We started our operations in 2018 and were officially established in 2019.
English Madden, who grew up in Birmingham, AL, was surrounded by plumbing expertise. Hailing from a family of 14, with 11 brothers and 3 sisters, he received training from his father and brother Jason. Following six years of mentorship, English advanced to lead technician at a mechanical firm in Birmingham. He worked on significant projects, including those for the University of Alabama, Children's Hospital, and Regions Park.

Later, he joined his brother Dustin's company, managing the entire service department. Dustin taught English that ""This work is more than a job; it's about fostering relationships with clients""

At the close of 2018, English and his 10-year-old son made the move to Huntsville, he recognized that Rocket City was the perfect environment for their development.
