Integrity Home Solutions functions on three guiding principles: maintaining high standards in every job and product; fostering transparent and professional relationships with our customers; and offering superior support for the duration of our products. Additionally, we offer multiple financing plans as well as discounts for first responders and veterans.

Over the years, we have observed numerous service providers function without strong ethical standards. Transformation takes place when we move from words to deeds. When we had the chance to start our own business, we wanted to bring our vision to life—something that we can all be proud of.

I am a fortunate husband to a wife who is as beautiful inside as she is outside. I am a grateful father of four kids, each with distinct talents and traits, I feel more pride every day.
After spending years in this sector, I’ve had the chance to learn about the HVAC market in the Tampa Bay area and have focused on what customers want. The name we selected for our company was evident from the start. Integrity reflects the values our customers seek. Honesty, decency, fairness, virtue, truthfulness, sincerity, and trustworthiness—these qualities define integrity.
My upbringing instilled in me the importance of the golden rule. To me, empathy and integrity are as vital as the air I breathe. These virtues are evident in my children as they grow.

To expensive. Had water heater replaced and it's not hot enough to take a shower. Now I have to wait until Tuesday to get hot water

The only A/C Company I will use from here on out. Customer Service is great. Had a pipe leak and one of the service technicians Jason Thompson came out and solved the problem within 30 minutes of my initial call. He was polite, respectful and knowledgeable. I will recommend him to everyone that needs an Air conditioning issue solved! Thanks again Jason!

BEWARE! The $49.00 Service Charge claim- Integrity was able to come to my home within 1 day of calling them, a plus. My 2 y o HVAC fan would not run. Tech quickly found the issue was a blown 5 Amp fuse, he replaced it with a 3 Amp fuse even though he had a 5 amp fuse in the van but it was his last one so he did not want to use it and then charged me $257.00 """"MINIMUM"""" charge for the repair and call stating they waived the $49.00 fee and told us we were paying for the techs yrs of experience to diagnose the issue. They get your signature that says """" No Refunds"""" Tech took a call from his company while in my presence and asked """"are we charging the customer for that? He paused and then replied """"SWEET!"""" I called the company to confirm the minimum charge and they did confirm. I am grateful to have AC and like to pay my way so I paid the fee but trust for this company is completely broken. Best Home Services installed the unit but they merged recently with Integrity unfortunately. This repair leaves me feeling like I will need to monitor my payment method for some time Robbie B

Do not use this company. I am under contract to sell my home. My HVAC system is two years old. The buyers want to assume my VA loan. VA requires that the unit be checked for possible fire hazards. I called the company that installed it but they were bought out and all their stuff now goes through this place. They sent someone out who looked about thirty. He said he had seen MANY houses burn to the ground with my Trane system. He could fix me up for $2000. I didn't get to 75 years old by being stupid. I called another company. There was nothing wrong with the HVAC. Total cost was $79. Caveat Emptor on this outfit.

Buyer beware!! Buyer wanted a video check of the sewer line to make sure there was no debris or blockage in the line. Video shows line is newer PVC with no blockages. But wait, there are some places in the sewer line that has a little standing water. That must not be the right pitch, you need a new sewer line. They send me 3 estimates. 1 for just the sewer line, 1 for the sewer line and a new water softener and 1 for the sewer line and a nicer water softener. The current water softener is less than a year old. I've lived there 7 or 8 years with absolutely no sewer/drain issues. All 3 estimates say they're going to hand dig a 20 foot trench 5 foot deep to replace the sewer line and if they use an excavator it will be an additional cost. I may be wrong but I'm not seeing a plumber dig a 20 foot trench 5 foot deep by hand. And why would someone do that. And why would a company include a water softener in their estimate when all that was asked for was scoping the sewer line. I'm not seeing any Integrity here.

Get a second opinion. Had leak in disposal near sink. Was told that the whole disposal was cracked and that for their """"premium"""" service would cost over 1k. Cheapest service was quoted around $500. Had another plumber come out who noticed the support ring was loose and that the plumbers putty had broken down. Replaced the putty and retightened the support riring. No more leak. Cost was 1hr of work. $139.

Sergio and Mykel were amazing. They were extremely professional and communicative during my new AC install. HOWEVER, as a company, I do not recommend working with them. After they get your money, they do not represent with """"Integrity"""". I have had several appointments, they have had to reschedule on their end. The most recent event is they were sending out a Manager because there is not """"enough return"""" in my home to support the AC unit THEY installed. He was a no show and no call. My appointment was between 2pm-4pm and I waited until 6pm. Extremely inappropriate, unprofessional and disappointing. I will not do any business with this company at all for any needs.

Jason (technician) was extremely rude and would not tell me what was wrong with my unit. They would not fix the problem with my unit. Made me pay $45. Left my apartment without fixing or doing anything at all. Did not even bring tools into my apartment. Only an iPad to take pictures of my unit and so I could pay.

I replaced my a/c in back in August. After the installation was completedI was informed that parts of the unit would not be covered by the warranty (which was a selling point) because of its location in the home. Obviously it's too late at that point. I have called several times about the county inspection but one has yet to be scheduled. There correspondence must be going to the wrong email, which I have updated at least 3 times.

He broke our faucet on the outer wall of the house. Repaired for free"""". When I confronted him that the pipe is sticking way to much out of the wall and wiggling, he got on his phone with somebody and started laughing about my complains. Also! He said water pressure is too high in our water pipes. It's 80. He said we need extention, no lower pressure. Cost 1500$. We called water plant, its normal! How people can be so dishonest? Sloppy job, skinny pipe which will break right away!
