Company Overview

Integrity Home Solutions focuses on all aspects of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. We deliver fast, cost-effective, and professional assistance with your home maintenance requirements. Integrity Home Solutions functions on three guiding principles: maintaining high standards in every job and product; fostering transparent and professional relationships with our customers; and providing outstanding service throughout the lifespan of our products. We also provide multiple financing plans along with discounts for first responders and veterans.

We, as owners, uphold a unified vision for how business should be conducted, and the core of this belief is focused on the customer experience.

Throughout the years, we’ve seen numerous service providers function with little to no integrity. Real change occurs when we move from words to deeds. When we decided to create our own firm, we wanted to bring our vision to life—something that our families and yours can take pride in.

Armed with our expertise and dedication, we are determined to go beyond what you expect, and we look forward to showcasing our skills in your home!

I am a fortunate husband to a wife who is as beautiful inside as she is outside. I am a grateful father of four kids, each with distinct talents and traits, I find myself beaming with pride daily.

After spending years in this sector, I’ve studied the HVAC landscape in the Tampa Bay region and have honed in on what clients seek. When we established this company, the name we chose was clear. Integrity reflects the values our customers seek. Honesty, decency, fairness, virtue, truthfulness, sincerity, and trustworthiness—these are all aspects of having integrity.

I grew up believing in the golden rule. To me, empathy and integrity are as vital as the air I breathe. I see these values reflected in my children as they mature.

Myself, along with the other two owners (Brett B and Danny M) and our entire Integrity Home Solutions family eagerly anticipate sharing comfort and our principles with many clients, both new and returning!

I connected with Integrity Home Solutions through Thumbtack and received exceptional service from them. Their representatives were very responsive when I called and the company even sent a text that was inclusive of the technician's bio and ETA. The technician knew exactly what was needed to wire our thermostat (that did not have a C wire). Everyone I worked with was professional, courteous and most helpful in completing the work that I requested. The service cost was very reasonable as well. I will be calling Integrity now for any future services we need.

Tried to give them an opportunity to fix the issue again as it's still broken. Again they won't stand behind their work. Stay away from this company.

CALL SOMEONE ELSE! I moved here almost five years ago. I bought an old house in Tampa knowing it would need a great deal of work. It was built in the 1940s and had additions from a few different decades. An old Army buddy had recommended INTEGRITY because he had a friend he trusted working for them at the time. I've used them numerous times over the years. After a few service calls for the ancient A/C unit in the attic, I was getting frustrated. The drain line would clog up almost every month and the unit had a slow leak somewhere. The Tech from Integrity kept charging the system with coolant again and charging me every time of course. I began to think that I didn't really have much choice and would have to just bite the bullet and get a new unit, which they jumped at and were sure to squeeze me for as much as they could. The new unit does work better than the old one, but the drain line still clogs constantly. When I brought this up with them, somehow it's MY fault and if only I would buy a priority membership (or whatever they call it) I wouldn't have the problem. I've since learned that they screwed up when putting in the new drain line... I used them for a plumbing issue. Remember it is an old house, a mix of old cast iron piping, copper, and the newer portions in PVC. I'm sure it isn't the easiest set up to work on, but that was why I was calling professionals right? The sewage line had clogged and the whole house was backing up. The smell was bad but I was more worried about the kids being able to shower and the ability to prepare food etc. Their guy showed up and spent about 5 hours with his camera ramming it through pipes trying to use the camera line to unclog everything. Over and over he kept telling me that there were tree and plant roots growing into the pipes and that I HAD to get the system jetted out. Jetting out of the pipes would require them to dig up the sewer line, cut it open, and run their pressure washer line through all the pipes. This got expensive pretty quick but they made it seem that I didn't really have an alternative. The procedure did unclog the lines... ...for a few days. The next time ( three days later I believe) they ended up sending another guy out and he unclogged it in about an hour this time. He used a snake and ran it through the lines quite easily. I spoke with him for a time about the house's plumbing and what the other plumber had told me. You see, the house is a raised one. The pipes are above ground until they almost completely exit the house. I crawled under the house to check it out myself. There is not a single tree root or plant growing anywhere near these pipes. I called them again one last time because my water heater was having issues and I was lacking in time, and I now had their phone number saved and even on my fridge. Their latest service guy showed up and I took him straight to the water heater. I told him everything that I had told their receptionist on the phone. The water heater was old and I wasn't expecting the world from these guys but I was expecting a bit more than what they did. There were two of them but the only thing they did was to take a picture of the water heater and then charge me a service visit fee. They inspected nothing, fixed nothing, and just repeated back to me what I had already told them... ...and I owed THEM money for this! The next day I took off work, went through the water heater myself and fixed it for about thirty bucks in parts, cheaper than their service call fee. Long story short, this company is NOT going to fix your issues, but they will take your money. CALL SOMEONE ELSE!

