They have taken care of a sewer problem that could've cost 3 to 4 times more to fix if they didn't resolve it. Our sewer line that goes to the street was about to collapse, they hard lined it (basically angioplasty and relining) from our house to the street. They have all their own equipment as well. If you have ever dealt with fly-bys, which either rent or borrow, you know that is already a bad option to start.

These guys do amazing work, really. High quality, super reliable and I believe they do honest* work. I've had a sump pump replaced plus some work on a thermostat and a furnace.

Here's the thing, they are ridiculously expensive. For the first few jobs I never really got any additional quotes because I was in semi emergency situations but when I was in a position to get a quote, they were hands down the most expensive. Every. Single. Time.

I believe you get what you pay for, but these guys are crazy expensive. They have a nice office, nice trucks, good quoting systems/ERP, and good support...so of course all that costs money.

The truth is you can get the same or better quality of work if you're willing to do your research, but this is a quality company...just really expensive.

INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED & HEART-BROKEN.

1. Covid safety protocols not followed.
2. Hardwood floors greatly damaged.
3. Company took no ownership of the problem.

Rep came in for a consult, wearing a thin buff that kept falling off of his face. One time during the consult he blatantly pulled down the buff to make the point ""Do not buy a touch-free faucet, look at me, do not buy a touch free faucet."" I did not feel safe with them in my home.

After inspecting the floors there were gouges in our hardwood floors. We take pristine care of our floors. And inspect after every outside vendor is in.

The rep did find the issue with our leak. And the initial customer service was good, and it sounded like the company was going to help find a way to solve our issue with the floors being damaged.

Upon talking to a manager, they took no responsibility for the issue, and their response was that they'd tell the team and they would be a stronger company for it. I paid over $4,000 for my new floors. And now they are a mess in the kitchen.

I am INCREDIBLY disappointed in how the situation was handled. At the end of the call to talk about the issues above, the manager simply said ""Well we can agree to disagree."" Completely unacceptable.

Needed immediate service.......reached out and they sent out their technicians very quickly. The whole team was extremely professional/detail oriented. Communication in all aspects was better than any company I have dealt with. I have worked with this company before and can't say enough good things! Intelligent Services to the rescue again!

I've had a handful of jobs done by them, and I think they do a great job. Joe as well as others have been knowledgeable and helpful while coming up with creative solutions. The folks that take calls and schedule are usually polite and helpful. Also, the pricing seems reasonable based on other companies I have worked with.

Matt was sent out to my house within an couple hours of me calling to clear a backed up window well drain during a two day rain storm the week of 4/27/20. I was using my wet vac every twenty minutes to keep my window well from over flowing so time was of the essence and Intelligent Service came through, cleared my drain and saved my basement from flooding.Thank you!!

I waited to write this review so I'd have a clearer picture...

Last summer this company buried a sump discharge line from the rear of my house, out to the storm sewer in front. The final work has been fine, but I want to point out something that will lead me into part two of this review. They struggled to keep each appointment to get here to start and complete the work. I was even given the old and tired ""The truck won't start"" routine. Please. As I said, they got the job done, but it was a nail-biter all the way.

Part two, the interior discharge lines. The specific plumber who did the work seemed to know what he was doing, but also was obviously under extreme pressure from the office/scheduling/dispatch to get done with my job and off to somewhere else. The result has manifested itslef over time in the form of leaks and crooked plumbing that needed to be corrected by another plumber just recently. A plumber that did a great job, AND wasn't rushing to leave.

I would look elsewhere.

My sump pump and backup sump pump both failed on a Sunday night close to midnight and I'm extremely grateful Intelligent Service was there for my family to service it.

Dispatch answered my call and they had a plumber out within the hour.

Mark arrived at 12:30AM and worked thru 4am to help replace the sump pump and clean up the water that started to flood my basement.

Mark was incredibly professional and took care of us.
