They missed their first appointment and never called. I had to call back to reschedule. I told them I needed the outdoor hose spigot changed and the shower knob. These are BASIC parts they should have on their trucks, I was told when making the appointment. When the Technician got to my home, late, there was no apology. He immediately told me he would have to go get parts. When they called to tell me he was going somewhere else I tried to cancel the job. The owner, "Angie," told me not to worry that she would work with me. She said I was being "irrational." When the guy finally got back he changed out the parts in minutes. He then demanded $400.00 for two hours work and $60.00 in parts. When I asked for the receipt for the parts he refused. I don't know if it was because he had tripled the price of the parts when I checked Home Depot where he said he bought them, or if he had them on his truck the whole time. When I tried to call "Angie" she was no longer available and the Technician was threatoning me and screaming in my face. This was once a good company that helped people through the SAWS water Co. after the snow storm Uri in 2021. I was told when I called back that those guys weren't there anymore. No Kidding? I wish they had told me that before they sent out this guy that needs some customer service skills and Anger Management!

My experience with Jr's plumbing only thing I can say is excellent from the young lady who made the service call appointment to the gentleman service tech Luis Ramirez who took care of the main water leak problem professionally, courtesy and mainly positive attitude on addressing my concerns. Once again in closing I want to congratulate JRS plumbing and service tech Mr Ramirez on handling everything seamless and no worries.

Today was turned into a Happy day in our household-Thanks to Luis & Robert, two of Jr's Best Plumbers! A previous replaced shower valve needed further repair. Robert and Luis worked efficiently and professionally to get the valve fixed. They both are great assets to Jr's Plumbing Company.

Luis is by far the most professional plumber I have come across in years. On time, prompt, clean and cleaned as he went along on the job. He identified my problem in 20 min and had the leak uncovered and identified and ready to go get the needed parts for the repair. I would definitely recommend luis with jr's plumbing for all your needs as he is definitely my plumber if I need one in the future.

Had SAWS send this joke of a company to my 78 yr old mothers house to work in pipes since the freeze in February. We have a "beware of dog" sign for insurance purposes as we have a senior 9 yr old gentle giant golden retriever. The one guy gets off and instantly states "I don't do dogs" WTF kind of service is that. The other guy assesses the work reluctantly and then tells me I need to work with SAWS to figure out his partners fear of dogs situation. I would expect SAWS to work with reputable and professional plumbers. Highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism.

On February 16th, during the winter storm that Texas endured, I had a burst pipe and started calling plumbers. The first to respond was J.R.'s Plumbing. The pipe in question was in an outside laundry room and was exposed, not inside a wall. The water had already been shut off at the main cutoff, so no water was coming out of it. The pipe is copper and had been patched before with a length of plastic pvc that was approximately 6" long. It was this patch that had split and was leaking. So the cuts to the copper pipe were already made, all that needed to be done was remove the damaged portion of the pvc pipe and replace it. A couple of people showed up and looked at my pipe. I was immediately quoted a price of $800. In the previous repair to replace the damaged portion of the copper pipe and replace it with plastic pvc, I paid $250. I believe that J.R.s Plumbing took advantage of the weather and the situation to engage in price gouging. I paid $125 for the service visit and told the two plumbers to leave. My husband fixed the pipe himself for $30.

LONG time customer that was always pleased with their service until today. Spent 10 minutes at my elderly mother's house and the problem was in the refrigerator, not the water line. No recommendation on a service provider and charged $140 hourly charge for 10 minutes. Again, no accommodation for an elderly long-term customer. Looking for a new plumber.

Horrible !!!!!! Customer service is not good at all and service guy didn't write down exactly everything he did so we didn't get warranty on service.... so make sure to read everything the service guy writes down word for word.
