I appreciate how easy it was to work with Ivan.

Our sink was leaking underneath and I was crossing my fingers it was not a burst pipe.

Ivan came within an hour or so and showed me that our garbage disposal had a pierced hole at the top of it.

Funny story, one of my sons metal straws fell into the sink the night before. When I turned on the garbage disposal, I clipped part of it but was able to pull out most of it. I guess the rest of it spun around so fast it pierced a hole into the disposal.

Ivan went to get a new one for me and installed it. Everything was done simple, straightforward, and fast.

Ivan was the man!!
He showed up same day. I'm completely fixed my hot water problems. the last plumber I had didn't do it right so Ivan had to fix what was incorrect.

Ivan has done two projects in my condo and I'm impressed! He is responsive and professional. His rates have beat other plumbers while the quality of service was actually better than the more expensive alternatives. He just fixed an ongoing issue I had with my shower and the project came out $200 less than what he originally quoted me! When does that ever happen? Pleasantly surprised by his honesty and pride in his work. I highly recommend working with Ivan. He also knows how to work with HOAs.
