I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone the second that they do any bad work they'll blame it on the fact that we have American home shield
I really don't think your technician turning on the water while the bathtub spout isn't on and soaking my bathroom has any relation to starting service through American home shield!
Brandon( the owner) is a real scary guy mentioning to me that he's the one that has my address so now I have to keep my eyes for a thug(plumber)
They also have their business name identical to another company out in cave creek just to leach off their business!
Their BBB is less than two star and his other company Athena plumbing is lower!
Save yourself the grief and pay the service fee for another plumber.

horrible experience they accidently soaked my bathroom by returning on water to home without securing the bath tub spout.
when I called i spoke to Brandon who is the owner he wasn't haven't it.
I REFUSE TO PAY 125 DOLLARS FOR NOTHING TO BE FIXED AND SOAKED BATHROOM.
HE THREATENED ME WITH THE FACT HE HAS MY ADDRESS.

I had a leak in my ceiling and called my warranty co AHS and they sent IPLUMB LLC AZ out to check on the leak. IPLUMB sent out the company Enviro Clean to cut a hole in the ceiling to find the leak. IPLUMB sent this company out, I did not request Enviro Clean to come out and do this work or any work in my home. I received an invoice from Enviro Clean for $600 for cutting a 5 by 2 hole in my ceiling (that I now have to pay for it to be repaired also). IPLUMB would not have been able to locate the leak without cutting the hole in the ceiling, and why it is not covered by my warranty co is beyond me. I have called AHS and they tell me that I need to have IPLUMB or Enviro Clean call them, but IPLUMB says that they do not cover dry wall and enviro clean says that I signed a contract stating that I would pay for the drywall renovation. I signed the contract thinking that American Home shield would be covering the repair since it was their contractors that they sent out. So that is quite the scam they have going on, along with lack of communication and transparency they have regarding their work and contracts to scam people out of money. I would beware of all three of these company's doing any work in the future as my unfavorable review is not the only one posted. The contractor sent out by Enviro Clean also told me that they could repair the dry wall hole, but people usually have a separate contractor come out and do the repair work because Enviro Clean bids them high to make the work profitable. Great thing to tell a customer first of all but second really! From what I am getting from Environ Clean all their work is out of pocket for the customer as they tell me that water damage is not covered by home warranty companies.
UPDATE American Home Shield has informed me that IPLUMB LLC AZ or Enviro Clean never called my warranty company to get authorization to do this work and that is why the $600 hole in my ceiling is not being covered and I owe out of pocket. Enviro Clean did not have a problem taking my $600 with no concerns for the company's dishonest practices, not even an apology for not contacting or letting me know that they would not be contacting my warranty company. Shame on IPLUMB LLC AZ for sending out a company to do work in my home without authorization from my warranty co considering my warranty company sent them out. Just beware before you hire either of these companies to do any work for you.

I do not recommend this company. I'm a builder myself first it's very small company second the owner has attitude and it has to be his way. Not your way as a customer . third they have no idea about Eco flush system. They don't pay attention if the flash handle it's to the left or to the right they don't care you must accept it as a customer. Called them after they try to fix my toilet and it was wobbling. The owner said it's normal, where do you see wobbling tank it's OK or normal, they'll tell you they show up at 9 o'clock. Good luck with that they'll give you second appointment to show up They don't . They wont call to say sorry we could not make it . every time you speak to the owner looks like he is your boss, he tell you it's fine and you have to accept it. If you try to explain, he will hang up on you. I don't recommend this company and if you're going through American shield, they assign it to you remember this name and just reject it because otherwise you will go through what I went through it's been over, 2 weeks just for eco flush bladder tank and still is not done yet. You ask the owner, the owner, that the Eco bladder has no pressure control valve that I can control the PCI pressure and his respond was oh it's normal . I wish if I can give them ( negative ) 5 stars I do not recommend this company at all . as a builder that I know and my experience with homes. Do not get this company to fix anything in your house. And good luck if you do.

This company and their ""policies"" are an absolute scam. They tried to charge close to $2800 to run a new water line to my refrigerator. They were selected by my home warranty company, so I didn't have a choice. They refused to submit reports in a timely manner and were completely disrespectful when I asked for a detailed estimate. I had the job completed by a more competent plumber for a fraction of the cost.

Wish I could give them negative 5 stars. Why even be in business if your people are this bad at plumbing. Just go be a Walmart bagger at this point, unsafe.

It's really a shame that this won't allow for a zero star. They came into my home, flooded my living room, made repairs to something that needed to be replaced and then proceeded to charge me for the damage their moronic plumber did.
I'm now paying a real plumber $5,000 to replace the entire water line in my home...
What was Renee's response?!
""Take me to court...""
What a piece of trash
Hey Renee, AHS is appalled by your ratings...how many people typed ""AHS sent them, they are a scam...""
It's clear what you are, a scammer, and AHS has this information now.

My home warranty company sent out Iplumb to replace my garbage disposal. Iplumb sent out Cameron the next day and Cameron replaced the disposal in 15 minutes. Cameron was professional, polite, cordial and extremely nice. The quality and service was top notch.

***SCAM ALERT *** AHS sent our Sebastian to fix 2 leaks. #1 Bathroom Master He said it was in the wall and I needed to contact his Restoration guy to get access. His restoration guy came out and . He used a moisture meter app on his phone. He said the leak was from the pipe in the bathroom, and was in the wall at the door, but it would be $4k to open it. I said hold on literally took the hammer and hit the wall and exposed the pipes in 30 seconds. Looked him dead in the eye and said did you not see the 20 x 9 trailer in the driveway that said contractor? Turns out the leak was from the faucet. I plumb guy didn't care to fix it he just wanted the restoration guy to get the job. I would bet they are ion cahoots.
Leak #2 heard something coming from the kitchen wall. Couldn't find any moisture. Sebastian told us it was a slab leak and we need restoration work and his guy can expose it bla bla bla. My guy came over the hose bib on the other side of the wall outside was not shutting all the way. Multiple Service fees for some guy to not fix what was fixable. Only to come and tell me we have to go through a restoration company first. This is a SCAM. ****SCAM ALERT*** I did call Sebastian on it when he was there and he tried to puff up on me, and get aggressive. I not so politely let him know he was a piece of shit and a scammer, and let him know if he didn't get out of my house I would remove him.

Our home warranty assigned this company to come out and assess our sump pump issue, they came out and was here less than 20min and informed us we had a bad pump that needed to be replaced and they would inform our home warranty so that they could order a new pump and come back to install it.....we never heard back from iPlumb! In fact after contacting the home warranty we found out that they informed that that our sump pump was bad due to NOT being normal wear and tear which allowed the home warranty to not approve our pump replacement and therefore requiring us to come out of pocket for $2500 for a new pump!! This is bad business strategy at its best!!! We will be contacting the ROC regarding this practice and any other complaint we can file along with it!!! We in turn asked our home warranty for a 2nd opinion by another company....they came out and after over an hour of doing their due diligence submitted their findings to the home warranty company and we were immediately approved for a pump replacement DUE TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR!! Stay away from this company!!!
