Previously known as Carroll's Plumbing Service, the firm was created in 1973. For the first thirty years, it was mainly a building plumbing company, but post-2004 it transitioned to a service plumbing operation. Former offices were in Duncanville, Texas. The current location is in Ellis County, not far from the previous offices.
Jerry Carroll started the operation after achieving the Master plumber certification in 1973. Jeff Carroll has been a licensed plumber since 1994 and has held a license for backflow testing since 2002.
