Jeff's work was thorough and efficient. He listened attentively and completely understood my request. When I had questions, he explained everything. When I orded the wrong drain, he helped me order the right one and came back to install a few days later for no additional charge. He and his wife did fantastic work. Their prices are reasonable. And they were a joy to work with. I highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again for repair work and/or remodeling.

A Very Kind honest and hard-working couple. We have used their services several times. They are prompt and reliable.

I called Jeff to change the main valve at my house. He provided quote by phone and did a perfect job of changing the valve at reasonable price even though I was not home. Once the job, he provided all the pictures and I was able to make secure payment online. I highly recommend his service.

Highly recommend J Carrillo Plumbing. Jeff was able to make it out to my house at 10pm in a Friday. The night before we had an overflow our toilet and the shower wasn't draining. Tried the plunger which didn't help. Jeff came out the next night and did a few test. Made sure it was just a clog that passed and there was no other problems. Even thought there was nothing really wrong, I recommend J Carrillo Plumbing because Jeff is an honest guy who is on time, polite and will do a professional job. On top of everything, the inspection was FREE, at 10pm on a Friday. Awesome work and any future issues I'll be sure to call J Carrillo first.

Jeff and Norma are amazing. I contacted them via yelp (on a Thursday) to see if they could help me with a potential clogged storm drain in my front yard. They were very responsive to set up an appointment for an estimate. (on a Saturday) They came out suggested how they could unclog the drain and provided an estimate. I set up the work to be done today (Monday) afternoon. They worked quickly and were thorough. They snaked the drain and notice there was a broken pipe and repaired it. Along the way they kept me posted and showed me the issue and gave me option for repairs. They even quoted me before the additional work to make sure it was ok. Overall i'm very happy with the service and work provided. This has been something i've contacted more than a half dozen other places to get estimates for to see if they can fix my problem. I either got the run around, they don't service my area or I got a no call/no show. I plan to refer Jeff and Norma to friends and family and for my future plumbing and drain needs. Thank you Jeff and Norma!

Jeff and Norma are amazing at what they do! We've used their services for 5 different projects and they've done a stellar job every time. We had faucets for outdoor hot/cold water installed, a tankless water heater installation, plumbing for an in-law unit, plumbing for a bathroom remodel and redoing outdated plumbing in our basement. They do what it takes to get the job done and it's always done to perfection! We wouldn't ever use another plumber again- Jeff and Norma take the cake! Their prices are more than fair and reasonable and they're timely, professional, and experts at what they do!

Jeff and his wife showed up at 7pm on a Friday night, within an hour of my calling them. They came prepared with all of the parts they might need, and were able to replace a broken pipe under my kitchen sink. Their price was very reasonable, and Jeff fixed my faucet that was loose without charging any extra. Both he and his wife were friendly, professional, and efficient. They charged me $10 for the pipe and fittings they needed to replace, and $115 labor for the job. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs, and I highly recommend them.
