we were in need of a plumber on 1-7-17 really bad.
our garage we have our dogs stay in during the day and our water heater was leaking water really bad and the garage was flooding.
i searched on yelp and found mr carrillo plumbing.
i talked to him at 1030am and he was there within the hour.
i thought we were needing a new water heater.
all we needed was the lines tightened.

Called Jeff yesterday (12/16) and after an immediate response and ETA, I considered this a good sign. I had an emergency where a hose was leaking to the sink faucet and the valve burst with water flowing. I needed someone immediately as I had to shut down water from the street to a 12 unit complex. Jeff was here within 15 minutes, assessed the issue, explained what needed to be done and got right to work. In under an hour with some chit chat Jeff had the faucet repaired and my bathroom sink back in business!! Thank you Jeff for a job well done, quick and efficiently!! Highly recommend!

Have had Jeff to my place twice. Wonderful experience both times.

Jeff is reliable, experienced, and timely with his estimates and work.

First visit - For my water heater, had a new b-vent installed and air vents cut cut and installed into our door. Along the way, offered me advice on how to annually maintain my water heater and do some DIY care for my overflow pan. On the way out, I asked him to look at a leaky outlet behind my fridge, and he knew exactly what was wrong. Replaced the spigot in less than 5 minutes with a different style of spigot that wouldn't leak in a while.

Second visit - came out to check out a leaking toilet tank mount. I had already fixed up the leak, and wanted him to take a look at the floor to make sure it wasn't rotted through. He took 3 minutes to press around the ground and knew exactly that the ground wasn't rotted through, and didn't need replacing. BUT, he still gave me step by step advice on how to rip out and replace my linoleum and siding if I wanted to replace it. Along the way, he noticed that my tank wasn't bolted on level, and gave me DIY advice on what to do to level the tank, to prevent future mounting leaks. Then walked into my other bathroom to check out my other tank. Also not level. All of this without a service call fee!

Jeff is my go to guy from now on, glad to have found a truth worthy and service oriented plumber!

What a great find. I called in the evening about a leak in our Noritz continuous hot water heater. J came right away and told me what the problem was. He carefully showed me what the problem was and told me that Noritz would cover the parts because it was under warranty. He took pictures, sent them to Noritz, Noritz sent me replacement parts, I called J and he put the parts in. From start to finish J was easy to work with, he told me what the cost would be and he stuck by his price.

Definitely a keeper, when I need a plumber in the future J will get the call.

Jeff and his wife are a great team! I highly recommend them. Jeff was very responsive when I asked him for a quote and he was able to come out the same day to do the work. Jeff is now my GO TO GUY!!!!!

He installed new water heaters a few months back for my house and my tenants. Still working great with no problems.

Last night, I ran out of hot water. NO BUENO. The next morning, I try to light the pilot light...nothing. Called PG&E. They can't help. I call Jeff. He comes by, after one of his jobs earlier in the day, and sees the problem. It's not an easy fix. He gave me some options; and help me narrow down the best one. Best part is he didn't charge me for the service. I cannot say enough great things about J Carrillo!!!!!

I thought I would give this team a chance because they were family oriented and my family needed help. I was wrong. I waited until my eyes were white and no response via Yelp messages or via phone call. I'm going to inform you now- you're in the service profession, family oriented or not, you need to call back or communicate with the potential customer if your not going to follow through.

I had an emergency sink overflow with kitchen drainage blocked from 2nd floor. I called other plumbers but no one helped because of weekend. Then I reached out to these guys and they came in an hour, cleared the block, did the messy job with kitchen waste overflow, gave some good advise to take care in future. He charged only the amount quoted over the phone. I really appreciate and thank him for coming in on a Sunday and charging nominal fee. I already recommended him to my friends and I will call them right away if needed in future.
