Integrity Home Solutions
Company Overview
Integrity Home Solutions specializes in cooling, heating, plumbing, and electrical services. Our team offers efficient and reliable assistance with your home maintenance requirements. Our company operates on three core principles: delivering exceptional quality in all services and products; creating genuine and direct connections with our clients; and ensuring excellent service for the life of our offerings. Additionally, we offer a range of financing solutions along with discounts for first responders and veterans.
Our leadership team shares a common philosophy on business ethics, and the foundation of this vision is focused on the way we serve our clients.
In our experience, we have noticed numerous service providers function without strong ethical standards. Real change occurs when we stop talking and start acting. When we decided to create our own firm, we set out to realize our vision—something that we can all be proud of.
Armed with our expertise and dedication, we strive to exceed your expectations, and we are eager to display our expertise within your space!
I am a fortunate husband to a wife who is as beautiful inside as she is outside. As a proud dad of four, each child brings their own special strengths and characteristics, I feel more pride every day.
After spending years in this sector, I’ve had the chance to learn about the HVAC market in the Tampa Bay area and have honed in on what clients seek. When we established this company, the name we chose was clear. Integrity embodies what customers are looking for. Values such as honesty, decency, and trustworthiness—these are all aspects of having integrity.
My upbringing instilled in me the importance of the golden rule. To me, empathy and integrity are as vital as the air I breathe. I see these values reflected in my children as they mature.
Myself, along with the other two owners (Brett B and Danny M) and our entire Integrity Home Solutions family eagerly anticipate sharing comfort and our principles with many clients, both new and returning!

I would not recommend Integrity AC. Their name itself is ironic and a lie. These are sales people that trickle feed you information. I ended up choosing this company for the name and they under quoted a big box company, so I thought I made a good choice. I asked in depth to make sure the unit that I bought was ample for my house. We spent over $9000 replacing the unit. Then a year later they come and tell me all my ductwork is terrible. So another $2000 later, I ask are we good to go now and they said you should have the best of the best. Then a year later the fan goes out, i'm told the reason why is because a storm must've fried the fan and I ask why I was never told about this living in Florida and they just shrugged and took 900 more dollars from me for the labor. And with her most recent visit the technician says that my intake isn't big enough and that's why the fan blew up. Why was I not told about any of this at the first initial consultation. These people are one step away form car salesman and the only reason I don't give them one star is the fair fact that they do consistently remind me of complementary maintenance with the unit and they technically did fix the AC every time they came out.

Pascal did a good job replacing the drain BUT I was grossly overcharged by $250 for the part. A popup assembly at home Depot is at the most $30! I contacted the company and they ignored me. I would not recommend this company unless you purchase your own parts. Even still I would not do business with this company EVER AGAIN! UPDATE: The company finally reached out and we came to an agreement of a partial refund.

Poor communication. Had to re-schedule 5 times, one day I waited from 8;00 AM to 7;30 PM in vain. No one ever showed.Everybody was """"real sorry"""" but I wasted that whole day. The tech that did finally arrive was an excellent electrician, but spent way too much time trying to sell me a """"warranty"""" for 20.00/mo that would get me 10% Off the next service. I did NOT want it. If you're in Tampa or Brandon they may do better, but if youre in Pinellas Co. forget it. I believe they mean well, but the road to H--l is paved with good intentions. After reading the comments I'm glad I'll never use them again

Had brand new units installed spent over $12,000 purchase the extended parts and labor warranty for up to 10 years. One and a half years into owning the new units charged a $90 service fee just to come out and see what is wrong, of course never mentioned at the time of purchasing extended warranties.. i've had to have them serviced twice already company does not seem to care about the product that they sell you.. choose a different company!

Get a second opinion. Had leak in disposal near sink. Was told that the whole disposal was cracked and that for their """"premium"""" service would cost over 1k. Cheapest service was quoted around $500. Had another plumber come out who noticed the support ring was loose and that the plumbers putty had broken down. Replaced the putty and retightened the support riring. No more leak. Cost was 1hr of work. $139.

I had to get a new filter installed for a water filtration system. The person who replaced the filter had to turn off the water to replace the filter and he turned it back on once done. It wasn't until after he left that I noticed the water pressure on all the faucets and showers were weaker. I figured all the pipes needed time to get the water pressure back to where it was but after 3 days that was not the case. I contacted Integrity Home Solutions and the dispatcher sent someone over within a few hours which was great. The person who showed up was not the same person that previously worked on the filtration system. This guy said there was a crack on a valve and asked me if I had tampered with the system. I told him I never touched it even from the day it was installed years ago because I have no idea what to do with these type of gadgets. The service guy asked me again multiple times if I had tampered with the valves. He also claimed that the valves under the kitchen sink were not fully turned on which was a load of crap because I had not touched those valves in years. While he continued to take his notes and take photos of the cracked valve on the filtration system, I checked the water pressure in my shower and it was still barely trickling. I came back to the kitchen and saw that the water pressure to the sink was back to normal. I then ran back upstairs to test the shower again and that too had its normal water pressure back. What upset me was how the service guy insinuated that I had tampered with the filtration system thus cracked the valve which he claims is the reason for the reduced water pressure. He also said it was because the valves under the sink were not fully turned on. If that is the case, how did the water pressure in the showers and other sinks return to normal? None of his reasoning made any sense and to me it was his way of denying liability by indirectly claiming I had broken the system. I will NEVER use this company again.

I wish I could give ZERO stars for this joke of an AC company....working with them has been a nightmare..... FIRST - when they installed our new AC they took a chunk out of our drywall and never mentioned anything about it until we complained (it was huge hole and extremely obvious.) SECOND - The unit was making a horrible smell so we called to have them come take a look. They didn't know what the smell was, but the technician informed me that whoever installed the unit put in the wrong size filter (it was comically smaller than it should have been!) Called the office, they said they would order filters.....2 months go by and NOTHING. I called every week after that for at least 2 more months....to date I still do not have my filters. THIRD - When they installed our new AC unit , we were told that it included a de-humidifier which we wanted. Everything seemed fine for a while...but then we called to have someone look at the unit yet again b/c it wasn't functioning properly, the humidity level was not changing no matter what setting we put it on. Turns out, the owner who sold this to us lied , THERE WAS NO DE-HUMIDIFIER IN OUR UNIT, they went as far as to literally install a wall control unit with a humidifier setting to make it look like it was functional. And now for FOURTH - we had someone come yesterday just for routine maintenance, only to now tell us that when our AC unit was installed they put in too large of a housing on the top part (I can't remember the actual name of the part) so now the unit is collecting condensation and will probably be ruined in the next 5 years if we don't replace it. To top that all off, they expect us to pay the $1,500 to fix it! Are you kidding me!!! Now I have to pay a separate company to come look at the AC unit and tell me if ANY of the crap they have actually done/ told me is correct because I do not trust them AT ALL. If you are thinking about using this company....DON'T! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

I do not recommend that you use this company. The service man immediately tried selling us a brand new unit then ended up telling us that our wiring had been sabotaged which wasn't even possible. The reason we called was because we only had heat and no air conditioning. Instead of rewiring it correctly he just bypassed it so that we would have air but we had no heat then and the job still was not completed. They charged us over $800.we then had to call another air conditioning company to come in and rewire everything and get our heat and air conditioning working back to normal and they only charge just $255. The the first service man obviously had no idea what he was doing.

An update from previous post. Company did try to make things work after first time looking at my heater and provided solutions.

Dispatch gives the run around with time & never schedules correctly. Need better plumbing supervisors that know the correct situations.
