No problem with the work performed. I have an issue with the billing. Cindy called one of my employees and harassed him into paying for work that was not created by our company, which resulted in an unauthorized use of cc. (My employee was asked to call for a plumber to fix the the leak, by the other company.)

The invoice actually belonged to the other company and I guess there process was taking to long for this companies liking. I had received emails from this company and returned emails asking for her to contact me regarding this invoice - I never heard from them.

Needless to say unless you are private pay, be wary of there billing techniques.

We had a water leak crisis in our attic. My husband turned off the water once the leak was discovered at 12 AM. We called J L Hearn first thing in the morning, a friendly 2 man crew showed up, fixed the problem within an hour. We thought the cost was going to be in the hundreds of dollars, to our surprise, it was $108 with including tax. We have used this company one other time from a recommendation of our daughter who used them in their home remodel. I wanted to give them more than 5 star rating for the honest and efficient work. Other company's would of taken advantage of a crisis situation, not this company. It's so refreshing to deal with a company with high integrity and reasonable fair prices. I would highly recommend them for any of my plumbing needs.

I had J L Hearn Plumbing out yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised that they arrived earlier than expected. He immediately located the leak in my front yard and repaired it. The guy was very knowledgeable and friendly. The bill was about half of what I expected. I highly recommend this company.

Actually we have used JL Hearne plumbing since he started on his own. We havent used them alot, but when we did need them they were great. Until this last time. I knew we had a collapsed line from the kitchen sink. I explained that to Rebecca, Jerry's wife and she sent a crew out without a sewer cam. So we had to reschedule it. They next crew came out with the sewer cam and ran it and saw the line was collapsed. The plumber that was there said he would have me an estimate by the next day at the latest. Several days went by and nothing. I wrote an email to Rebecca and she wrote me something back that was not relavent to my house. I wrote another email explaining that I needed a tunnel job proposal for the insurance company. She finally sends me a proposal that will not work for insurance companies. I sent her back what the ins. company requires as in itimized, which she sends me back an email that says, and I quote "Let me spell it out for you ! CALL WHOEVER YOU WANT ! As long as it's not me !JL Hearn" and that is copied and pasted. I will NEVER use JL Hearne AGAIN!!!

What a relief! David came in to find a slab leak that had already been needlessly and recklessly jack-hammered by another company. Long story short:

1) he and his helper showed up when he said they would. (even giving an ETA)
2) found and repaired the leak, explaining everything in detail
3) finished the job in less than a day - everything cleaned and put back in place
4) very reasonable bill for the excellent work done
5) professional and courteous: a definite star in this profession
6) this is now my go-to plumbing company

Liars. Told me I would get my sink fixed as soon as the part arrived. Nope. They called on a Friday to schedule for next Tuesday. That does not seem as soon as the part arrives as promised. Don't believe them, find someone else.

I just had a tech from JL Hearn Plumbing leave my house, I felt this company did honest and thorough work with a fair price for the repair. I called a different plumber out the day before, he quoted a price of $375 dollars for a 20 minute job. I had to ask him to leave my house because I felt he was a price gouger.. I would recommend J L Hearn Plumbing to anyone. They have restored my faith in honest business practices and provided great same day customer service.

Stephen was tenacious in finding the source of sewer smell! We called on JL Hearn as a second opinion since previous plumber couldn't find anything and had expensive solution for testing. Stephen took the time to find an existing clean out which saved over $700 that the previous plumber said it would cost to install one! So grateful for his expertise and willingness to go above and beyond! Would highly recommend!

Couldn't be happier with my service from JL Hearn! Plumbers were very neat (cleaning up after themselves), professional, courteous, honest and informative. And, the best bonus is that they must have the best prices anywhere. I first called AAA Auger, but they wouldn't quote me a price over the phone as JL Hearn did and once here quoted me a price of $382 to install 2 toilets and dispose of the old ones. Once I told them that I could get it done for less than half that price they went down to $300. I paid half of $300 plus three dollars to JL Hearn. From now on I won't be calling anyone else for my plumbing needs.

I always trust Jerry's advice- he knows plumbing and I don't doubt that. He has always given prompt service and does what he says he's going to do and never overcharges. He recently replaced my hot water heater and went out of his way to be available in a few hours and worked late so we would not be without hot water. He gives 100%.
