Wow! Jerry was so professional; he was on time, fast, and very polite. My bathroom drains were so clogged they could hardly drain. He fixed the it without any problems and it's been working perfectly ever since. I would highly recommend!!

This review is based solely on the pricing of the new company who bought out JL Hearn. They used to provide stellar service at a reasonable price but no longer. They wanted to charge $280 labor for a $15 part. Other plumbing companies have bid the job at 1/2 hour and far less for the hourly rate. I miss the old company.

Terrible! Dishonest plumber, tried to add unneeded parts to run up the bill! He never discussed these parts with me or received approval. When I asked him about it he threatened me! Unbelievable, do not trust this plumber, he needs meds and psychological counseling!

Extremely pleased with the service! We're in the military and managing our home from California and had a rare issue with the kitchen faucet... it decided to just stop working all together one day and while Jerry said that was rare, he said he'd take a look at it and let me know exactly what the problem was. Not only was the customer service over the phone amazing, but Jerry went above and beyond to make the tenants happy as well. I was told before the work was done exactly what to expect financially, and I was very pleased to see a detailed invoice that followed outlining just that. No hidden fees, to the point, and as we discussed. Jerry was punctual and very professional. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!

Jerry responded quickly to my call for help - the floor in front of the kitchen sink was very warm and the water company had notified me there was a small leak on my property. Turned out to be a hot water leak under the slab in front of the kitchen sink. So he spent about 2 hours that day in stopping the leak. He and an assistant came back the next day and spent about 2.5 hours to finish the job. He had told me it would be $1100.00. That seemed fair because he did not break up the slab but went up to the attic crawl space and ran PEX down to solve the issue. Two small holes in the dry wall and a tiny chip in the floor tile which is covered by the Dishwasher. Here's the issue: He charged $237 for the first day's activities then added $1100. The corker was when he would not put the dishwasher back without charging me again! He said that was because I did not use his recommended fellow to arbitrate the claim with the insurance company. There wasn't enough to place an insurance claim unless I lied and I can't do that. So I suggest you don't use this fellow - he gouges and misleads. I used him twice before and he didn't do this but he's changed.

REALLY?!!! These freaks wouldn't even give me a free quote to replumb 2 bathrooms! They said it would cost $95 just to get a quote! BaBye!!!

No problem with the work performed. I have an issue with the billing. Cindy called one of my employees and harassed him into paying for work that was not created by our company, which resulted in an unauthorized use of cc. (My employee was asked to call for a plumber to fix the the leak, by the other company.)

The invoice actually belonged to the other company and I guess there process was taking to long for this companies liking. I had received emails from this company and returned emails asking for her to contact me regarding this invoice - I never heard from them.

Needless to say unless you are private pay, be wary of there billing techniques.

We had a water leak crisis in our attic. My husband turned off the water once the leak was discovered at 12 AM. We called J L Hearn first thing in the morning, a friendly 2 man crew showed up, fixed the problem within an hour. We thought the cost was going to be in the hundreds of dollars, to our surprise, it was $108 with including tax. We have used this company one other time from a recommendation of our daughter who used them in their home remodel. I wanted to give them more than 5 star rating for the honest and efficient work. Other company's would of taken advantage of a crisis situation, not this company. It's so refreshing to deal with a company with high integrity and reasonable fair prices. I would highly recommend them for any of my plumbing needs.

I had J L Hearn Plumbing out yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised that they arrived earlier than expected. He immediately located the leak in my front yard and repaired it. The guy was very knowledgeable and friendly. The bill was about half of what I expected. I highly recommend this company.
