They don't make them like him anymore :) We are simply thrilled with Jeff and his wife's stellar work at our house. Since last year, we have had Jeff visit many times to fix plumbing related things at our house (bad contractor that left lots of stuff unfinished!). But this did not deter Jeff from taking on many of these tasks. He was also a great advisor to us for several different situations related to plumbing. He went above and beyond to help us and we are grateful for his services.

What I really like about J Carrillo is how they communicate. They definitely know what they are talking about and they offer advice on how to maintain your home. They don't hold back any information to make you dependent on them. I highly recommend them. Plus they are affordable.

Great plumber! We contacted him in the middle of the night when none of the drains in our newly purchased house were draining properly and sewage backed up into our bathtub. They came out the next morning. Even though we didn't have a sewage lateral cleanout, Jeffrey and Norma were able to bring in their machine and clear it in about an hour and a half and we had proper drainage again. They even noticed that one of our shower knobs was the wrong type and installed the correct one for free, just because the shoddy workmanship annoyed them. While they were there, Jeffrey also gave us advice on how to get a dishwasher to work with our old wall mounted fixtures (we eventually went with getting a portable dishwasher) and when we couldn't get the hoses to attach, he called us and told us what part we needed and where to get it so we could easily fix it ourselves. He's always very responsive via Yelp message and super helpful with troubleshooting. They will definitely be our go-to for our plumbing needs.

Last month, our shower drain became very slow on a Friday and we called J Carrillo. They responded immediately, came out on a Saturday, and fixed the problem quickly.

I'm pretty sure we were charged more by another company than what J Carrillo charged when the same thing happened several years ago, and I'm also pretty sure the last time this happened the other plumbers came out on a weekday, so I believe what J Carrillo charges is very reasonable. Anyway they seem like very good, hard-working people and I feel glad to have found them.

Jeff and his wife Norma just installed my new 40 gallon Bradford White water heater. They were professional courteous and did an amazing job. My old water heater was 23 years old. It didn't leak but I didn't want to wait till I had a problem so I was long over due. I also referred Jeff to my co-worker who is also in need of a new hot water heater in Daly City. I also wanted to thank Jeff for his advice about being more aware of where our food comes from. I will try to eat less meat. Thanks again Jeff.

Jeff, the owner of J Carrillo Plumbing, runs a very honest and fair family owned business that you can trust to get the job done right. I highly recommend his service!

He and wife, who is also a licensed plumber, quickly and efficiently replaced a broken 30yr old residential main water valve and regulator.
Initially we exchanged text messages about the repair. Jeff typically responded within 15 mins, and surprisingly even at very late night hours.
Unlike another plumber I worked with in the past, Jeff was prompt on the scheduled hour, bring his entire mobile ""office"" equipment truck and trailer.

Though the initial replacement regulator had a plastic part contrary to what was originally requested to have all copper replacement parts, Jeff called his supplier who informed him it would cost $100 more for the better part. After he returned with the new part, he reviewed the text message with the agreed upon charges, and informed me his father taught him to always keep his word. Jeff indeed lived up to his father's teaching and absorbed the difference, charging the originally agreed service fee.
How often do you experience that type of honorable service when there are changes?!

After the work was done, Jeff also tried to measure the house water pressure, but due to more old, leaking spigot parts, a correct measurement could not be obtained.
Jeff then took the time to explain in detail how I could simply replace the old spigots myself and showed what was the correct way to unscrew them using two wrenches to avoid breaking a PVC pipe, something I would not have expected to happen if using a single wrench.
That's why you hire the professionals - they have more expertise than you and minimize your head-aches!

Seriously don't look no further for your plumbing needs. J Carrillo Plumbing has got you covered. Basically we wanted to replace our old undermounted sink and faucet. A task (sink replacement) we initially thought was impossible without major work to our countertops, Jeff and Norma came to our home on short notice, looked under the sink and said they can do the job. They then gave me a very reasonable quote, recommend some products even referring me to a plumbing store where we found the perfect sink. Jeff and Norma are professional and work great together as a team. My son really enjoyed their company at our home. Jeff and Norma know their stuff and it's true they are good at what they do. Friendly, good communication, and knowledgeable. We are VERY satisfied customers. Thank you!

If I could give them 10 stars I would and that's no joke. Jeff and Norma have been taking care of all my plumbing needs for the last 18 months. When I say plumbing needs I mean, new construction, fixing old broken down systems, replacing my sewer lines, updating my septic tank, new underground water system install and much more. I found Jeff on yelp, so I figure it was my time to write a post.

Jeff and Norma came to my house at night in an emergency on many occasions. It was never no, it was I will get there it just might be late. They work hard and their work is always done with perfection. On a side note, Norma can cook and if you're lucky enough to taste her crab fluatas, watch out! They are good people who do great work and will always help you out in a pinch. You can't go wrong making this choice for your plumbing needs.
