terrible. the worst. did not show through ahs appointment on jan 12, then did not show on jan 21. on jan. 26 did not have faucet equipment, although that is why they were called, specifically!! they don't answer their phone. someone named shawn is irresponsible in their office. ahs often uses sub par service companies. shame on them. we have a leak because they didn't shut off water below damaged faucet, we did, but it is still leaking and will trigger our leak defense system. negligent and irresponsible - simply not nice! this is an emergency!!!

They didn't bother to show up for a prescheduled appointment. No phone call. Nothing. I left work early, waited through the 4 hour window they gave me (12 to 4pm), and NOTHING!!!! This was unacceptable!!! I see why they have such a low rating.

LRH Plumbing is a ripoff con artist, I can post the quote they sent me after they came out and looked at my water heater. They lie and overcharged for a part that cost 89.00 bucks to fix my water heater. I got the part and it was available at Home depot, they tried to charge me 750.00 Bucks, Spoke to Shawn

To begin, I didn't go to Yelp to look at the reviews prior to hiring IRH Plumbing. In fact, IRH Plumbing was retained by my home warranty company (AHS) who sent them out for service of my kitchen sink and bathroom sink. I can say that from the phone call to the service call, receiving updates from the plumber to conclusion, my experience with Danny Johnson was near perfect! Danny is a specialist in lead detection and if you need someone, call IRH and ask for Danny. I can't speak for the other plumbers in this thread and I'll be happy to vouch for Danny. This guy is a true professional who has the knowledge and problem solving skills that any true tradesman in the plumbing industry should acquire. I'm in real estate so I carry a similar attribute and skill level when it comes to customer service and compassionate care. Although the repairs were simple in nature, he did detect a leak under the kitchen sink at the ABS joint. Fortunately, he had the right tools and parts to repair and replace the cracked pipe and further test to ensure no further leaks existed. Danny is considerate, cleaned up after the job site and a professional. Again, this review is for Danny Johnson and Sean at IRH Plumbing. Thank you.

I have complained to them directly about a part that they installed when they put in my tankless water heater that was unnecessary. This part made my pipes through out the house clank and shake violently. I had been informed by other plumbers that this part was unnecessary. When they came to finally fix it, they charged me for something that had nothing to do with my clanking pipes. When the technician finally did remove that part that was unnecessary, the clanking of the pipes stopped immediately. I have asked the company for a refund of that part (as the technician took the part which was literally brand new) and for a refund of the maintenance contract I prepaid for. Frankly, I want nothing more to do with this company. I have sent a letter to them requesting a refund but they have not responded. I have also complained to the BBB. Be very leary of this company. (At last check, their website has been compromised).

I would never trust these guys again. They tell you one thing and do another. Plenty of other plumbers out there that are trust worthy.

Took over a week to get appointment. Shows up late without the parts. Says will be back in two days. They aren't back, so we call and now saying a week to schedule an appointment. When we question it the supervisor, Shawn, canceled the entire job. Avoid this company. It has a 1 Star everywhere. I would give it 0 stars if possible.
