I paid $600. For a toilet installation on Sept. 23, 2016, and went with J&J Davis paid more then if I just bought through Home Depot and hired a handy man because I wanted the security of a well known Compan. 10 months later when toilet was taking 20 minutes to fill, constantly running I was told they only warranted their work for 30 days! They gave me the 800 number for Kohler where a customer service rep. walked me through a repair in less then 10 minutes. J&J's attitude was pretty much tough luck, pay for service call and labor we don't stand behind our work or products. Will never use again

I have used this plumber twice. There prices are very reasonable, they even tell you about the coupons on their website! They come fast and they are friendly. they were recommended to me from a friend, and they are really awesome!!!

I was ripped off by this company. The woman who I spoke to assured me they would solve my plumbing problem. The tech who came out, Andy Y, was beyond unprofessional. He appeared to have no idea what he was doing, he couldnt find the main line out of the property. My 80 years old grandpa had to tell him where it was and messed up his back opening the lid of the line because the tech didn't know how to lift a lid!! I finally decided I didn't want him to work on my system as he didn't know how to do his job. I told him I didn't want his services and he stated he wouldn't leave without a $60 trip charge! I called the same woman as before from the company and her whole story changed. Don't use this company unless you want to get robbed.

So happy that I call to that company, Brenda, she was on the phone, and she took care about everything to organize the fix, the problem was in the condominium unit, so she called to condo management, got the information of our neighbors, coordinated appointment with them and got everybody in place when work need to take place Don't have enough words to thank Brenda. I was not there at that time, so it was a big help. The plumber came on time, fixed the problem, checked everything is ok. I got the invoice and price is very reasonable. Next time will sure call to that company. Highly recommend

Called this plumber for a second opinion. Randy arrived, very knowledgeable, thorough, and very personable, explained everything he was doing. Would use them again hands down. Prices very reasonable too!

I called this company out to my condo because of the rave reviews. I should have listened to the lone one-star review. They came out, saw there was a leak, said the sink was broken and shut the water off to the leak. I assumed they were going to come back to repair the leak. Nope. They sent me an invoice for the """"service call"""". That's it. They told me I had a leak, which I already knew. Going with another company to get this done.

Amy was very helpful with the appointment times and window. Kenny came out to fix a bad clog from my washer drain, it was a new house purchased and didn't know much history and could tell it was a bad situation. Kenny was very nice and even improved my PVC connection that was out of code. Unfortunately it didn't completely get cleared but they offered to return immediately with supervisor Justin. They did a 2nd session and it worked, really stood by their work. They didn't try to charge extra and their price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them for being professional and really trying to help out their customers.

I called in the morning and was able to get a same day appointment for plumbing issues. Amy gave me a timeframe between noon-3:00 pm. Shortly before the plumbers arrived, Amy called me to let me know they were on their way & gave me their names. They arrived within the timeframe I was given. Our toilets stopped flushing properly the night before. (Thank God this didn't happen on a Friday night.). I told the plumbers what was going on and they quickly assessed that there was a problem with the main line. They were able to snake it from the cleanout line outside and didn't have to get up on the roof. After they were done, they asked me to flush the toilets to make sure they were fine and asked me again to flush them to make sure nothing came back up. The whole process only took around 30 min. I would recommend J&J if you are in the need of a plumber!

A plumber and his assistant showed up for 15 minutes charged me $80, didn't fix the problem, and quoted me $850 to do the job which was just to put in a knob in my shower. I called the handyman and he fixed it for $90 without having to tear up my wall (Which is what J&J Davis plumbing said it would take) Avoid!!!

Great customer service on the phone and in person! The plumber was on time and the work was done as promised. I used the discount coupon that I printed off of their website and saved. I will use them again if needed and would recommend anyone else to use them too.
