We began our journey in 2018 and became established in 2019.
English Madden, who grew up in Birmingham, AL, was surrounded by plumbing expertise. With a family of 14 children, including 11 boys and 3 girls, all from the same parents, he received training from his father and brother Jason. Following six years of mentorship, English advanced to lead technician at a mechanical firm in Birmingham. He contributed to large-scale projects such as those for the University of Alabama, Children's Hospital, and Regions Park.

He then took a position at his brother Dustin's company, where he managed the service department. Dustin instilled in English the belief that ""It's not just a job; it's about building relationships with customers""

At the close of 2018, English and his 10-year-old son made the move to Huntsville, he decided that Rocket City was the ideal place for their growth.
