Came in to do initial work and had been contracted with American Home Shield under warranty. Then did not hear back from them for two weeks while the toilets were still not fixed. The representative then after several calls said they did ask for approval from American Home shield and we're denied but still never heard back from them. They would not take responsibility for getting back to me, nor trying to make an effort to figure out what was going on.

I would not recommend.

My home warranty assigned this company to repair a water leak coming through my drywall above my kitchen. They never reached out to me to schedule the appointment, I had to call them several times. Then they told me the earliest that they could come look at the problems was five days away. So I'm supposed to just let it leak or have no water for five days!? My home warranty assigned a new company that called me within an hour and repaired the problem the next morning.

I almost cancelled this appointment because I read so many bad reviews. Thank goodness I didn't. They were sent out by AHS and fixed 3 toilets on the spot. Very nice and respectful and even put booties on to enter the house. From scheduling to completion of job this company hit it out of the park!

Mike assisted us with our water heater. He was exceptionally responsive and helpful. He even called/texted us during his 'off' hours to ensure our water heater continued to work properly.

We've had terrible experiences with a few Home Warranty providers in the past. Mike is the exception as he went above and beyond. IRH made a very wise choice when they hired Mike.

Our water heater was leaking and American Home Shield assigned IRH Plumbing to fix the leak. At first I was a bit apprehensive after reading so many bad reviews, but I had a great experience. Mike called me first thing Monday morning and sent Fred to check the water heater on Tuesday afternoon. There was a crack, and the water heater needed to be replaced. Fred submitted the replacement request with AHS Wednesday morning. When I called Thursday morning, Mike checked with AHS and told me what I needed to pay out-of-pocket, and by Thursday afternoon, the new water heater was installed. We're very pleased with the service provided!

Lot of bad reviews here but I had an Excellent experience with IRH today. Called American Home Shield about my hot weather heater pilot not staying lit. IRH called me within a couple of hours. Guy on the phone was really good.
Tech named Danny came out the same day! Seemed like a good guy. Diagnosed that it needing a new pilot controller. Had it in his truck, replaced it in 15 minutes. No out of pocket and off he went. IRH was as good as it gets

Atrocious communication for a business. 20% chance they answer their office phone. After repeatedly texting the tech (who simply stopped responding) bc the water heater still didn't work after he 'serviced' it (who btw my tenant said they automatically knew something wasn't right) I ended up needing to pay over $1k for a new water heater and install. They said I could get done for less, but after waiting FIVE days of failed communication, I just wanted it done asap. No discount offered or given. If you get a chance to read the reviews before the warranty company has them come out, change companies asap. It is another tedious hassle to change after they come out.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Rude, unprofessional and non responsive. AHS assigned me to them and I didn't have a choice despite the millions of calls I made asking for a different plumber. The plumber that came actually ended up breaking my sink handle. Additionally, after he left there was a leak under my sink. He made everything worse which became a huge nightmare trying to deal with them AND AHS. When the owner, RUDLY told me that I had to have the same plumber come out again he never showed up after I waited at home for them. I could go on and on. The are terrible and should be put out of business!

Vindictive business owner who claims to make $1..5 million dollars a year profit from American Home Shield but does not trust customers or provide good service. Ask your home warranty for a different company, don't let them even come out - save your time.

Also, it's extremely difficult to reach people at this office. Very difficult to get ahold of before and after service.

We were assigned IRH plumbing from our home warranty from American Home Shield. They had attempted 4 times to resolve one issue. They did not collect the job completion form. The technicians were not on time and their overall performance was below satisfactory.
