There is a leak in the kitchen and they scheduled an appointment for 9 days after. on the day of service, they called and told me they had no technicians! I am so frustrated and do NOT recommend them at all. They are not reliable at all!

I truly hate giving reviews on any sort of thing - but just so others know what they're in for, we were assigned IRH plumbing through our landlord's American Shield Insurance, and it is still an ongoing issue to simply get a plumber out. It's been over 2.5 weeks since the original request. We've been promised a plumber would be out from the hours of 12-4, and this has on each occasion ended up with me needing to work around these hours yet for it to be until 6:30, with no phone call from the office letting me know or communication unless I badgered the plumber for them to tell me they won't be making it today, when he told me that he would be. It's extremely frustrating and disappointing and just poor management across the board here. I usually try to be as objective as possible when it comes to negative reviews, but whoever is assigned or looking for plumbing, I would urge you to look elsewhere.

For the past 6 years my home insurance company dispatched IRH plumbing to my house to fix plumbing issues. I'm happy with their service. They are professional and on time. They root cause the issue precisely and fix it right away and without dragging the work to multiple visits.

Was referred by AHS home warranty, OMG, my experience with them is the worst ever...not reliable, trustworthy, or professional on any level. I would run, not walk, as fast as you can in their opposite direction. Not sure how they stay in business. If I could give the zero stars I would.

If I can give this company, no stars, I would absolutely do that. I'm not sure what's more fraudulent them or American home shield or maybe they have something ongoing that makes it beneficial for them to partner together? Horrible service.

They work with American home shield and I was ripped off by American home shield because they said they came to my house and identified the problem which is a complete lie. I was the one that identified the problem removed my water heater but they took credit for it I would never recommend these guys to anyone. The owner said he was going to make it up to me by sending someone out to my property to take a look at my outside drains but when the guy got here and was late, by the way, said he doesn't do outside drains so it was all a big lie to satisfy me so I could get ripped off once againI would never use this company or recommend them to anyone

Not the best experience with this company, but with a smaller company that is the norm. I was trying to get my water heater replaced and it took more than a month to finally get it done (ended up doing it myself)

The time lag on everything was great, and somehow I couldn't get into contact with the leader/owner.

The people are actually very nice and helpful on the spot, and I do give props for that, but to get results they were not IT.

American Home Shield sent IRH plumbing out to my house to replace my water heater. The owner worked quickly with us to get a water heater installed by the next day. The plumber that came out did a great job.

We had them install a new garbage disposal through American Home Shield and it's absolutely terrible and ridiculous because it's broken down 3 times in just over a month. AHS has had to get someone to come out multiple times and we are at the point that we are going to file a complaint against AHS.

One of the worse plumbing company I have had the misfortune of working with. Much like everyone else here, they were assigned to me by AHS, and boy was it a cluster of a situation.

I had a shower head leak and the technician they sent was completely incompetent. He made the leak worse - what was a slow drip became a torrent, necessitating a cap. Not only that, he was rude and couldn't listen to instructions. I like to keep my floors clean and the second floor has carpets, so he was instructed several times to take his shoes off. He didn't and left tracks.

He tried several times to fix this issue over a period of months to no avail. Not only that, every time he came out to try to fix it, they charged me before the work was even completed (yes, I agreed to pay out of pocket to go beyond the scope of what AHS covered). After he failed the last time, he told me he can't get to the problematic valve/pipe and would require tearing up the entire bathroom.

So I've had enough. A phone call to a local plumber, a willingness to pay out of pocket, and to go with trusted professions resulted in the work completed in 20 minutes - at less the cost that IRH quoted me for by the way (even with AHS covering some expenses).

These guys are idiots and will love to bend you over and take advantage of you if you let them.

You know your worse fear with plumbers who would do shady crap and take advantage of you? Yeah, these guys are it. But there's great ethical ones and it pisses me off that clowns like IRH gives the profession a bad name. Stay clear of them is my best advice to you. Find a 4-5 star company (there's tons) that will save you time and money in getting the job done right the first time around at half the cost these guys want to take from you.
