I had a sewer line clog and they came out same day. The plumber seemed to be knowledgeable and unclogged main line for $300. But the reason I gave three starts is when I asked how much to dx issue and give estimate they wanted 300 more just to use camera and their solution would be to rip up whole yard. Fair company but not what I'm looking for and little proud of prices.

so, like anyone at anytime we have a plumbing issue. our front gear out is stopped up and not flowing due to google coming thru and cutting a trench in our driveway, anyways fast forward to now and its clogged again. we researched and found this company to have great reviews however, its not the case with us. You know it is a shitty thing to send your worker out to tell you that when you were originally quoted $145 an hour only for the plumber to tell youth it is actually going to cost you $300.00 dollars. Thanks for that, Sunshine! yo u did not disclose that when we spoke on the phone. what a shitty thing to do to someone in need. No pun intended. make sure before you call these "bait and switch" swindlers and get a realistic quote instead of being blind side tackled by a higher unfair charge. you should be ashamed of yourself, Rebecca.

JL Hearn has been there for us in the worst of times. During Snowmageddon we had a busted outside faucet. Water was spraying through the sheetrock in our garage. Because we had to shutoff our water main to stop it, we were without water. Fortunately we didn't have to wait long because JL Hearn squeezed is into their schedule.

Then 7 months later our water softener died, spewing those pink pellets through our water lines. Again, JL Hearn to the rescue.

They warranty their work. They are fair and honest. They are my plumber of choice every time. You should give them a try.

The repairman showed up a little early which was fine. He had his mask on an wore butties on his shoes. He greeted me and went right to work. He unclogged the upstairs bathtub and changed out the aerator in the lavatory. All work was done in a professional manner and in a short time. I would recommend them to everyone.
