We hired Instant Plumbing Repairs after receiving numerous plumbing quotes for our 1906 Farmhouse major plumbing overall.

Our Instant Plumbing Repairs Review

You get what you pay for, and this company is terrific!

George, the lead plumber for our major plumbing overhaul, showed up to our home on time, with a broad smile on his face, a great attitude, and the patience of a sought-out teacher.

George brought a plumber named Richard to help him with our piping project. I came up with Apprentice for Richard because he is an Apprentice Plumber at Instant Plumbing Repairs. I know, I am very original with calling Richard, The Apprentice.

Richard worked tireless hours along George's side. I need to point out that our plumbing project is not easy--a major piping line was required from our home to the street. The major piping line is hundreds of feet.

On top of creating a new line out to our street, our new home's pipes were lay outed with color codes, tags and precisely installed.

I need to point out that George and Richard both worked under our home that is still full of garbage left by Eco Alliance of Rancho Cucamonga. Thank you, George and Richard, for your bravery. It is scary under our home.

As a side note, If I heard the name Deon Holloway, Eco Alliance, Bright Sky Solar, I would run and run fast. Holloway of Rancho Cucamonga charades as a General Contractor, defrauded us out of lots of money and left our home worse than when he was hired.

There is a happy ending to our experience with Eco Alliance; we hired Instant Plumbing Repairs.

A high five thank you to Instant Plumbing Repairs and their employees. So far, so good, and Instant Plumbing Repairs even installed an outdoor shower for us.

Our home does not have indoor showers yet. However, with the help of Instant Plumber Repairs, we are closer to finishing our Redlands, Farmhouse remodel.

PS. I want to highlight that my husband and I were concerned about Instant Plumbing Repairs negative reviews on Yelp. Thankfully, Edith in their office phoned me to follow up on our estimate and answered our concerns about the reviews. Most of the negative reviews were during Covid, and the company was left with a thin staff. A Pandemic is not your average situation.

Very dependable and honest. Highly recommend this business! I've needed a plumber twice this year. They come when they say they will come and they give you an honest evaluation and quote. They completed both jobs in a timely manner and for a fair price.

Agree with the other reviews giving zero stars. Our water heater broke and we called and made an appointment for today. Got a confirming text from them, but no one showed up. When we called, the person on the phone was completely incompetent, denied ever making an appointment for us, then finally found a ""note in the system"" for the appointment, and said that they can't come today and the earliest they could come is a WEEK from now. Leaving us in the lurch in the freezing winter with no hot water for at least a week. Terrible company and do not use them.

Completely untrustworthy - they will change scheduled appointments, even for major problems. They will lie and ""miss notes on file"" and claim technicians are unavailable for pre-existing appointments. Not at all ""instant"" in any sense.

Anthony came out today to help us with our water heater and garbage disposal. He gave us very helpful information and will be assisting us with the replacement we need. We definitely recommend him. Company was assigned by First American for a pipe leak. They charged me $900 on top of what they billed home warranty to fix a pipe they said was cracked. Shortly thereafter we noticed it was still slightly leaking. Home warranty again sent them out and they tried to scam me for thousands of dollars more telling me that I had another crack in the pipe joint and slab leak. Supposedly the type of pipe in my home and those throughout the city were known to have been manufactured in the 80s and were cracking from sitting out in the sun for long periods of time. Nothing about it sounded right so I fought to have FAM send a different company out for a second opinion and thank God I did! The second company immediately noticed Instant Plumbing hadn't used plumbers tape or silicone on the cap which was causing the slight leak. They used a camera and went 20 feet down showing me the entire time. Zero other cracks. As a matter of fact, Instant Plumbing diagnosed a slab leak but didn't even check my water meter! I wish I had read the other reviews on here because this company tried to rip me off!

I would give zero stars if available. I've never witnessed such incompetence by a business in all my years. It's unfortunate because the gentleman that put in the new water heater was extremely professional and knowledgeable. It's their dispatch that's brutally incompetent. They had me waiting around for 2 entire days and no hot water for 10 days total due to gross negligence. Then to top it off they attempted to gouge me for bogus charges on the bill that I had already prepaid. You'll see numerous reviews here that express similar issues with Instant Plumbing and they respond to none of them. The positive reviews are coming from employees of their company which is absolutely pathetic. This is a horribly incompetent business and if you complain they will ignore you or attack you personally. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. If your home warranty company recommends this company for plumbing repairs I strongly recommend that you refuse their services and ask for another recommendation or use your own plumbing company and get reimbursed for the work done. Trust me on this and find another plumbing company to work with. You'll be thankful you did, I can promise you that.

This company does not deserve a 1 star, if I could give 0 stars I would. They were supposed to come on Monday, January 25th to repair the leak on my tankless water heater. They claim that the technician got into a car accident and that was the reason why they could not come to the house and service my water heater and they rescheduled our appointment for the following day without being notified about it. We called First American home warranty and told them what happened and they ended up calling the plumbing company and come to find out the real reason they couldn't come on Monday was because they had too many emergencies that they were dealing with and they weren't gonna be able to come to our house. So finally the technician comes the following day, all he did was take pictures and told my husband that he wasn't going to be able to fix the leak. This technician ended up calling first American home warranty and told them that it's an instant denial they said because the water pressure was too high. This technician was very rude to my husband and just did not want to do the job. First American called us because the technician's reasons did not jive with what we reported and it was a good thing they called because the technician lied about the problem. Do not use this company! They were rude on the phone and they were rude in person! Meanwhile it is now 5 days and I don't have hot water.

Do not waste your time. They have communication issues between dispatcher and plumbers
Plumber came for the job after agreeing on the cost repair and job came twice paid cash week later say owe $150 said i owe money for a job he said was free there was no contract signed no bill given threatening to put a lien on my house Definitely do not recommend to anyone!! Thumbs down!!
