Previously known as Carroll's Plumbing Service, the company was established in 1973. In its first 30 years, it was mainly a building plumbing firm, but in 2004 it changed to a plumbing service operation. Former offices were in Dallas, Texas. The present location is in Ellis County, not far from the three locations.
The founder, Jerry Carroll launched the business after successfully completing the Master plumbing certification in 1973. His son, Jeff Carroll has been a licensed plumber since 1994 and has held a license for backflow testing since 2002.
