Can't even fix a toilet. I don't recommend them for residential repairs. Had them out 3 times and over 1000.00 later still leaking. Rip off. Shouldn't cost that much to fix a toilet.

They did eventually give me a full refund. Which I appreciated very much.

Best plumbing experience I've had yet. I needed to get a faucet changed out outside. Rich from I&R Plumbing was the first to respond to me within 20min of leaving a message on a Saturday morning. He came over in 40min, and finished quickly and with great customer service. The price was also excellent almost $100 less than most places who did answer later in the day or next day. I paid $85 whereas many were charging $150-225, some of the larger companies wouldn't even give me a direct quote.

I regret doing a review prior to service. At the end i ended up reaching out to another plumber. This guy seemed so nice and polite. He asked me to do a review when he initially checked my plumbing issue, so i didnt think much of it and did it.
(RICH- COMPANY OWNER).He sent out two adjusters to supposedly help me get insurance to pay for water damages from what he had told me, it was a slab leak. He kept telling me for almost two weeks in between that ""his adjusters"" would check and send a report of findings so i can open a claim with my home insurance. Once his ""two adjusters""came over to check and told me not worth opening a claim, i called and sent him a few text because i still wanted to do job. He said he would call me and up to now never got call. Clear as water he wanted to scam me and insurance. I should have paid attention to red flags after a few attempts just with getting reports.

I ended up hiring someone that was highly recommended and did excellent quality work.

Please be cautious with this guy and company! I didnt do zero stars because it wont let me.

I have to say I was very much impressed with Rich the owner of I & R Plumbing, he came within the allotted time slot, he explained everything that he was doing in detail, he explained the equipment that he used to find the links, he gave us three options on how he would fix the problem and he gave us reasonable prices with regards to each option that he was giving us.

With I & R Plumbing you couldn't ask for a more professional, nice and respectful person to do a job for you and this was just for a free estimate.

We have one more estimate to get before a final decision is made, but things are looking quite well for I & R Plumbing.

I just recently moved and my hot water heater stopped working and I was ssssooo upset because that should've been caught when the inspection was done. I had the pleasure of getting Rich as my plumber. He was so sweet and hands on! He was very knowledgeable in what he was saying. It happened on a Sunday so I was in a pinch because I had work the next morning. I had filed a claim with my so called company for the warranty and they gave me the around. Rich came on Sunday and was ready and willing to do the work but I was trying to see if the warranty was going to help. They didn't and I called Rich Monday morning and he came right out and helped me with everything. I got a tankless heater and it looks amazing. He was very throughly in everything he was talking about. The value and work ethic Rich and his crew had was impeccable and I would definitely refer this company to anyone that needs a plumber. They go above and beyond for their clients. Thank you all for everything!!
