Please do not use this company.My heat broke down and they sent technicians 5 times to my property.Needless to say the heat is still not working.Then they said to go bk to my warranty company.After wasting my time for 2 wks straight.Bear in mind each time they said the heat is working.Their customer service is also really bad.The phone operators can care less.If u want ur peace and sanity please run away from them.THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME!!!I also told reported them to my warranty company and told them.to take them off their list.
Stephanie J.Like many of the other reviewers, I have a home warranty that referred me to J&S when my AC went out. J&S techs have been to my home multiple times over the past two years (we have 2 units, ductwork and an attic fan that are original to the house and a REALLY bad previous owner who thought they were DIY. Anyways, like others, I experienced delays and scheduling conflicts. I think one visit it took about a week to get someone out to our house. I was a bit cranky about not having AV that long and I spoke to the warranty company. The warranty comoany gave us an allowance for a window unit since it was August. The time frames the day of that they have given me have been off -techs explained jobs they were on prior to getting to me. I was happy to work around just to get my AC back in know all I had to pay was a deductible, no matter what the damage. We have experienced the complete gambit of techs. By far and away, Josh and Devon are the best. They have been to my house 3 times, twice to fix what other providers failed to fix. Josh and Devon took the to explain the cause and resolution, took pictures and talked about prevention. They did a really great job on their vist a few days ago and I trust my HVAC system in their capable hands. If you use J&S, ask for Josh and Devon. You will be happy you did.
Horrible Horrible customer service!! These people scheduled an appointment and told me they would be out on Thursday am between 8 am and 12 pm. I took time off of work to accommodate the appointment. Then at the last minute they changed it to 10 AM to 2 PM, I specifically told them that I had to return to work by 2 PM they told me I was on the early schedule and would be at my house by 11 AM. By 11:30 I called back and they said 30 minutes. No one ever called or showed up. I called them at 2 PM because I had to return to work and then they said the tech would be here in 30 minutes. I explained that I could not wait any longer and the woman got very rude and was basically like so what and hung up. These people treat you like mud when going through your home warranty. They act like you are second class or like they are doing you a great favor. I can see why there are so many negative reviews. Trust me, BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. They are so disrespectful that it is not even funny. The owner should read these reviews and understand that they have a serious problem dealing with customers. You have been warned. I called my home warranty company and scheduled a new company as I would NEVER consider doing business with this company.
After over a month and six visits, their technician still can not find the problem. He said a new motor would fix it, came out to replace it a week later and had ordered the wrong one so we had to wait another week. New motor did not fix it. We have never received a single invoice for any visits which means the warranty company only has his word to go by. Half of the visits we did not receive the thirty minute heads-up call so I arrived home to find them here already. We had him scheduled to come out and witness the line freezing and he never showed. When we called, the operator said that he transfered us to a different company (without telling us who or that he had) and she got snippy and hung up. Super unprofessional to keep sticking Band-Aids on issues and making residents take time off of work to be here for such poor quality care.
Home warranty company picked J&S. 6 service calls later, the issue persists. When I asked the tech what else could be done, he said we could keep taking shots in the dark. When I told them that was unacceptable he said he could recommend a second opinion. Then he lied and said I called him incompetent. Extremely unprofessional and ineffective. If your warranty company assigns it to J&S, save the headache and ask for it to be reassigned right away.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I honestly cannot believe how unprofessional they are. Long story short I took time off to be available for my new motor to be installed in my AC. They weren't able to come out that day so I told them I wouldn't be home until 2:30 the next day. They told me they would note that for the technician. At 1:00 I get a call that I've missed the appointment. What?!?! I told them I wouldn't be there. So now I'm going on over a week without AC. Of course I call and explain my frustration. Ask if they can come back today- rude lady says no! Basically I need to take another day off and be at their mercy. Oh get this...I complained how hot my house is (About 85) she laughs and says well I'm sitting nice and cool at 70 in my office then hangs up!! STAY FAR AWAY!
I wish zero stars was an option. I have never ever experienced such a rude company. Entirely unprofessional. They do not care about safety at all. The tech drove off without turning the power back on to my house. When I called the manager hung up on it. This is a scam. They are doing fraud. No work. Awful. Awful.
Sam W.This is one of the most unprofessional companies I've used in quite some time. Being here in Atlanta most people who are in business pride themselves ok providing great customer service. This company I suppose don't give a shit because insurance claims etc will pay them anyway. I had a new unit installed in March, my family and I did a little traveling only to return home in June with no Cool sir blowing from the AC unit. First this company made me pay an additional charge of $1000.00 because the unit that replaced my old unit was 6-8 inches taller than my old unit. The contractor stated that alterations would be made on in the attic, but it doesn't appear so. I kind of shrugged that off because I was thankful to get a new unit. Fast forward to today which is a couple months later. The AC unit blows sometimes but for about a week or so it's been very inconsistent, I called J/S and they sent someone out. He charged the air, and told me that my control board could have been stuck by lightning. I reported this to my home insurance company but their reports stated nothing but a charge to unit was done, which this makes me appear fraudulent for trying to file a claim. So I decided to call FAH warranty company and put in another order to get a better opinion so that I will know what direction to go, because JS are frauds with bullshit equipment and poor customer service.
This is the worst company I have ever done business with, my home warranty people sent them out. First they took a month to get our new unit , wanted to replace things that didn't need to be replace. They over charge on everything that the warranty company doesn't pay for. The owner is a real piece of work she has no class what so ever. Save your self and don't hire them in less you want to get overcharged..
Absolutely horrible customer service. First appointment they are 4 hours late, and without the necessary parts to fix my garbage disposal unit. Second time, and with a service window of 6 hours, they call and say they're on their way but I ask if they could come 30 minutes later, so that I could go and pick up my daughter from school. They say no, I now I have to wait until next week for another visit. (It's Wednesday today). Going to find a different contractor. Don't let them waste your time.