We had IH come out to do a yearly maintenance. After paying for Groupon for the maintenance. Tech came out did the maintenance and charged additional for leak detection no repairs done. But Didn't tell us before charging for a service we didn't ask for him to perform. We mentioned we had no heat. He took 5 min and said the heat for EMERGENCY heat was burnt out and we needed to have thermostat wired for heat bcuz we had now wire est. 1200-1500.00. Had another co out and detected no leak in the lines and wasn't sure if wiring didn't have time to check. My hubby was preoccupied on phone and tech handed him a bill w/out asking if we wanted leak detection. Just did it and handed my husband a bill said he can come back for that price to wire it. Had another co out today, no leak and no new wires needed to be wired. All wires were there just needed a simple connection to the thermostat that wasn't connected. Goes to show who wants to get paid, who wants in and out and who is just simply reputable! Creamer AC was great!

Landlord hired these folks to change out our electrical box. After needing to reschedule the day arrives for the worker to show up (and he did) just to tell us he is sick but working anyways. (Awesome Company) I will attach pictures so you can see what 5 hours of work to replace an electrical box looks like. Do yourself a favor and delete this company from your thoughts and phones. Save yourself a headache, hassle and having to redo all the shotty work. Absolute embarrassment, if I were the owner of this company I would fire this employee immediately but by the looks of the reviews the purposely hire terrible employees. Be better, be much better or just quit and stop ripping people off. The first pic is self explanatory, the second pic is taken of the wall in the other room where the employee put holes all the way thru the wall into the other side leaving my wife to repair the holes. Unbelievably terrible company, I mean awful!!! Have I mentioned how worthless these people are? Use ANYONE else.

Scheduled to have AC repair diagnostic. I scheduled the appt online under the 49.99 coupon and they still tried to charge 89. Had to show them a picture from their website to get the discount. I thought the appt was for them to tell me what is wrong with my AC and how much it would cost to fix it. They wanted me to start with cleaning out the door condenser for $275. That was the only solution was to start there and see how that works. Sorry that is not what I was expecting. Now I have to call someone else to come out, big waste of time.

I would not recommend Integrity AC. Their name itself is ironic and a lie. These are sales people that trickle feed you information. I ended up choosing this company for the name and they under quoted a big box company, so I thought I made a good choice. I asked in depth to make sure the unit that I bought was ample for my house. We spent over $9000 replacing the unit. Then a year later they come and tell me all my ductwork is terrible. So another $2000 later, I ask are we good to go now and they said you should have the best of the best. Then a year later the fan goes out, i'm told the reason why is because a storm must've fried the fan and I ask why I was never told about this living in Florida and they just shrugged and took 900 more dollars from me for the labor. And with her most recent visit the technician says that my intake isn't big enough and that's why the fan blew up. Why was I not told about any of this at the first initial consultation. These people are one step away form car salesman and the only reason I don't give them one star is the fair fact that they do consistently remind me of complementary maintenance with the unit and they technically did fix the AC every time they came out.

Pascal did a good job replacing the drain BUT I was grossly overcharged by $250 for the part. A popup assembly at home Depot is at the most $30! I contacted the company and they ignored me. I would not recommend this company unless you purchase your own parts. Even still I would not do business with this company EVER AGAIN! UPDATE: The company finally reached out and we came to an agreement of a partial refund.

Poor communication. Had to re-schedule 5 times, one day I waited from 8;00 AM to 7;30 PM in vain. No one ever showed.Everybody was """"real sorry"""" but I wasted that whole day. The tech that did finally arrive was an excellent electrician, but spent way too much time trying to sell me a """"warranty"""" for 20.00/mo that would get me 10% Off the next service. I did NOT want it. If you're in Tampa or Brandon they may do better, but if youre in Pinellas Co. forget it. I believe they mean well, but the road to H--l is paved with good intentions. After reading the comments I'm glad I'll never use them again
