Terrible service!! Reported a leak from the faucet & a leak underneath the sink. Plumber comes & replaces the sink only! Contacted the office to try & let them know what was going on only to be met with a silly, smart-mouthed, rude & unprofessional Karen who wanted you to tolerate her rudeness without responding back.. Trust, NEVER AGAIN!!

Do not waste your time. They have communication issues between dispatcher and plumbers.

1. Plumber came in late for scheduled estimate. (Have to call again after missing their scheduled time)

2. Plumber never came for the job after agreeing on the cost repair and job. I called to check and no one answered.

3. Finally I have to confront the business physically the same day they missed scheduled repair during covid-19 quarantine.

4. During my visit, the dispatcher argues with plumbers over the phone.

5. Dispatcher in the lobby was not wearing a mask despite the state & county's covid-19 guideline.

Daniel Alonso was our tech we needed our garbage disposal replaced and he was dispatched to do the work on behalf of our home warranty company. He was very polite well groomed well mannered and extremely professional, he did the work in under an hour even as we talked and did a GREAT job. We now have a new plumbing company we will be using for ALL of our needs. It was great having Daniel work on our home he left it neat and clean and he did an excellent job. He is a real asset to Instant Plumbing Repairs and I look forward to having the company and hopefully Daniel do some other plumbing repairs that we need taken care of in the spring. It was a great experience!

We had tree roots in our main sewer line, however, after having 2 different people look at it neither could tell us what was wrong. The first guy was really nice, however, constantly complained about how much his back hurt and that he couldn't do the work that was necessary to finish the job. The second guy brought a camera, however, gave up after 5 minutes when he hit a ""dead stop"". He told us we had a main line sewer break and it was going to cost about $5,000 to fix. After he told us this, we decided to rent our own snake and try to fix it ourselves! Sure enough we had it fixed within a few hours! These people can NOT do their jobs to save their lives! Save yourself time and energy and go with someone else!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I was assigned this company for a plumbing blockage covered under my homeowners warranty. They came and did an inspection said it was due to septic tank backup. I had the tanks pumped still had a blockage. They came out again and rootered the pipe which solved the blockage issue. The technician that day suggested I make a future appointment to have my pipe inspected for free with their camera (that free service is also advertised on the side of their van) since we were never able to determine what had blocked the pipe. I called and made an appointment for the following week Appointment day came no show no call. Called them and was given the excuse they had a bigger than planned emergency repair prior to my time. I get it - I'm low priority but a phone call letting me know they could not make their appointment would have been appropriate. So made another appointment the following week. Same thing happened - no show no call when I contacted them same story. Made soother appointment this time for the first thing in the morning. Again no show no call. When I called this time at 1130am they didn't even give an excuse but said the technician would be there between 1-3. That afternoon again no show no call. I called and this time talked to a supervisor. He apologized and promised either he or his technician would be there the next morning by 0830. Next morning same thing -no body showed. I called at 930 and the secretary said the technical was still in the office and wanted to know where the clean out access was. I didn't know that and said they could ask the first technical that was at me home weeks ago for the blockage. Got a text that the technician would be there by 11130. That afternoon called at noon after again no show no call. Was asked again where my clean out was. I again said I don't know (not a plumber here) and again said please check with the technician who was physically here before and removed the blockage. They called back few min later and said they can't come out at all unless I pay them $1700.00 to install a cleanout access as they will not be able to camera inspect through the toilet access (apparently what the prior tech used to snake the system as the clean out is hard to get to). ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! pay this company over a grand to install another clean out (Which my system already has its just not easy to access under the home due to the raised foundation!!) They strung me along for WEEKS with their missing appointments, failure to communicate, and finally refused to come out unless I pay them over a grand?? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. My home warranty dispatched a call to them 6 days ago. After 2 cancellations, without enough advance notice to eliminate loss of work, I cancelled with my home warranty and went elsewhere. This company is very inconsiderate and the woman who I spoke to on the phone was absolutely rude. On the day of 2nd appointment I had to call them to find out the ETA of plumber arriving. She never even called. Then couldn't understand why I was upset. Horrible company!!!!

I recently had a break in my service line in my new house on Black Friday. I checked Yelp for 24hr plumbers, and Instant Plumbing caught my eye. I called and Daniel came out in no time, other plumbers said they could not come until Monday. Daniel went to work immediately. Repaired the pipe, and I am very pleased at the finished job. I would recommend this company to everyone. The price was reasonable also. Thank you Bobby!!

I had a great experience with Instant Plumping Repair. From the initial scheduling of appointment until the technician Richard arrived. Richard fixed my shower that would not turn off. He replaced the necessary party and informed me of what was happening step by step. I appreciate the excellent customer service!

My first experience with this company was great until I called them back out for a second service. This time they informed me my sewer line was in really bad shape and it was leaking under the house and I needed a new sewer line ASAP or I would have flooding again and there were roots growing I was quoted 5260.00 for a partial sewer line repair. Bobby also stated ""don't worry we have in house financing"" Well thankfully I got two more quotes and nope no sewer line leak under my home. Not only did he diagnose incorrectly or he knew what he was doing and was trying to scam me by pressuring me to do the work and also kept mentioning to file a home owners insurance claim for the minor flood. Quote "" I have filed like 7 on my home"" consumer be ware. Never be scarred into or pressured into something without other estimates. BHP was very honest and reliable. I update this review because I wouldn't want another single female to be as nervous as I was..
