self-respecting company hangs up on a client? I called back and asked to speak to a manager. Again, I was offered no sympathy, urgency to explain the situation, or apology for getting hung up on. The """"manager"""" hung up on me, too. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

DO NOT USE!!!! Like seemingly everyone else below, my home warranty company contracted this vendor for a repair, they did not show for the appointment, did not call to reschedule, then told the warranty company the repair was done. When questioned again, they then reported I had canceled the appointment, stating service was no longer needed. That was a lie, one that cost me a $75 warranty claim fee, and still left me paying hundreds of dollars for another, actually reputable, vendor out of my pocket to complete the repair. And all this after having had other problems with this vendor two years ago, and insisting their rude, unprofessional, incomplete service never be sent to my home again. They really don't seem to care one bit, about their reputation, or they're clients' homes.

The office manager and owner whom I spoke with today are rude. We went through our home warranty company and this company was assigned the job. When a customer calls to ask questions, yelling and screaming in return in NOT appropriate. Do not use this company!!

This might be the most unprofessional business I've ever had to deal with. I scheduled an appointment to fix my toilet and the office girl calls me last minute to cancel the appointment because the plumber was allegedly in a car accident, never mind that they have a six hour appointment window, let that sink in... I understood, so I said okay, and they came out the next day. I basically did half the work for him and diagnosed the problem for him, I would have fixed it myself but I didn't want to risk cracking the sewage pipe. So he looks at it and confirms what I already knew and then he tells me he doesn't have the tools with him to fix it?? Seriously.... so then they reschedule to come out the following week and guess what happens... his """"dog ate his homework"""" I mean his truck broke down this time. Are you kidding me?? It's as if they think you're stupid. These jerks just don't want to do warranty work because it's not as profitable for them as their regular jobs. They literally wasted three days in my life I can never get back. IF YOU NO LONGER WANT TO DO WARRANTY WORK, CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT AND STOP WASTING EVERYONES TIME!!! Stay away from this trash....

I had to work with them because my home warranty company sent them out. Joshua was great, diagnosed the problem and scheduled another appointment with us to perform the work. When that appt came around Joshua was sick, the guy who came out said we needed something totally different and someone from the office would call me. No one ever did, I still don't know what my system needs to be fixed. Beyond frustrated! If given a choice, I would not work with this company.

Stay away!! Owner threatened to shoot me. Thieves! extremely unprofessional. I am a 63 year old widow and I purchased a new water heater from J&S which stopped working the same day! I called Multiple Times that day and was told by the owner I had to pay $100 for the technicians to come back and check the heater after initially paying over $500 for the new heater and install. I agreed to the $100 since I was desperate. A week later (with no hot water) two young men whom came to fix the issue smelled like marijuana and alcohol. Nonetheless, They informed me I was given a used water heater instead of a new one. Wow! I called to speak with the owner and I was told not to call back. I informed the owner my grandson would be coming to the office to find out why I was given an old water heater when I payed for a new one and the owner stated """"don't come here because I am packing"""" now I know I'm an old lady but I know what packing means and I don't believe threatening to shoot your clientele is an ethical thing to do. Stay away! I can only imagine the other type of riff raft this establishment is Involved in. Just terrible!

Please do not use this company.My heat broke down and they sent technicians 5 times to my property.Needless to say the heat is still not working.Then they said to go bk to my warranty company.After wasting my time for 2 wks straight.Bear in mind each time they said the heat is working.Their customer service is also really bad.The phone operators can care less.If u want ur peace and sanity please run away from them.THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME!!!I also told reported them to my warranty company and told them.to take them off their list.

Like many of the other reviewers, I have a home warranty that referred me to J&S when my AC went out. J&S techs have been to my home multiple times over the past two years (we have 2 units, ductwork and an attic fan that are original to the house and a REALLY bad previous owner who thought they were DIY. Anyways, like others, I experienced delays and scheduling conflicts. I think one visit it took about a week to get someone out to our house. I was a bit cranky about not having AV that long and I spoke to the warranty company. The warranty comoany gave us an allowance for a window unit since it was August. The time frames the day of that they have given me have been off -techs explained jobs they were on prior to getting to me. I was happy to work around just to get my AC back in know all I had to pay was a deductible, no matter what the damage. We have experienced the complete gambit of techs. By far and away, Josh and Devon are the best. They have been to my house 3 times, twice to fix what other providers failed to fix. Josh and Devon took the to explain the cause and resolution, took pictures and talked about prevention. They did a really great job on their vist a few days ago and I trust my HVAC system in their capable hands. If you use J&S, ask for Josh and Devon. You will be happy you did.

Horrible Horrible customer service!! These people scheduled an appointment and told me they would be out on Thursday am between 8 am and 12 pm. I took time off of work to accommodate the appointment. Then at the last minute they changed it to 10 AM to 2 PM, I specifically told them that I had to return to work by 2 PM they told me I was on the early schedule and would be at my house by 11 AM. By 11:30 I called back and they said 30 minutes. No one ever called or showed up. I called them at 2 PM because I had to return to work and then they said the tech would be here in 30 minutes. I explained that I could not wait any longer and the woman got very rude and was basically like so what and hung up. These people treat you like mud when going through your home warranty. They act like you are second class or like they are doing you a great favor. I can see why there are so many negative reviews. Trust me, BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. They are so disrespectful that it is not even funny. The owner should read these reviews and understand that they have a serious problem dealing with customers. You have been warned. I called my home warranty company and scheduled a new company as I would NEVER consider doing business with this company.
