Ivan has done two projects in my condo and I'm impressed! He is responsive and professional. His rates have beat other plumbers while the quality of service was actually better than the more expensive alternatives. He just fixed an ongoing issue I had with my shower and the project came out $200 less than what he originally quoted me! When does that ever happen? Pleasantly surprised by his honesty and pride in his work. I highly recommend working with Ivan. He also knows how to work with HOAs.
