Once recognized as Carroll's Plumbing Service, the company was founded in 1973. During the initial three decades, it was mainly a building plumbing firm, but in 2004 it shifted to a service plumbing company. Former locations were in Dallas, Texas. The new location is in the Ellis County area, not far from the three locations.
The founder, Jerry Carroll launched the business after successfully completing the Master plumbing certification in 1973. Jeff Carroll has been a skilled plumber since 1994 and has held a license for backflow testing since 2002.
