I don't know what I did wrong but, reading all the rave reviews, it seems I must have done something because I had a horrible customer experience. I called on a Wednesday and asked for someone to come over and check our plumbing due to numerous issues. The person I spoke to agreed to come over that Friday between 4-6 pm and asked me to text my address. I sent the text with the address, date and time of appointment and asked for a receipt of confirmation. They confirmed by reply text. All good so far. Come Friday, I left work at 3pm and got home at 3:45pm. We waited from 4-6:30 pm and nada! I called and left a voicemail then I texted just for insurance. Nothing. It's been a week and no call or text of explanation. I'll take my money elsewhere. To a company that appreciates a customer's time and demonstrates common professional courtesy.

They are great people and grear plumbers. Attention to detail, friendly, and clearly loves what they do. They provide detailed estimates and will work with you to get things done. Definitely recommend and will be calling them again for our next project.

They did a very nice job of replacing several faucets and fixing a shower hardware. Price was as quoted and very reasonable. I would definitely call again in the future.

Best work and best price. He's also licensed, which is a big deal for me. Because I always want it done right the first time. I found an honest straight forward plumber that I will be using from now on. He & his wife replaced my toilet upstairs. It hasn't been worked on for at least 20 years. It was probably the worst job they've done in a while. My toilet was clogged with heavy deposits of calcium & something I would have never guessed. A decomposing rat. I would post photos but no one needs to see that.

Jeff and his crew are great. They responded so quickly when we had an issue that we were unsure if it was urgent or not. They did a great job implementing a long-term solution for us and were very thorough. Jeff has a lot of expertise and knowledge; I felt very comfortable that he could handle the problem. We had a major leak under the house and it ended up being a big job. We're in good shape now thankfully, thanks to Jeff and everyone. Highly recommend!

I called Jeff for a quote to come out and clean out my main sewer drain pite. He replied quickly with a fair price and he could get out fairly quickly. He showed up on time, covered the floor all the way to the bathroom and was done in an Hour. They cleaned up thoroughly after the job and I am very happy with their service. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an experienced plumber at a fair price.

I requested a quote for an install for a thermocouple for my water heater. I didn't have hot water for a week. I had the part already, I just needed an easy install (less than 20 min). Jeff responded quickly with just the quote. To be fair I did have fair quotes from others, but Jeff was willing to do the job the next day on December 23rd. One guy offered to do the work for me for double the standard rate just because it was near Christmas time, shame on him.

Jeff arrived in the time period he stated, and did the job professionally and even offered me some free tips for my sink and toilet, and offered some interesting conversation as well.

I found Jeff to be sincere with high integrity.

I was at work during the installation but I did set up the appointment. Our in sink disposal system was broken so my boyfriend decided it'll be cheaper to buy one and have someone install it. I asked for a quote from other plumbers and they were charging nearly double compared to that of J Carrillo. They came to our house while I was at work. My boyfriend said they were friendly, professional, and finished installing within 20 minutes. They were on time, and very efficient. Definitely will call them again for future issues.
