BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS. GO ELSEWHERE! They have tried to take advantage of us twice now. First with a water heater replacement quote last year that was $4000 over the competition's quotes. Then yesterday, we were having clicking in our HVAC unit, they came out, told us we needed an entire new unit (ours is 6 years old, top of the line) for $21000. Got two other opinions and it was a $165 fix for the zone board with NOTHING wrong with our HVAC unit. Look elsewhere for HVAC help. I wish I could select 0 stars!

Do not use this company not a good company doesn't finish getting permits complete. Doesn't stand behind technicians words adds their own words never come to home to see what techs have said only what they see on a picture. Very rude managers calls and cancel inspections from building dept. Don't waste your money using them. you say waiting on noc from guiding dept called talked to dept manager you havw done nothing dept has sent you 3 leyyerts you refuse to respond you afraid work won't pass inspection. I went into military to keep country free and keep right of speech intact so getting me to delete reviews won't happen guess need to file with BBB.

Integrity Home Solutions provided one of the worst service experiences we have ever had. My mom hired them to install a home generator, and they charged over $25,000 for a unit that costs around $7,000, not including the gas line installation, which she had to pay for separately. From the start, it was a nightmare. The technician initially wired the unit incorrectly, causing even more delays. After that was corrected, the problems just kept coming. Then, there was a faulty part that needed replacement. They fixed that, only for another part to fail shortly after. When Hurricane Milton hit, at my moms house where we all gathered for safety and security of the generator, it only worked for a few hours before failing again--this time, because of yet another defective part. Despite these ongoing issues, Integrity Home Solutions continued to charge her for each repair without taking any responsibility for installing a faulty product. She since requested a replacement generator, as it's clear this one is a lemon, but they have refused. To make matters worse, she purchased this generator back in May, and as of today, it's still not fully functional. On top of everything, they've left an open permit on her property, which is causing additional problems, and they refuse to resolve it. I would never recommend this company. They overcharge for defective products, provide unreliable service, and completely fail to support their customers. If you're considering hiring Integrity Home Solutions, save yourself the stress and find someone else.

Scheduled to have AC repair diagnostic. I scheduled the appt online under the 49.99 coupon and they still tried to charge 89. Had to show them a picture from their website to get the discount. I thought the appt was for them to tell me what is wrong with my AC and how much it would cost to fix it. They wanted me to start with cleaning out the door condenser for $275. That was the only solution was to start there and see how that works. Sorry that is not what I was expecting. Now I have to call someone else to come out, big waste of time.

If you used this company after reading their reviews, I don't know what to say. Since I wrote my review they continue to score low. So the managers request to be contacted to address the problems is obviously for show.

BEWARE! The $49.00 Service Charge claim- Integrity was able to come to my home within 1 day of calling them, a plus. My 2 y o HVAC fan would not run. Tech quickly found the issue was a blown 5 Amp fuse, he replaced it with a 3 Amp fuse even though he had a 5 amp fuse in the van but it was his last one so he did not want to use it and then charged me $257.00 """"MINIMUM"""" charge for the repair and call stating they waived the $49.00 fee and told us we were paying for the techs yrs of experience to diagnose the issue. They get your signature that says """" No Refunds"""" Tech took a call from his company while in my presence and asked """"are we charging the customer for that? He paused and then replied """"SWEET!"""" I called the company to confirm the minimum charge and they did confirm. I am grateful to have AC and like to pay my way so I paid the fee but trust for this company is completely broken. Best Home Services installed the unit but they merged recently with Integrity unfortunately. This repair leaves me feeling like I will need to monitor my payment method for some time Robbie B

I was very impressed with Integrity Heating and Cooling from booking an appointment to having my new unit installed. The girls in the office were very kind and had a tech come out to inspect my unit. He was very knowledgeable and I ended up having it replaced the following day. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Despite the terrible reviews, we were very satisfied with the a/c repairs done by Travis Armstrong from Integrity Home Solutions. We needed someone to unclog the drainpipe in the unit and he arrived within the window of time we were given, immediately saw the problem, cleaned out the drain and explained all he was doing. The charge of $309 seemed a little high, but since we received same day service, I imagine this is not unusual. Thanks Travis!

I used this company for a sewer camera inspection during the inspection process of buying a home, I did not buy the home btw. A few weeks later, unrelated to me the homeowner called them to have work done on the home. They BILLED MY CREDIT CARD! and REFUSED to give me a refund. They said they cannot process a refund until after the homeowner paid for the work done that was 100% unrelated to me. They store credit card info and use it without your permission. The job was $3,600, I am not okay waiting around. A mistake was made and they refuse to refund me asap.
