There aren't many times that I've had to call a plumber but this was one of those times that I needed help FAST! Found this company and gave them a shot...not only were they fast but they were so polite and the customer service was phenomenal!! Wouldn't dream of using a different plumbing service so thank you all for your help!! Keep up the great work!!!

Had appt for 5-6pm so I cancelled my dinner plans. Texted, called & emailed Brian but no response. Not even a text message saying he will be late or needs to reschedule. Poor customer service!! Definitely do not reccomend to anyone!! Thumbs down!!!

WOW!! I had a leak on both faucets for my washing machine. I tried fixing it myself only to find out that I don't know what the hell I'm doing.. it was getting pretty late and I was feeling hopeless and helpless.. I was doomed from the moment I held that wrench. Then an idea struck me from the back of my aching spine after hours of miserable failures. I thought to myself, is there such a thing as a 24/7 plumbing service? If so, I need one ASAP! Yet I continued to deny the existence for a company to do service in such a late hour.. So I continued to lay on the floor, cocooned like a helpless infant.. I thought to myself once more, even though there was such a service that exiduring the night, I would not be able to afford such a task. But after long hours of back breaking work, I settled and called the phone number that which brought back the life that was once ripped off from my very existence. God sent his most elite servant to perform a miracle in the very house that was flooded with tears and sink water. This servant of God then used his mighty tools to defeat the evil forces that which caused me great misery and back pains. After winning the battle, this man did not even charge me a fortune! He was fair and mighty fast like a warp speed yet to be discovered my man. Anyways, I highly recommend there service! You have found yourself a regular customer sir. You have done me a great deed. They came 3 hours later than the appointment. The company was picked by my warranty company. Their team is very unprofessional and the manager is very rude and irresponsible. The service was performed subpar where another company has to be called in to fix the original issue. The manager was yelling and screaming at me when I said the job was not done. They left me hanging. Definitely not affordable and would not recommend to anyone. They are apparently under new management but what good is that if you can't do right by your customers. Signed up on Yelp just to help others avoid this nightmare.

AMAZING!! We were right in the middle of preparing Christmas dinner for my big family when I accidentally clogged up our garbage disposal. My husband and brother were trying in vain to unclog it but I really screwed things up, LOL.

Called Instant Plumbing Repairs and they sent Ryan Pishardo over. He showed up so quickly! Not only did he fix our garbage disposal, he found a leak and replaced an o-ring for us.

He was professional and so nice and easy to work with. He quite literally saved our Christmas dinner and we are incredibly grateful. It was extremely inexpensive for such a last-minute call.

Needless to say, we were super impressed and would definitely call him if we ever needed plumbing repairs in a heartbeat!!! Thank you Ryan!!

I called these guys out the day before Thanksgiving, I had a clogged drain. A guy named Mike came he was super cool and did a great job. I will use these people again on any plumbing problems I have. The price was good and didnt try to change anything when it took him a little longer than expected.

I was surprised when they told me that they can schedule right away a service for my clogged sink. My son said it was really quick and they came earlier than the schedule. They clean up afterwards. I recommend this plumbing company.

Great service and great price! Mike installed a new toilet in my upstairs bathroom. He was friendly, professional and neat. It seems so often that when I hire people to complete home repair projects, they leave me with a mess to clean up. That was not the case with Instant Plumbing and Repair. I will definitely call them again the next time I have plumbing needs.

My hot water heater broke and needed replacement. Bobby was great, he managed to get someone to my home in just a couple of hours. Michael (Mike) Lomeli did an excellent job. The installation was done perfectly and he made sure to do a thorough check for any water damage. The old tank was hauled away and the area was left clean.
