I called in the morning and was able to get a same day appointment for plumbing issues. Amy gave me a timeframe between noon-3:00 pm. Shortly before the plumbers arrived, Amy called me to let me know they were on their way & gave me their names. They arrived within the timeframe I was given. Our toilets stopped flushing properly the night before. (Thank God this didn't happen on a Friday night.). I told the plumbers what was going on and they quickly assessed that there was a problem with the main line. They were able to snake it from the cleanout line outside and didn't have to get up on the roof. After they were done, they asked me to flush the toilets to make sure they were fine and asked me again to flush them to make sure nothing came back up. The whole process only took around 30 min. I would recommend J&J if you are in the need of a plumber!

I was ripped off by this company. The woman who I spoke to assured me they would solve my plumbing problem. The tech who came out, Andy Y, was beyond unprofessional. He appeared to have no idea what he was doing, he couldnt find the main line out of the property. My 80 years old grandpa had to tell him where it was and messed up his back opening the lid of the line because the tech didn't know how to lift a lid!! I finally decided I didn't want him to work on my system as he didn't know how to do his job. I told him I didn't want his services and he stated he wouldn't leave without a $60 trip charge! I called the same woman as before from the company and her whole story changed. Don't use this company unless you want to get robbed.

Called this plumber for a second opinion. Randy arrived, very knowledgeable, thorough, and very personable, explained everything he was doing. Would use them again hands down. Prices very reasonable too!

Plumber randomly cancels service if they are running late from job. Okay to use if you have flexibility to take time off work but beware if you are busy and have you have a busy schedule. Been stuck in job since 9 but just realized they weren't going to make it. Used them many times before but not again.

After attempting to get a plumber just to return my calls or telling me they are to busy or don't do my neighborhood it was so refreshing to have a pleasant women tell me she could have someone in a couple hours. I even got a call 30 minutes before telling me there on there way. Professional service and a pleasant outcome. 5 star

It's first time I've called J&J Davis Plumbing. Brenda is great/super pleasant on the phone. I called on a Wednesday & Thursday morning 1st thing Plumber Daniel B. showed up. He quickly diagnosed the problem/leak. Went right to work. He had to disconnect & drain water heater to be able to access the leak, by 11:45am every thing was fixed & reconnected. Leak gone! Price was right plus they knocked off $20.00 (online coupon). Will definitely be calling them back for any and all my plumbing needs. I Will of course highly recommend to all my family & friends. Great customer service on the phone and in person! The plumber was on time and the work was done as promised. I used the discount coupon that I printed off of their website and saved. I will use them again if needed and would recommend anyone else to use them too.
