This was the worst company I've ever dealt with. They outright, stole my money and did nothing but make a hole in my wall and leave my home thrashed after I paid them in full and my insurance company please people do not use this place you'll be sorry worst customer service person ever. If there was something lower than one star, they would definitely have it.

Please beware Instant Plumbing of Colton cheats seniors !!! They charged me a extra fee outside of my home warranty. I paid because it was an emergency. After missed appointments and not being able to fix my stoppage they refused to return the extra $90 I was charged. To this day, you cannot reach anyone by phone!!! Horrible Horrible service!!!

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Dispatch hangs up on you when you call them out on the bs. They tell you a time frame and it's hours later. Tech shows up and doesn't look at the issue but tells you it's not covered under warranty with out looking at it and gets in his truck and drives off. Horrible company and people who work for them. Don't use them

I called my HOME WARRANTY company for a shower head leak they came out for not even an hour billed me $175 and my Home Warranty $650 and they fully got paid out on it - then they made up this bullshit story that they had to do modifications and they did this and that which isn't true all that needed to be changed was the cartridge then after they are done they call me and give me a long bullshit story and then tell me my portion is 175$ I've never ever worked with a company that performs the work then tell the home owner how much usually always been told how much first then homeowner says yes or no- then they send a letter that if I don't pay they will
PUT A LEIN ON THE HOUSE! DEF NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY STAYYYY AWAY

Another Old Republic Home Warranty saga. If you guys don't like the warranty work then bow out! Took a few times of rescheduling to finally get someone to come out to diagnose the issue. Another few cancelled appointments to finally get a water heater installed. And now even more cancelled appointments to get the final pieces complete. No calls, no nothing other than me begging to get service. We've moved on to another contractor. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Instant Plumbing was assigned by my home warranty company Old Republic after I reported that my water heater had died. After their initial call and providing them with pictures of the heater, they promised to call back. I didn't hear from them after 3 days and had to call them for status update, and I was told there will be uncovered costs and they will call back to confirm. And again nothing. I had to call back multiple times, and finally I was transferred to their ""CEO"" Patricia, and she gave me a breakdown of the costs and offered some good discounts for the project. Before finalizing, I asked for more information on the different model number options and she told me they will get back to me with details. And again, nothing. After many calls through multiple days, I still didn't get anything despite I was promised a call back within a couple of hours. Today I called again and insisted to speak to Patricia, and was informed nobody can get hold of her, then I was transferred to another ""supervisor "", and she denied all the quotes Patricia had given me and quoted me a much higher number than the initial ones Patricia had quoted. I got so fed up with them and cancelled their service. Now I have been out of hot water for over 11days thanks to Instant Plumbing and back to square one. So any potential customer beware that this company has no work ethics and their promises cannot be trusted. I would give them a negative five stars if I could!

I was referred to this company via Old Republic Home Warranty. After canceling my service appointment 3 times, I gave up on them. Terrible service. To them, an appointment only seems to be a wild guess about a time they may decide to shop up.

After coming to our house to repair a leak under the toilet bowl we were told that it may be a leak in the wall and that the supervisor was need to exam the problem. when we didn't hear from the company we called the home warranty company, and they were told that we refused to allow them to open the wall which was a lie, since the issue was never discussed.
It's now been over three weeks and the problem has not been solved, and the company has failed to return or make contact with us
