Once recognized as Carroll Plumbing, the company was founded in 1973. During the initial three decades, it was mostly a plumbing construction firm, but after 2004 it changed to a plumbing service business. Earlier headquarters were in Duncanville, Texas. The current location is in Ellis Co., not far from the three sites.
Jerry Carroll initiated the operation after successfully completing the Master plumbing certification in 1973. His son, Jeff Carroll has been a journeyman plumber since 1994 and has held a license for backflow testing since 2002.
