He replaced my mom's leaky faucet. While doing so, he noticed that her drain was also clogged. He willing unclogged it. He saw the problem and quickly fixed it. In addition, his cleanliness is top notch.

Great job! A hose on my hot water heater blew and was spewing warm water all afternoon. Rich came out in the rain in the dark and replaced it quickly and easily for a good price. Good communication. Friendly and reliable.

I thought I had a major leak on the side of my house. I contacted Rich at I&R Plumbing. Rich responded extremely quickly and was able to set up an appointment late in the evening (7:30pm) after I came home from work. Rich arrived on time and immediately began to locate the problem. He explained everything he was doing as I was super curious. He was very knowledgeable and had all the necessary equipment. Luckily he was able to diagnose the problem and thankfully it wasn't major as I expected. He fixed the problem right away. I don't leave many reviews, but honestly he was amazing and I would highly recommend. I will definitely be using him for all my future plumbing needs.

This is not my first time working with I&R, and they don't disappoint. Our toilet was flooding on Thanksgiving day, I called I&R, and they came out right away! On a holiday no less!!!!! Richard came out right away, and the problem was fixed in no time! Richard is always kind, professional, and always has reasonable pricing. A few months back, I&R installed a new toilet for us as well as a new shower, and at that time, they also came out right away and had to work done quickly.
